Ordered on 31 January, asked for an update Feb 24th, they responded that they would send shipping following week. This happened 3 times until March 16th. Canceling payment, they are obviously not sending any product.

Tip for consumers:
I will not spend with them any more and I don't want them having my credit card info

Its been 43 days and I'm waiting on an escalated refund since April. It is now May 3rd and I haven't heard from any accountant members or supervisors who'd promised I'd have a refund today! Nothing. Please don't do business here. The item hadn't even left the warehouse yet and I can't get my money! I have been denied talking to supervisors, transferred, hung up on, poor sales team is relying on incompetent supervisors who are leaving them on the front line and cowering behind them! Please do the right thing because if it was your money in limbo, I doubt you all wouldn't just have me "essentially waiting". I've heard allow me 7-10 business days for my ticket to be processed on the refund. Then 3-5 to let the accountant team review. That's 15 days at most triple the time with no results. This is terrible!

Then to be told "I have limited times on chat" is the most unreal thing I have ever heard. This will never happen again! Thank you!

DONT USE THE SITE UNLESS YOU HAVE TIME TO WAIT ON MONEY YOU MAY NEED!

I placed an order on 4/2/2022, I have sent several emails, left two phone messages, and to no avail. If you do try to call, you'll sit on hold for ten minutes, only to be punted into voicemail. None of my phone calls have been returned, and each email reply says that my part will ship "next week". Run away, read the reviews. I fell for some good reviews on a few forums, but they're likely just fake accounts for the company.

I have been trying to get in touch with someone on the phone for a long time. They state that my order is a special order item and is due to ship in 2-3 weeks, every time I contact them, which is every 2-3 weeks. None of the representatives have been helpful and tell me the same exact thing every 2-3 weeks.

My son paid $1155 to this company and never got the seats. He kept getting delayed shipment responses. He canceled the order and is still waiting on a refund. This has been on going since March of 2022. I have emailed and messaged the company several times and always get the same response "someone from accounting will contact you." We have now filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the BBB. We also post to their social media warning as many people as we can but now they have started removing the comments! Buyer Beware there are ALOT of people in the same situation as us!

Tip for consumers:
Buyer Beware! No product. No response from company. No refund. There are A LOT of people in the same situation as my son.

I bought an AFE intake for my car from mbgram on Jan 21 2022. The product was listed as in stock. After waiting about a week with no shipping info I called to see what was going on. Lady that answered the phone was nice but couldn't give me an answer as to why my part has not shipped. I then asked to receive a refund. She processed it no problem. I have a text that states I'll be refunded for the part. That was the end of January and 3 months later still no refund. I called a few times and was promised they would take care of it but again no refund. Just be careful with these guys.

Bought $500 worth of tires. Never came in. Canceled order after 5 weeks of waiting. Been waiting 6 months now for a refund. Never came. Only way to get in touch with them is email and all they will say is there waiting on accounting department. There 800# is fake all u do is listen to elevator music for hrs with no kind of answer.

MBgram is a scam. About to have to get a lawyer to get my money back

I ordered a msd ignition waited two weeks never got a tracking number. Emailed and asked when it would ship, quick response saying it was shipping that week. 2 weeks later i sent an email saying if it hasnt shipped yet please return my money plus 10% they didnt respond. 5 days later i asked for my money or a tracking number no response. I tried calling multiple times no annswer. Horrible customer service, i am only selecting 1 star. It will not allow me to select zero stars

They'll take your money and not ship what you paid for. Will not respond to emails and do not answer phone

I ordered a set of Tires for 822$ on December 27th. After 3 months of "backorder" I never received them and requested a refund late March... multiple emails and phone calls resulted in more wasted time and even said expect money in 48hrs... still don't have the money and opened a dispute with my bank... You get what you pay for and pay for what you get... this business is horrible and a scam... guessing the positive reviews are from bot's... Id give them zero stars if that was an option... Buyer beware...

I ordered headlights from the website (they were in stock) they told me 2-3 weeks for it to be delivered. That was fine, but then more time goes by and they said I won't get them until around April 3rd when I had placed my order at the end of February. So instead I asked for a refund on March 25th everyday since then when I try to call I can't get ahold of someone to ask them about my refund but they told me "your money will post in your bank in 7-10 days". NO it didn't. Now all they are saying is " Someone at accounting will check on your refund status and update you shortly." sounds like bull$#*! to me. Will NEVER order from them again. I just want my money back or my damn part. And now have to wait two months for it!

I ordered a pair of off-road shocks and diff. Breather kit from MB Gram totalling over $1200. I never recieved the parts. After months of calling to ask where my parts were, I cancelled the order. They say that since the order was so old they couldn't refund my money!

I ordered an intake manifold and after a few weeks I reached out for an update. I received a response informing me it was on back order and it would take 2 more weeks. After about a month I still had not received the order so I emailed again and received the exact same response email (now I believe it's copied and pasted response). I waited a few more weeks with no delivery so this time I called in to speak to a human looking for a real update and not a C&P response. When I called I was unable to get a hold of a human and could not leave a message. I decided to email the one more time asking for a refund like the website instructed about 3 days ago and have not received any responce. If you are looking to actually receive the product I would not buy from them.

I been trying to get my refund for a whole month now. I changed my debit card info so that could be affecting it. But I been calling for a month and no one ever answers the phone. Worst experience I've ever had and I'm still waiting for someone to answer the phone. No answer what's so ever.

I have had nothing but a HORRIBLE experience with this company I've tried twice ordering the same part after waiting months and no word on shipping I end up canceling the order. And this is where the real headache begins. I'm going on 57 days and still no refund. I've emailed literally every single day and get the same automated email back. I've also called every single numerous times a day and don't get ahold of anyone. I did get someone once and get said I'd have my refund in 24 hours well that was 3+ weeks ago. Save your time and money and ahope elsewhere.

I attempted to order a set of tires and after a few days was told they were on back order with no arrival date. I needed tires quickly. I requested my order be cancelled and a refund. I have sent multiple emails and attempted multiple call with no answer. Each email stated a refund would be posted to my credit card soon. It's been more than a month and I all I have is a bunch of emails. The latest one states some one from finance would contact me right away. That was a week ago. I suggest anyone reading this NEVER do business with MBGRAM EVER! They are SCAMMERS!

I ordered parts from them and after two weeks without any updates I emailed them for an update. I got a response that the part would ship by the end of the week. The response seemed generic and my part didn't ship. I called and could not talk with anyone had to leave a message. I emailed them that I wanted a response that included actual information that pertained to my specific order and a reason for the delay because their business practices seem fraudulent. They responded by canceling my order but did not contest my claims of fraud. Seems like they are happy to take and hold your money for as long as they can, I don't trust this business.

I ordered a Diablo Tuner from MBenzgram on April 21,2022. My credit card was charged immediately. After poor communication and being unable to confirm the order, I cancelled on April 28th - item had not been shipped. It is now May 24th and though I continue to receive email responses from the company saying I'll be refunded my money, still nothing. I can't get their address, and can't get anyone on the phone. The is the worst experience ordering online I've ever encountered. Think it is a scam!

I made an order with this company a month ago. I have been following up almost daily with emails as well as WhatsApp. Through email they tell me the order is "being shipped this week." But yet that never happens and I never receive a tracking number. Then on WhatsApp, they tell me the order was picked up, but wont provide me a tracking number. They are a SCAM!
And now they are not returning my emails or text messages.
