I ordered a exhaust system back on Aug 5. I've already sent many emails trying to get a update on my order. Each response tells me that there is a delay and it'll be shipped in a couple of days, or item will arrive next week, or your item is available for shipment but no tracking number. Honestly this so called company is a scam and now I'm out $1400. Do not order from these people!

I ordered some wheels and I never got an update regarding the shipping after a few weeks. I decided to cancel my order because they were taking too long, I was promised I'd have the money back in my account within 7-10 days and so far I haven't gotten jack. Like all the other one star reviews say, the 5 star review are fake as hell I don't recommend using this website.

They price items below market, accept your order than no one ever responds to your specific question / where is my $#*!? Oh. Oh it's back ordered. Each time a new name on a ticket support response. No one picks up their phone (basically it's an auto disconnect). Save your money and aggregation. I am disputing my charge and will call state attorney general and have them investigated.

This company has stolen thousands of dollars from people. We have FB page regarding their unethical illegal practices. If you've bought anything contact your bank or credit card company immediately. If you use a debit card you have a very limited time to receive a refund. They will string you along, never answer the phone or emails. We created a Venmo account just to receive my refund but never received my money. Don't buy from them! We have pending cases with the Attorney General in Ca. The ticket number for cases are the same when requesting a refund! Stay far away from these scum bags! Also go to their website, no reviews, go to YouTube, no comments are allowed.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I ordered a set of tires 2 months ago (almost $3,000) Their web site showed the tires in stock. I have called the company no less than 15 times and I have not had one returned phone call. They do reply by email. The only response I get is, that they will be shipped within a week or two. 60 days later and still nothing. I don't understand why they can't be Honest and Upfront, if you can't get them, return my money!
PS Returning my money still hurts me, the tires took a price increase starting 2023

My son ordered a set of 15" weld wheels back in April. Cannot get a hold of anyone and it's been almost 6 months since orders. These people are scammers and deserve to be locked up. Look at all the other reviews and choose fpr yourself. The other review that are good has to be fake. These people obviously take your money with 0 intention an shipping any parts. Total b. S car parts dealers and sellers are the absolute worst scum of the earth people. Hope you stub your toe every morning you roll over out of the bed and a prison sentence for taking so many people money for so long. Took a kids money that he worked hard for... what a. P. o. Getting hold of customer service is non existent other than email. Called the number and waited on hold for 20 min with nothing. Waited 2 weeks for a shipping date and was told October 18 and I ordered it in July... all for a muffler... worst experience ever. I will never order from this company again.

This is not a real company and I believe it's big scam how they never ship parts or communicate. No one ever answers the phone number listed and for every 10 emails sent you will receive I reply back with lies. I know have to file a fraud claim with my credit card company not to mention had a car down for over a month and a half because I never received a part or refund. All communications have stopped from them. Stay away this is not a actual company and the positive reviews are from them to make it look legit..

Check out better business bureau - they rate this site as a SCAN. I have been waiting 6 months for the parts. No one ever answers the phone. The email system sends a pre recorded reply. It has taken other customers over a year to get a refund. I am now speaking to a Lawyer.

I bought something that had an amazing price. Turns out they didn't have it in stock nor were they going to have it any time soon. I ended cancelling the order and requesting the refund. It's been 7 months now and they never answer the phone. It'll place you on hold then go completely silent until you decide to hang up. As for emails, they just reply with "someone in accounting will contact you soon." It's been 7 months and no matter how many emails I send, it's the same reply.

I ordered something from this site 2 weeks ago and still have not received a shipping confirmation. I have emailed 4 times called 4 times texted and messaged on all forms of social media only to never make contact with a real person listening to hold music for a total of 3 hours and receiving bot replies to emails. I called directly to the manufacturer of the part I ordered and they have it in stock and drop ship to sellers customers but they have no record of my name or address so clearly the order has not been placed. This doesn't even seem like a real business so I am not sure why Google would make it a preferred seller with this complete lack of customer service.

I ordered a rim from this company in December 2021. Before they got my money it was in stock. Now all of a sudden it's been on back order for 8 months. All I keep getting from them is it's due to ship in 2 to 3 weeks and that's been since mid January. Requested a refund and now I'm getting no response. Recommend never use these people for anything.

I seen all the good reviews so I thought I was try boy that was a mistake. Never received my order kept saying was going ship out but never did. Even was far as tel me would ship out in 24 hours which was a lie.

Bought part in Jan 2022. Still no part and March is almost over. Just a bunch of run around from them. Customer Service is a joke they tell my part is in stock and we'll go out this week and then the next week they tell me the part is been in back order and will not go out for 2 to 3 weeks. Multiple emails multiple phone calls it's just All B. S. at this point. If I don't hear from them by the end of this week I will put a request in for my money back which after reading a few other reviews seems like it's going to be an issue also. I think it's time that I try and call the better business bureau on them and see where that takes me. With that all said buyer beware I would stay away from this company from ordering anything because it seems like the price was too good to be true.

I ordered 2 tires that showed as in stock and waited 5 months before giving up and asking for a refund. That was 1 month ago and still no money back. 6 months now they have had my money and will now be contacting my credit card company to fight the charge and the state consumer protection office to file a complaint. What a farce.

Update on the case:
The money was fully refunded, it turned out the delay was partially caused by the name mismatch between the order and the credit card. Appreciate the Mbenzgram support team following up on this.

I ordered some lights in late December, it still not being delivered. I could understand the delay due to the factory's delay, but when I eventually cancelled my order, I was told the refund will be back on my credit card within 5-7 business days. Its now 2 weeks after my cancellation, I still have not gotten my money back. Keeps calling and emailing, it always the same answer - "just wait"... It now makes me wonder if the company is legit.
