If a manufacturer show, tells you and emails you telling you that they have stock available ready to ship, why is it the this company can't ship it as a retailer? 4 months waiting only to be notified that there will be another 3 month wait before they can ship. So item was ordered and paid for on 07jun22 and now told that it won't be shipped, if available until mid October 22. If YOU look online, Skunk2 (skk907-05-0070) have the item in stock on their web page. Very poor service to a service veteran. Romeo you failed with this order, no second chance.

Tip for consumers:
Stay away from companies like this that advertise everything but deliver nothing, Don't believe the claims they make on their home page about shipping and stock availability and time frames, it's false. My recommendations to other service members wishing to buy race items for their project car, go direct to the manufacture and don't be eluded buy there false military discounts and thank you for serving you nation lies.

Be aware! Please DO NOT order anything from this company. I placed an order on 12/22/21 for Xmas, never got my order, every time I contacted them they told me is back order month after month. On 5/10/22 I finally decided to cancel the order and they agreed to refund my money within 7-10days. Another month go by, I still fighting with them to get my refund and they don't answer the phone every time I contacted them. They are purposely don't want to refund the money. They just keep lying and keep lying. They are not a honest company and the worse. They don't honor what them state on their website. Be aware.

DO NOT but anything from them. They are scammer.

Ordered a high flow intake kit for my duramax 1800$ they told me it was about 2 weeks out and about 2 months goes by and they finally tell me it's a special order so I ask for my refund they send me a email to their accountant never heard a response to them, been about 3 weeks still haven't seen my money back I'm gonna get the bank involved I guess

We called and was told that a carrier would pick it up on the 16th, still no update or anything. Almost a month goes by and still nothing. They then send an email saying its out of stock but on the website theyre still advertising the free shipping as if its in stock and ready to order. This website screams SCAM

I ordered a couple of shock tools.Two days find out tools are not in stock and will take 3 weeks.I canceled order and received e-mail money would be refunded in 7 days after 3 weeks no refund and some e-mails no responce had to call credit card company to get money back

Item was said in stock and wasn't. Asked for refund and been fighting them for 3 months PLUS to get my money. Still haven't gotten refund. Beware and don't buy of this site this has happened twice to me.

don't use this site their a pain in the $#*! to deal with.

I placed an order since February 8th, they never sent it. I tried to communicate and always the same answer, (it will be sent this week). I decide to cancel the order and since April 2nd, am trying to get my money back. With the answer of already the accounting department is going to make the refund. And nothing happens yet. Not recommended. I would give them triple 0 stars but there's no option.

On April 1st 2022 (ah actually kind of funny the day I ordered now thinking about it) I ordered a Borla X-pipe for a very good price. This company e-mailed said order placed, BUT weeks went by and never arrived nor was any contact to me about this order. Order #******* from David A from Bolton Connecticut. Anyways since no pipe on 4-22-2022 e-mailed and cancelled also got confirmation from them it was cancelled and refund will be applied. Four phone calls and three e-mails and no refund! Phone calls OMG 15 plus minutes to even try to get someone and these employees just give you the run around. "We made ticket and accounting needs to look at this" LMAO also once the woman said will be taken care of right after this call. NOPE... my opinion is this must be a scam site.

Please dont go through what Im going through. Pay more somewhere else at least you'll get the product!!!

Placed an order for fog lights 75 days ago and they never arrived. I asked for a refund multiple times and they promised me it would come in a week and I finally got them to agree to give me a refund, it's been over a month since they canceled my order, still no refund. They are con artists. They will keep your money and never send your stuff.

Do your research and you will find the same thing every time. They take your money, then say your part is back ordered or has to be special ordered, and then you will never hear from them or see your money again. If you cancel your order, they will tell you that they have refunded your money and that your bank is the reason you haven't received it. I have found dozens and dozens of people with the exact same story

After 7 weeks of no product and being told to wait another week in emails I canceled my order and was told I would get a refund in 7 to 10 working days. 30 days in and still no refund and will not return emails.

