I ordered a rear suspension sway bar kit for my restoration. They were taking too long and kept telling me another 2 weeks until it ships. I told them to cancel the order. They did and said that a refund will be processed and returned within 7-10 business days. I canceled the order 05/09/2022. It's nearly a month now and I still get the run around. I email and they say someone will get back to me but nobody has gotten back to me as of yet. I made the purchase through the trusted Affirm so I can make payments on the item. So now I can't dispute through my CC and affirm is telling me that this company needs to send them the cancellation/refund so they can refund the money. Long story short, if you're thinking about ordering through Mbenzgram because you see the item is a few dollars cheaper, just pay the little extra and buy somewhere else. This is not how you do business. We are all hard working individuals who most likely have a passion for cars. But with companies like this, they take the excitement out of it. Now I wait for a refund that I will probably never see. There are a lot of bad reviews and this same exact thing happening to others if you look. A lot of their good reviews are fake or staged. Please save yourself the headache! If they make right and send my refund I will delete this post and all the other reviews I will write the next couple days. If not, they will stay. Good luck!

I purchased a order March 3,2022 never received it kept calling them just they kept telling me 2 or 3 weeks so I finally canceled the order and now I got to go threw a hassle getting my refund back customer service is rude and very unprofessional I will never recommend or ever buy anything from them again I hope the whole company burn in hell

Ordered a set of coils from thier website because they were the cheapest I had seen on the internet. Email confirmation said they would ship that week. Waited a week and sent an email back, I recieved another email saying the part would ship that week. Waited a week adn repeated email, recieved another email sying the part would ship that week. Wait another week and called, spoke to a young lady that said give it another week. I waited another week and canceled the order using the website. Instantly got an email saying order had been refunded. Waited 6 business days and still hadn't receieved refund. Called on day 5 and 6 and got nobody. Eventually I disputed the charge with my credit card. Not sure if was a scam, but certainly no way to do business.

Tip for consumers:
Use your credit card in case your item never ships.

I ordered a top for my jeep they said ships in 3 weeks after 4 weeks I wrote them they said ships in 3 weeks I waited another 3 weeks they kept telling me another 3 week so finally I told th the give me a refund they said they would it's been a month now and I still don't have my money back I don't suggest anything do business with these people

I ordered an exhaust for a VW atlas. Order was placed August 10 after confirming that the item is in stock and ready to ship. Until August 25 item showed as shipped with no tracking number. Each time I reached out for an update I was told to wait a day or two. By August 29 I still got no follow ups or a tracking number. I started getting suspicious and reached out to cancel my order. I got confirmation via email that my order would be canceled. Yet no one followed up with me and no refund was issued. Luckily I called my credit card company and they were able to dispute the charge after reaching out numerous times and not being able to get a resolution. Now over a month later, I get an email from someone at their mbira, asking me to send out an item that they apparently shipped weeks after the cancellation and dispute went through without my knowledge or authorization. Rather than apologizing and asking me for me to locate and return the item, they sent me a threatening email stating that I'm in possession of an item with the value of over $500. This company is a joke. Their custom service sucks and their word is worthless. Don't waste your time. Odds are you won't get what you paid for or a refund

I purchased a Cold Air Intake from MBGram at the end of January 2022, after several weeks I contacted the business to find out the status of my order. Repeatedly I was told by the business's "customer service" that it was pending shipment. A month passed, I inquired again and this time it was some internal issue that they would get resolved and would ship the Item. Finally in June, I became disgusted at myself for falling for this scam business and requested to have the order canceled and a refund issued. After more than 15 attempts to get a refund from this business, I am now paying a legal remedy. Once I locate this business and/or its owners I will take them to court. This business us a complete SCAM and the people running it are THIEVES! BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered a swaybar support for my rzr pro from these people. They listed my vehicle in the ad and said it would fit. It didn't. This part does not fit the pro xp. I contacted them about a return and they said it was my fault for ordering it. These people were the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Wouldn't give me a rma. I contacted the BBB to see if I could get some help. DO NOT USE these people. 204

Ordered a radiatior. After a week and I hadn't hear from them I asked them for update. They told me that order was backordered and would ship at 3 weeks. A little frustrated that this wasn't mentioned upon ordering as I feel most merchants notify of backordered items. I decided to cancel order upon learning of backorder. They canceled and notified me that I would receive refund in 14 business days. A month later without refund I reached out to them again and they said they would check with accounting but no word a week later so I disputed through credit card company which is something I never have had to do before.

