Their team was effective in communication and kept me updated throughout the whole project. We also set milestones to help us control the entire process. They delivered high-quality work within a reasonable time frame. I am already to expand our partnership and I think we will let them handle all of our marketing tasks.
It could have been a great job to hone your skills, improved your interpersonal skills and be challenged but the difficult deadline makes it harder to adapt. There is little to no support from management that can help you make your job easier. Everything should be solely done by you. You have to be resourceful enough if you want to get your job done. This could be a challenge for you to step up but the impossible deadline makes ti difficult. Stress plus pressure can take a toll on one's health that's why I quit working here.
The workplace is very toxic due to terrible managers. The managers express too much favoritism and bias, and everyone in the workplace sees this. This unprofessionalism by the managers creates a toxic work atmosphere where most employees are demotivated.