I purchased tail lights from Mbengram and I must say the quality of the items shipped was excellent. The only challenge that I encountered was the period it took to ship the items because I had to keep reminding the team to know the expected delivery. Aside that I think products from Mbenzgram is excellent. My suggestion to the Team responsible for order should acton quickly and give feedback when necessary

Looks legitimate, once you purchase the bull starts. It never gets shipped and your call doesn't get answered, then the automated email comes telling you refund in process. Don't fall for it. FBI won't investigate under 30k. BBB has no time. Your CC company might get your money refunded but if they don't get it from then they take it back from you. STAY AWAY

I was told 2 weeks on my item so I waited two weeks for them to ship it. Once I didn't receive information I emailed them asking for it then I was told another 3 weeks until I will get news about my item. I've been trying to call and speak with someone all day and I've never once gotten a response with them many times I've called.

Ordered parts for my BRZ swap in March of 2020. After a year, I still hadn't received parts so cancelled and asked for a refund. It has been 7 months and still getting a run around. Have not received my refund nor can I get answers. I have sent numerous requests the last two years. Stay away from this company.

This company takes your money and never delivers! I wish I would've researched before purchasing from them. Luckily I used the purchase plan through sezzle and they only got one of 4 payments out of me. But, now I have to contact my bank to have that card canceled before they receive a second. I wondered how they could have such a positive rating, but noticed that everyone who left a positive review, only left the one review. None of them left any other review for anything else, telling me these reviews are FAKE! Do a search and you'll find nothing but complaints about the same issue through the BBB. They are a SCAM! BEWARE!

Ordered some rims in November. 2 weeks later and still No update to the shipping. So I emailed asking what's up. They said "special order it should ship within 1-2 weeks" 2 weeks later nothing. I email them again and they say the same thing again "special order should ship within 1-2 weeks"

I cancel. They email me saying in 7-10 business days the money will post back to my account. 10 business days later… nothing has posted. I used my USAA credit card for this order and I just opened a dispute with them. I know I will get my money back from USAA but these crooks were never going to ship me any rims and were never going to refund my money.

Beatriz is who I have been emailing with. AVOID THIS PLACE. Any review that isn't 1 star is a lie. They don't ship you anything. This is a fraudulent website. DO NOT TRUST BEATRIZ

They emailed that they refunded my cancelled order. They never refunded and refuse to do so. When you dispute with the credit card company you have 60 days, Mbenzgram can tell you an item is backorderd and if they do not send within 60 days they can keep your money. Total fraud

I purchased an exhaust from this website for my Dodge Durango Hellcat. Never shipped out, which could have definitely been a supplier issue so I wasn't to upset about that. However, I decided to request a refund and after nearly 2 months, NOTHING! They respond to my emails saying that someone from accounting will reach out soon. That's it. Then nothing. They don't answer their phones because of "Covid". Over $1,600 gone and I'm sure I'll never see it again. Stay away!

August 2021 I ordered and paid over 7,000 for an Edelbrock supercharger from Mbenzgram. I've contacted them almost weekly requesting a shipping date. Every response has been it's being shipped or the carrier has it and I'll receive a tracking number. A month ago I learned that Mbenzgram is not an authorized Elelbrock dealer. I cancelled my order for a supercharger (which they didn't have in stock when I placed my order) and have requested they return my $7000. Response is always computer generated, 'we will get back to you shortly' or 'please contact your bank'. (They don't have our banking information so they can't return my money to a bank).

I ordered a couple of commercial tires. Was happy thinking a I got a pretty good deal. I was expecting the tires by the end of the week. Instead I received a email stating there is a 2 to 3 week wait. Nothing on the website about a back log or wait. I emailed customer service. On the 7th was told someone from the ware house would reach out to me shortly. Todays the 10th and no voice mails or emails from anyone. I messaged them again and now no response. I called and waited on hold for 23 min and the line then disconnected. When commercial trucks aren't in the road, they are costing the company money. While I have accepted people never do what they say they will (like get back to you shortly) or at all. There's always a unheartfelt apology which I find patronizing. I'm now wondering if this company even exist?

I ordered a k member for my 3rd gen camaro and was told it was on back order over a month ago. Can not get anyone on the on the phone. Waited almost 20 mins on hold before they disconnected my call. This k member is available at other performance store and they have it in stock. This company is the worst I have dealt with. They don't deserve any stars

I ordered a 3 1/2" Borla resonator on February 11th and never received it. I cancelled the order in late March and ask for a refund.No one will respond to me. I wouldn't advise anyone to do business with them! They charged my account $190.80
