I.brought a swim suit of them they say you can get a refund of them you can't you contact them and they offer you some of your money back not all and say you can keep it why would you won't to keep something that doesn't fit bets me not very happy with them wouldn't buy of them at all

Saddly, everything purchased fit size wise but not for the cup size. Apparently, if you where plus size you must also have big breasts. A disappointing experience. The bathing suits where beautiful and look like good quality so I'm sad that they don't fit at the cheast.

I've tried to email several times to return my items because they don't fit and I keep getting an email back trying to negotiate for me to keep the items and get partial return. Very upset

Overall I was happy with my order however not so happy with the fact I wanted to return one item and I was told I'd get a partial return to keep the item and a $5.00 coupon to use with my next order. I feel the partial credit of $2.00 was ridiculous. I responded to possibly give me half or something more and never what's back or even received the $5.00 coupon. Disappointed with the cs.

Shopping online was made very easy and the checkout process was also very straightforward. The extra large in the one piece fit me, but when buying a two piece, the bottoms fit, and the top is way too small.

Nothing extra to say. I found four suits. I was a little disappointed that there was no extra shaping support but I kept two of the suits. I'm trying to return the other two because of size and style.

I ordered a lovely one-piece bathing suit and I love it! The print, color, and fit are great.

I also ordered what was described as 'blue' shorts to go with the suit. The 'blue' shorts are purple, not blue! So disappointed in this. I am not sending them back because by the time I pay for shipping to send them back it is not worth it. Had the color been blue, it would have great.

I like the bathing suit I purchased, it offers better support than most. It looks quite nice. There are a few things that I personally would prefer to be different (straps that cross in the back, so they don't slide, ect). My only major issue with this bathing suit was that I got a rash from the elastics around the legs. I assume this rash was just a fluke, and I plan to try wearing this bathing suit again in the near future, once this rash clears up, none the less, wearing this bathing suit was the only different thing I did that day to warrant getting a rash. I don't know how clean the factory it was sewn in was, so that is what I am assuming caused this rash.

The suits were cute and seemed well made but I got the sizes wrong. I am trying to return them and I got some kind of code, but no instructions as to what I am supposed to do with the code... Hoping I can figure it out.

My overall shopping experience was great, however, I was not anticipating how long it would take for my product to arrive. The quality of the product is great and it was worth the wait, but that is one thing I would improve on!

I bought items, kept one and wanted to return the rest. Their website states that they do returns but they don't. The offered me $30 for $120 they owe me! When I wouldn't agree they offered $60 and told me to donate the items and keep them. It was 7 different bathing suites, I don't want them, I want my money! So now I have 1 bathing suite I want and in the end it costed me $160. If I was going to pay that much for a bathing suit I would have just gotten a good quality from somewhere else to begin with.

Torso was too small to be the appropriate compared to the size I ordered. It was way too short an the bra insert was not completely attached when delivered. Very disappointing. Straps do not appear to be the same as what was pictured.

I normally wear xl in everything. The suits I ordered were too big at the top but fit perfectly in the butt.the two piece I ordered I want to send back I don't like the high cut in front it shows too much.

I got the rainbow one piece and the black and white two piece both in medium and they fit ok. As soon as I put the rainbow one piece on though, I noticed the outline of the bra cups coming through the swimming suit. I did not realize that they were sewn in and not removable.

Horrible customer service. My emails were never answered the same day they were sent. Only have 14 days to return only to hear back from customer service everywhere day cutting that 14 day window in half.

Nothing but tried to haggle me.
