We have been in business since 2011. We are a legit family run powersports business that takes pride in helping our customers. In today's world of automation errors can happen (on our end or the marketplaces end etc...). We do all we can in the event of an issue with an order. Sometimes, no matter what we do there can be an unhappy / unrealistic person. So we do the best we can, but not everyone can be pleased and those are the few bad reviews you see on this site. To which we contacted the buyer about the marketplace listing issue (which was not on our end). Offered the buyer options and buyer choose to be refunded. We refunded buyer in full an apologize for the issue that was out of our hands.
