Been well over a month since I've ordered my exhaust for my 16 hellcat charger. And numerous etempts to see progress or get tracking number they have failed miserably. Always sending the same messages over and over. I would definitely not recommend

Take your money and never send the product. Keep saying send in a week or two. Cancel your order then they don't refund you. They'll tell you that the refund has been sent and theylm say to contacting their accounting department. When you do no one responds. There's a whole Facebook group about this company scamming people out of thousands of dollars. Try calling and no one ever answers. Do not buy anything from this company. The only thing you'll get is a lighter checkbook.

My experience has put me through the wall. This company is not good at dealing with anything special order. I ordered a set of coilovers in December of last year. I realize the wait times with Covid and all can take longer than usual. Today as I write this review I have been told over 10 different times that they will be getting the product shortly and shipping to me within a couple days. I have finally cancelled my order, when I've asked them for any legitimacy to being able to get the product same of their customer service say yes some say no. I have all the emails presently and am willing to send them to people seeing this review so you can make a decision for yourself on how this company does. I have been completely understanding and tried working with this company to no avail. Don't try emailing this company, they love automatic reply emails.

I placed an order for a transmission case in January. I was never told it was back ordered. Asked for a refund in March. They have promised i would receive the refund but it never happens. I am out almost $600 with no resolution in sight. Never buy from these guys!

I paid 165.00 for a flowmaster 70 almost two months ago. They keep going in circles. They review your order,then they stall, and stall, then they review again. I've been through the routine 3 times. I'm out good money because of them. These good reviews must be their family.

I ordered a part from them 5/29/22. Called 6/6/22 inquiring about said part, "special order" wont ship for 3-4 weeks. I cancel order 6/6/22 "please allow 7-10 business days for refund to post to your account. Today 6/22/22. Messaged them, "its processing please allow a few more days." Email them, "I will send your refund request to management in accounting so they can do it for you as soon as possible." Currently on hold as i type this. This is the 2nd time I have called today, the first call was dropped. So now I hope I can get my money back, I ordered the part somewhere else.

Be cautious when placing orders with MBGram, particularly if you are ordering an item that is out of stock. After waiting nearly 3 months for my item to ship (not MBGram's fault) I requested a refund. Although their website and numerous emails indicate the refund will be issued in 7-10 days, it's now been nearly 30 days and no refund! After numerous emails, all I get from them is "thank you for your patience, someone from accounting will provide you with an update shortly". Totally irresponsible and a complete lack of customer service!

Ordered on 8/25/22.3 weeks later asked for an estimated shipping date. At 5 weeks requested a refund. Im at 8 weeks. Cannot get ahold of anyone. Looks like I'm not getting my order or my money back. Save yourself the hassel and dont order from these rip offs.

I waited 8 months for a product to arrive that I was told was in stock. I canceled order, after many attempts to get refund still nothing after 2-3 months. If you call you will not be able to speak to a person. Absolutely worst business I have dealt with. Save your money shop elsewhere.

Don't buy from this business
As for ordering from them easy but giving you your refund back on my order going on almost a month and still no refund they keep telling me accounting will get with me and that's it was told by them should see it in 7-10 days back on 9-9-22 when I canceled it was in need of these tires for my truck but they we're on national back order not there fault but returning my refund there are not good

I "bought" an intake from them and never received the item or money back. I got a few emails promising my money back and never received 1 dollar from them. It's been forever it seems like. My attorney and bank are working together to prosecute them for fraud and theft. Beware... You are not doing business with a reputable company. They are definitely crooks..

I ordered doors, hood and core support.
Not one was shipped and they kept telling me it was in stock and it would be shipped the next day. 3 months later and i still haven't been sent anything. They will sell you parts they don't even have, hoping they will get it in before you cancel your order.
Our business will not be ordering from this company again!

I purchased a part on backorder in February 2022 while being assured it would be back in stock within a month. After waiting 6 weeks and no response to my emails, I cancelled the order. I was then told by accounting that the refund would post to my account in 7 to 10 business days. After 2 weeks and still no refund, I sent a second email. Again, I received the same automated email telling me to wait 7 to 10 days. Still did not receive refund within the time so I called customer service and was told I'd be refunded within 24 to 48 hours. Nothing came, so I called again and got the same line. It's now been over 2 months since cancelling my order! Unprofessional doesn't even begin to describe this company. Don't know how this is even a legit company with service like this! Most of the positive reviews are automated which is understandable if they are trying to get away with this scam. Not worth the headache dealing with these people, find a more reputable source!

Buyer beware! Cancelled the order and after 2 months, still waiting for the refund.

I ordered a set of Eibach sway bars for my mustang, after 6 weeks of lying saying the parts have shipped I finally ordered a set from someone else. I called these scumbags to cancel the order and they said the part finally shipped and was too late to cancel. Now im stuck with these because they want to charge me 10% restocking fee and I pay for return shipping. Beware when ordering that your parts are in stock or they will lie and jerk you around, i have emails of the lies that my order has shipped at least 3 times they bull$#*!ted me now they wont do the right thing and take this back.

This company is not worth purchasing anything from. Yes they have great prices but do not have the items in stock then give you false delivery date to string you along. Placed my order 16Janaury never received my product. Asked for a refund and now still waiting on that too!

Ordered parts 5-15-2022. Some parts are special order. Just means they arnt shipping any parts cause they don't ship parts. Then you ask for a refund they also don't do refunds. Now I'm out 900$ I can only hope my bank can pull some majic off. I don't feel this review will be up long if at all. I have Facebook

Mbenzgram do your research if I wouldn’t have thought I found the pot of gold in cheep parts. (10% off entire order free shipping) no 1 ever checks for a scam site till they get scammed.

Ordered a cold air intake that showed in stock. Was charged right away then told it was on back order and would ship in 30 days. After 30 days and no shipment they said it would be another 30 days then another. I ordered over a month ago, they told me last week -just before the month mark, that the order would be shipped out by the end of the week. Rude chat assistant JR. Told me the following Monday it was being taken to get shipped out then quickly ended the chat on me. I was just trying to get an answer; are they behind, are they backed up, is my order getting lost in the mass orders y'all have? What is going on with my order I paid $200+ for? I kept trying to send chats to get some sort of information that would put me at ease about my order, I did not get it. The chat assistant kept joining then ending the chat before he could even read what I wrote. Also I was not able to get ahold of anyone on the phone I just continued to hang up on me while I was waiting.

I placed an order for a lowering kit on 3/21/22 and got a quick order confirmation and credit card charge. I hadn't received tracking info 3 days later and emailed. They said the item was on backorder and would be 2-3 weeks. I cancelled my order on 4/5, after finding the kit on hand elsewhere with 5 day shipping, and was told I would be contacted by the accounting dept for my refund. I STILL have not gotten a refund as of 4/20 after multiple emails to confirm. They DO respond quickly but I feel it is just to stall. Stay away!