Also the were selling plastic radiator for about same price I found a metal one for.

Placed and order for a holey cam sync plug after a week and a half and no shipping notification and two contacts with customer service I filled a cancel order and request a refund on their site. After 15 days and no refund or communication except for one response that it could take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in my account. It never did so I had to file a fraudulent charge on my debit account and got it from the credit card co. TOTAL RIP-OFF, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS.

Tip for consumers:
dont use this supplier as they never shipped the product and never refunded the money. I had to file a fraudulent charge on my debit card to recover the money $254.xx.

On January 5, I ordered a Yukon gear high performance gear set and paid using my credit card. On January 16, I still had not received my order…so I placed another order for the Yukon gear high performance gear set and paid once again using my credit card. Today is February 8 and I still have not received either of my orders. I have tried to call and cannot speak to an actual person. An automated msg answers the phone and tells you to press zero to speak with a representative. It then automatically starts playing on hold music. You hold for about 15 mins and the automated msg comes back on to tell you that all representatives are busy and gives you the option to leave a voice msg. I have left 4 msg to date and still have not received a call back. I have also sent 3 emails to the email address under the contact us part of this website. I have received a blanket response to each email saying that the order has been filled and has shipped, that I should have received the items at the end of last week. Guess what….still no Yukon gear high performance gear set. I do not know what else to do. They have over $700 of my money and I still don't have a product. I am writing this review bc I want others to know that this company takes your money but doesn't send you the products that you order and also bc I am hoping that by seeing this BAD REVIEW, that someone from the company will finally contact me.

Ordered a flowmaster exhaust for my 22 bronco in November 2022, no parts, same BS, "shipping is updating tracking number" or "tracking number will be sent within 48-72 hours" I have left at least 3 voicemail messages because nobody ever answers the phone after holding at least 20 minutes, nobody ever calls you back. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUDULENT P.O.S. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

These ratings must be from bots or click farms bought and paid for by MBGram. They are a fraudulent company that steal people's money. FB group dedicated to people who've been scammed by them: https://www.facebook.com/groups/mbenzgram/

Just look at social media, do searches for MBenzgram scam and you'll see just how many people they've ripped off. It's easy to find THOUSANDS of the same complaint: took money and didn't ship product. Emails to customer service and you just get the run around.

They don't answer their phone and emails always are met with something to string you along. I had to get a refund through my credit card by reporting fraud. They are NOT a legitimate seller/store, avoid at all costs.

Email screenshot below is after I was told I'd get a refund within 7-10 business days. 10 bus. Days passed and no refund. So I emailed and they said "someone from accounting would be with you shortly". I waited over 24 hrs and nothing, so I followed up asking "what does shortly mean?". Background to the exchange in the screenshot. They just reply with the same canned responses and nobody from "accounting" gets back to you. Nobody ever got back to me.

Do NOT order from these thieves. They take your money and don't ship product.

They are a SCAM company.

They say they offer refunds, but they don't actually give refunds, they keep your money, string you along and offer false promises.

I purchased 2 PCI seat mounts from their site back in August of 2022. They did not know when it would ship so I canceled the order the same month. It is now October 25th, 2022 and I still have not received my refund. For all I can tell this company is a scam. I don't get real people through email just automatic responses saying "someone from accounting will be with you shortly" and that's all I ever get.
TL; DR
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
