Waiting on parts sense 09/04/22 have called and emailed trying to get an idea of what is taking so long they don't answer the phone and haven't received an email back at all for a $2000 order I'm not happy with no reply

Buyer Beware! I am a Hilborn Equipment fan because of the racing nostalgia it brings to the industry. When researching to purchase the BBC Intake, Injectors, etc. I stumbled on the mbenzgram website. To my surprise, they were offering ten-percent off! But that's where the customer satisfaction experience ended. I ordered the BBC Intake, Injectors and Valley Cover on March 9th, 2022. Since then, I have recieved repeated delays of a month, each and every time I've inquired. Mbgram would not answer the phone, but did respond to my emails. They always said that it was the supplier pushing the delivery date back. The caveat here is that I got Holley and the Hilborn team involved by the second month by speaking to them directly. They researched and said that all orders going back to the date of my purchase had been fulfilled! I hung in there a little longer but finally decided to cancel my order yesterday. Waiting as long as I did was due to the supply chain issues and fear of having to reorder and at the back of the line for shipments. Yesterday, Hilborn said that if I ordered that day, I would be placed fourth in line. That was the best they could do. Come to find out, mbgram isn't even a distributor for them, the best they could see is that they are a third-party seller, at best. They have no control over them. The pricing, not even authorized by Holley/Holborn either. So Buyer Beware and buy direct or through Summit, Jegs or Speedway. Not worth the ten-percent off! They held my money, $3,481.07, for four months, so far. Waiting to see if they refund it in 7-10 days, which is what they said via email. Never an apology or a live person, nothing but emails. I hope you have a better experience.

Make sure that mbgram is a direct distributor for the products you want to buy from them. Check the MSRP of the main manufacturers website and others offering the same product. Discounts aren't always worth the hassle.

Ordered a body mount kit. Needed them within a week (company stated that the kit was in stock), so I emailed them to see when the kit would ship. They got back to me saying it would be 2-3 weeks before they even had the kit in their warehouse (falsely stated they were in stock which was a lie), and asked if I wanted to keep my order or cancel. I said I needed them sooner, so I needed to cancel the order. Now this was a cancelled order within an hour of placing the initial order. I was then told 7-10 days for a full refund. After 10 days past when I was supposed to get my refund credited back to me, I still haven't gotten my money back. I sent an email everyday day asking why I haven't received my money and how they were still in business, well I know how they are in business, THEY ARE A SCAM! Every email I sent was met by an almost identical response to every other reviewer on here stating "Hello, Someone from accounting will check on your refund status and update you shortly. Thank you!" Which is an outright lie, as 3 different people said verbatim the exact same thing! They are obviously just grabbing anyone's money they can, and will only give the money back after someone gives them a bad review or claims they are a scam. I almost guarantee that all of the 3,4, and 5-star reviews were either the company's own employees boosting their ratings (HORRIBLE BUSINES PRACTICE), or more than likely they are all bots produced to give good reviews to combat all the absolutely horrendous customer service and support. I have all documentation, so I would love for them to try and say this review is invalid, as almost every other person who has reviewed this company has said almost the exact same thing.

I had a terrible experience with mbgram. I ordered a spare part for my car and they confirmed the order but did not provide me with any shipment tracking details. When I reached out to them for an update, they told me that the tracking number would be emailed to me in 48-72 hours. However, when I followed up with them again after waiting for 3 business days, they did not respond. I also tried calling them and reaching out to them on Instagram but did not receive a response. When they finally replied to my email on the 28th, they gave me the same message as before.
At this point, I started doubting that they were just scamming me. I kept messaging them on WhatsApp until they responded to me, saying that there was a problem with the shipment and that it would be done on Friday 31st of March. On Friday, they did not ship and started ignoring my messages again. I kept following up and they finally replied 4 days later on the 3rd of April, claiming that the order was still processing. But at this point, I confirmed that they were just scamming me based on all the hundreds of other experiences I happened to read on various review sites like Trustpilot etc.
I demanded an immediate refund or else I would file a complaint against them for fraud, for which they complied and cancelled my order on the 3rd of April. I received the confirmation email as well and was informed that I would receive the refund in the next 7 to 10 business days. However, I waited patiently for 11 business days to be sure but did not receive any refund. And I have been messaging them since April 13th with no response whatsoever.
I have been scammed and they wouldn't refund my money. I also lodged a complaint with my bank but unfortunately, I had paid with my debit card so I am not really sure if they would be able to help me either.
At this point, I don't have money to get new parts for my car locally nor are they refunding my money and my car has been broken down since then.
Tip for consumers:
Avoid them and if anyone is based in the US please file a case against them at the Consumer court and at the police.

If I could give them LESS than one star I would.
I'm glad that others apparently had good experiences with them, but that wasn't the case for me. I ordered an intake manifold on March 9th, and here it is May 12th and no part OR refund, (which I requested after a month!) I was told, repeatedly, that I would be contacted 'in a couple of days' and was NEVER contacted! My wife called the number listed, waited on hold for 20 minutes, and THEN was told to leave a message. She did, but we never got a return call. In short, they NEVER contacted me except to tell me, (in response to my emails) that it would be 'a couple of days.' On her own my wife got the credit card company to credit our account, (she saw what this was doing to me!) And after all of this, I STILL have a car in my driveway in need of a manifold!
Below is a screen shot of just ONE of the MANY email responses I received... which were NEVER followed-up on! I was repeatedly told I would be 'contacted within a couple of days', 'someone from accounting would contact me shortly', etc. Again... I NEVER got a response!
Not only did I not get a response, I never even got a serious apology, (there were a few times they 'apologized' for the wait, but it didn't change their treatment of me, the lack of communication!) Even after the credit card company credited my card, (which, I was told by Nayeli today, they did through MBENZGRAM) you would think they would at least say they were sorry for stringing me along for two months! (I guess that would mean admitting they did something wrong!)
I am a reasonable guy, and as long as I know what's going on, I'm very willing to work with a company. At one point they told me that Accounting was 'short staffed', and I let them know that I understood and would continue to be patient. I know that things are tough these days for small business, particularly with getting employees. But c'mon! There's no excuse for the lack of response from them!
I honestly question the good 'reviews' on this site... If they're true, then I don't know what I did to them to be treated this way! I can only speak from MY experience and would warn you, based on my experience... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MBENZGRAM!
