POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES. FALSE ADVERTISING. DOES NOT HONOR ALL SALES ATTEMPTS TO GET MORE MONEY FOR ITEMS SOLD AND/OR WILL NOT SHIP
As with most high volume sellers we use various automated 3rd party software to list and price items automatically. Usually all goes well, but sometimes glitches can happen! When it does we will contact the buyer explain the situation and offer options. In this case an expensive item listed for a very low price (which is why the buyer made the purchase as the price was too good to be true). If we could have just shipped it we would have, but simply could not take such a large loss. The marketplaces understand that these issue can happen that are out of our hands and allow us to cancel / refund a sale if necessary. So we offered the item to the buyer at our cost or a full refund. A full refund was done as the buyer was not reasonable. Sorry for the issue!
"Shipped" on the 11th and recieved on the 16th. I live 2 miles from this place. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere.
Did some checking on this and see that the order was delivered within the estimated time frame provided to the buyer (in the eBay listing he purchased from). We ship orders in the order they are received and not by location to be fair to all of our customers. I also see that eBay agreed that we fulfilled the order within the time stated so they removed his negative feedback. Buyer had expectations that do not align with the time frame that was stated in the listing he purchased from (and he agreed to when he made the purchase).
Answer: We have been in business since 2011. We are a legit family run powersports business that takes pride in helping our customers. In today's world of automation errors can happen (on our end or the marketplaces end etc...). We do all we can in the event of an issue with an order. Sometimes, no matter what we do there can be an unhappy / unrealistic person. So we do the best we can, but not everyone can be pleased and those are the few bad reviews you see on this site. Please take a minute to verify what I say by looking at our A+ BBB rating! Or check out our Google rating of 4.3 stars. Not to mention 99.7% positive feedback on our eBay store.! Answer: To which we contacted the buyer about the marketplace listing issue (which was not on our end). Offered the buyer options and buyer choose to be refunded. We refunded buyer in full an apologize for the issue that was out of our hands.
