I have tried to contact customer service multiple times for a return and have yet to receive a response. When I called, they told me I had to submit a return request via email. Two emails in a 7 day period, and still no response.

No response from customer service.

The bottoms are HUGE and I ordered a medium. I have never been a size small. The top fits perfectly. Now I have to try to figure out how to send it back and reorder a small... its just a pain and it took several weeks for the order to even arrive.

The return process is incredibly tedious and inconvenient for consumers. It should be a painless process instead of emailing back and forth, getting an address, and putting the cost of packaging and shipping on the consumer.

They were helpful in facilitating my return but I think the whole return process is incredibly tedious, which I am sure is by design.

Finally a website I can find pretty swimwear that fits me! Everything I ordered fit perfectly on me. Very comfortable and pretty patterns. I always feel conscious wearing bikinis. The swimwear dresses I ordered look lovely!

Ordering was fine, but your actual product and the size chart do not match.I will just end up giving the suit to a friend and will not buy from here again.suits are not the size or the length you put in your chart

I ordered 5 bathing suits and kept 3 and want to return 2. They say I have 30 days to return but they will not email me an address so that I can send them back. I have repeatedly tried to contact them.

I have repeatedly asked for a return mailing address and they have not give it to me.

I ordered my bathing suit top for a vacation I was taking in 3 weeks. I thought it would nicely pair with a set of bottoms I already owned. I never received shipping confirmation, waited for the package that didn't make it in time for my vacation and when I returned from vacation and finally saw the top it wasn't the same color as the photo and looked significantly cheaper. I will not order from this company again.

The suit itself was great quality and fit well, my only concern is the support for larger chests. I sent the suit I chose back and chose a different one with a different style back to hopefully get more support out of it.

I needed to make an exchange. They gave me the return address and confirmed when they received the package. I wish they would have paid for the return since it wasn't a sizing issue but more of a product style issue

It took almost a month to get my order. After I inquired, they did respond and let me know there was a freight problem. I'm a size 12 and 40DDD. I ordered 2 bathing suits both size 2XL. Super cute bathing suits but the cups were too small.

Based on reviews, I decided to order even though the site looked less than legit. Took a bit to ship, but I received my order and love my items! They fit well, and I plan to order again if they hold up well.

I went up a size in all and they are all still to small. I have items from last season and they are the same size that I purchased this time. Need to work on comparable sizing information to other plus size stores to help with sizing.

The swimsuit that fits me is lovely. However I ordered 3 and wanted to return 2. The return was to the USA which was very expensive. I was offered a 30% refund to keep the 2 returns. I read the return info on the website and nowhere did it state returning items would be an issue.

Your product is good, but support seems to be an unecessary process. I asked for a return and you make me jump through a lot of email hoops to get it done, which I'm still waiting for the return address. Seems like a simple process you make difficult.

Received order. Swimdress is missing the bottom piece. The poncho doe nit cover the bathing suit. I'm 5'1. I have sent several emails and I have not received a,respinse back as indicated a 24 hour response. There is no return label. No customer service number to call. I will not purchase any item from this website A very dissatisfied customer.

I'm speaking with your service department about returning items and I have gotten slow response and days later have not gotten the information I need to ship it back. The service person wants me to keep the item and get refunded 22$. How about I keep the item and get all of it refunded since it doesn't fit and I won't be using it. I will have to pay for shipping my return items. This is why people use Amazon. Ease of return and no return shipping cost. Poor service.

Explained above . Slow response , poor response. Grammatical errors throughout. Who am I talking with. No shipping information AND when I do return shipping I have to pay for it. The products don’t fit me and the service person is convincing me to keep them !

Excellent customer service and delivery time. I did not and so not like the material, I prefer a natural material. Sizing was in the smaller side too… your company did an excellent job, I should have checked the material before purchase! Thank you!

I was disappointed when. The bathing suits arrived. Although the material was thick, the fit of the suits were not accurate. I ordered one bikini top and although it fit around, the part for the breaststroke was stiff and made everything look very pointy. The one piece was made for someone with a round figure and short torso. It made me look very flat chested even though I am a D cup because it pulled my chest down

I asked to return my order before it was shipped so I could add bottoms and not pay shipping, but they advised it had been shipped already; this was 2 hours after.my order.

I ordered two bathing suits. One of them fit great but the other was too small. When I reached out to return one via email, the response I received was that I had to pay for my shipping to return and they only have 1 return location. I didn't care about that but they continued to pressure me into keeping my bathing suit and receive partial refund. I finally agreed to receive the partial because I was so annoyed.

MeetCurves has a nice site and a nice collection. They had an item I had scoured the internet for. I liked their selection and ended up ordering four items total, but unfortunately, they ran small, so l have to return them. It's a chance to see how their return policy works, I guess!

So my size on top it not that big I am a 32 D and the top was way to big. Wish I would have known that I could've just ordered the bottoms and not the top. But the bottoms I absolutely love them. I am definitely going to order another bottom just so I can mix it up.I ordered a medium and I am a size 10 it fits perfectly. I got the white skirt bottoms with the briefs underneath so comfortable and so cute hides my stretch marks from when I was pregnant with my son. It definitely boost my confidence.

Very difficult to return items. Keep getting the run around about giving partial money back and a $5 coupon for next order. With a 15 day return policy they certainly make it difficult to return. I should not have to repeatedly email that i do not want thenitems because they do not fit!

Sizes are not North American, probably 2 sizes down. Impossible to wear the product you bought. Absolutely impossible to return. Service center continually plays the game with not providing exact address for return.
