THE BIGGEST SCAMMER around been waiting on my refund of $1314.04 for a set of tires that never came for 3 weeks I gave them a chance to respond there response was there system was down, I had enough of the BS so cancel the order March 30th, 2023 it is now April 25th, 2023. On April 4th they said the refund was being processed but have not seen anything pending to my account so looks like it's a lost on my end. Lesson Learned I have every email sent between us. They don't get a Star from me won't let me submit review without giving

Excellent price for the aftermarket fan I purchased. The order was processed almost as soon as I submitted it and it arrived in two days. Very impressed and definitely will buy again

It's the worst experience I've had, I ordered an exhaust and after a week with no info that my order had shipped, i emailed them and called them about the status of my order and they said the item was in back order, a week later i contacted them again and they said my order was getting ready to be shipped, i was told the same thing a week after that, so i decided to cancel my order, they canceled it real quick, now it's been 3 weeks and i haven't received my refund, I've been told the same thing for 3 weeks that a sales representative will contact me, I'm irritated to the fullest with them, I'd appreciate it if they gave me my refund just as quick as they charged me when i placed my order, never again will i even think of ordering anything else from them

ORDERED A PART 8 MONTHS AGO. NO PART AND CANNOT GET THEM TO REFUND. YOU CALL AND GET A CALL CENTER THAT SUPPOSEDLY SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR *. THEY WILL NOT SEND YOUR PART AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND. Mbgram has not returned my 1200 dollar refund for an order that I canceled since December 14-2022
This is illegal, they are practically stealing my money

I did a search and found them to have the lowest price on the exhaust I wanted. I am very pleased with how quick the exhaust was shipped and how well it fit on the car! Thank you.

I love all the products purchased from Mbenzgram. Their customer support services are amazing, staff is highly friendly. I got all the stuff according to my expectations.

Its been over a month since they stole my $1079. 00 after I canceled an order and never received my refund. I placed an order with them and they never shipped it even though they said it was in a local warehouse here in California. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

Placed an order and product was on back order and I had to email them to find this out. After a month I decide to cancel order and a refund was 7 to 10 days, been two months and two emails no refund!

I ordered tires from this company in November and 3 months ago I canceled them because I still haven't gotten them and I still haven't gotten my money back yet I am still trying to get it back it has been three months on getting my refund of $681 I'm waiting on...

I have placed several orders recently for parts for my 76 Chevy C10 which I am restoring, all parcels have been delivered quickly, usually before the forecast date, and at very reasonable cost.

I recently ordered some products from Mbenzgram. I loved their service and their customer representatives are just awesome. I'm such a happy customer.

After 2weeks of waiting e-mail was sent and was told item is back ordered
After lie after lie i cancelled order and had to file complaint with card card company to resolve the problem

Order was canceled before shipping due to backorder. Still waiting 2 months for a refund on my order. All interactive emails have been saved. Next step is attorneys. STAY AWAY BUYER BEWARE

On 25 June 2022 I purchased and paid for a radium engineering transmission filter for my GTR.
John in customer service a week ago said that it was in their warehouse but they could not ship it for two more days and then I would see a tracking number text and emailed to me as soon as it ships. It's now July 18 and my GTR has been on the rack waiting for the filter for 24 days.
I have emailed multiple times with the following response #1 on July 11:
"Your request (ticket #: *******) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff during business hours and will reply to you shortly."
Response # 2 on July 12: your request (ticket: *******) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff during business hours and will reply to you shortly."
On July 12 I sent an extensive email to Crystal who according to John is the head of customer service.
On July 14 I requested a tracking number and restated my email address and mobile phone #.
On July 14 at 6:20 PM I received the following:
Hello Tom, I apologize for the delay and the inconvenience, we had a minor setback at the warehouse, please allow a few more days to receive a tracking number, thank you

Now, no response to emails or phone calls. I have called eight times and after 15 minutes on hold the line goes dead.
I hope this review is helpful. Don't order anything from MB Gram if you're in a hurry.
I don't know if I will ever see my order fulfilled. I will let you know in a future review.

This is the worst company I have delt with. Ordered part did not receive it as told. So cancealed order. Then could not receive my refund. Called customer service got run around. E-mailed multiple times same run around. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. SO FAR I FEEL I WAS SCAMED.

I urge you to check the BBB reviews and other online reviews along with the Facebook group named "MBenzgram / Mbgram waiting on refund group" before ordering from this company. Thousands of people have lost their money and never received their items. After you order company will tell you the item/s aren't in stock and are on back order and they will continue saying that as long as they can. They do not answer phone calls and emails either go unanswered or get a vague and unhelpful response. There are also multiple pending lawsuits against this company. The only chance you will have to get your money back will be to report it to your bank/credit card company. Then you will have a hard time and they may or may not refund you. Myself and many others initially received a refund from our bank (NOT from the company) only for the bank to come back & say they're taking your refund back. I am shocked this company is still operating and still has a website online accepting orders. Unless you feel like giving your money away and not getting anything, don't order from this place!

Made a large purchase that after 8 months of run around was cancelled. I was never refunded these people are criminals do not give them your money!

Contacted them 3 times now with promised shipping by the end of the day. Still nothing. I will think twice before ordering again.
