Unable to contact them after placing my order and no reason showed for delay in order. They does not even have any contact number no mail id. No proper ethical way of contacting them.

If you try to contact through their website the website shows due to pandemic there is limited suport service available but I have tried contacting them for hours and day by day.no response received from their site. I have placed an order of more than ₹4000. But has no idea what is happening with my order.

I had ordered a camera lens a month ago. Paid online after few days they mailed me saying the order was cancelled so I opted for refund and they haven't refunded yet. It's more than 20 days. I feel like fileing a complaint against them

I have ordered multiple parts for my Samsung Galaxy Note 5 from Maxbhi.com My rear panel as well as the rear camera glass were damaged sue to a fall. Hence I needed a replacement.

The parts are easily available and catalogued on the website. The quality, while of course not the original, is definitely better than most replica pieces. For the rear panel, the color was only 70% match or so. The panel was a shade darker than the stock color. Order processing and shipping too are on the quicker side. I received both parts in Pune within 3 days from placing the order.

Worth a buy. Especially if other options aren't available.

They never have anything in stocks. You get a probability in stock percentage. Nonsense either its in stock or it isn't. You will always get above 95% anyway. Wait two days get an email Out of Stock. Link to refund which takes a month. They make interest of your money. Scam

The guys who are giving 5 stars are its employees and their friends. Never purchase from the worst website. They show one thing in their sales page and send u something else. They don't refund, only replace and that too u have to spend money on courier to send the product back to them. I tried that but got the same broken product twice. Pls never purchase if u value ur money. I spent 240 for earphone, 70 for courier. And after one month i got the same broken product (china made). So i spent 310 ( my valuable time) and got nothing. Better use snapdeal, flipkart or amazon. I would have easily got a good earphone of iball from amazon for Rs. 310 but $#*! i blame the day i came across maxbhi. These guys at maxbhi are there to cheat. And btw they never approved my review on their site.

I had ordered a Rear Camera for my Samsung Galaxy S6 phone vide order No ******* on 7 Mar 22.
I could not go to the service centre till the 5th Apr. When I visited the service centre they first told me that this was a spurious part old part. They opened the phone and compared the part sent by Maxhbi and the one in the phone. A picture attached. Maxhbi Customer care did not accept quoting a 10 day rule. The even rudely cut the call midway.
Do not trust them.

I have ordered replacement parts for my mobile twice from Maxbhi and while I was skeptical in he beginning trying something new for my requirements, I was pleasantly surprised by the professional and seamless experience that I had. Mind you, in Delhi, I have multiple physical options for such requirements, but the convenience of choosing from so many options, without that harrowing experience of offline shopping (especially during Covid times) and getting it delivered at home on time, stands out.
I am sure of repeat buying from Maxbhi if need be, in the future.

Check your model 10 times while placing the order. No mistake will be accepted, if you have mistakenly placed an order with a wrong model number then you cannot return it. Even if you willing to pay the delivery charges. No one listen. They just don't return it.

Those who are reading my review, please don't buy products from this website. They won't take any responsibility if you receive products dead on arrival or the product was broken. They will never refund you the money or they will send you any replacement parts. If you are a new customer then they will send you working parts for the first two orders you will make and then if the product cost is more then rs. 1000 they will definitely send you a broken product and won't take return.

I buy touch screen as it was broken. Their replacement policy is the worst it was worked only two days afterwards it started flickering I send replacement request they reply you installed the product so your warranty is expired?! For installing only we buy their product without. Installing how we can know it's working or not working so better don't buy from maxbhi

I order full body housing for my blackberry 9320 on 23 nov and it delivered to me on 25 nov. Very fast delivery by Maxbhi and amazing product. There is no difference between original and maxbhi product.

Actually I have order for Nokia 2 Display screen costing 1300 approx, and I lost my phone same day I received order... but they don't have any refund policy... so now that display is just a waste for me.

Don't buy any product here all products are copyright.return and replacement policy is urself return not ur money is pay post office.
Some peoples happy here but few months later product working slow or not work.

Placed order for a iPhone Touch ID button. Got a non working button and I raised replacement request. It takes like weeks for them to get back to me. They won't approve replacement request until you send several pictures, videos etc and takes weeks to finally approve return.

I spend Rs 250 to send this item worth Rs 299 back to them. Then it took 13 days to get back to me and say the item got damaged on shipment. After 13 days I can't even go to courier for refund. Then it took them 1.5 half months to process just 50% refund amount(Rs 150) that too their stupid ewallet.

Seriously, after wasting my Rs 299 + Rs 200 + 2 months you guys still except me to order again? You guys are just unbelievable.

Initially, i was not sure if they are gonna deliver the right product as the price listed was too cheap, i. E. Samsung service center was asking me 2500 while they delivered it for 271 only...
And the product is working... :)

It's a fraud, I ordered a screen digitizer for my tablet but it was not compatible with my tablet, when I contacted maxbhi for a replacement they told that they cannot replace it. However, they mentioned that the product can be replaced. Surprisingly, they said we can give you compatible one but you have to place a new order. These people are creating e-waste, what will a customer do with uncompatible item
