These items may look great on their snazzy website, but products ship from China, returns are next to impossible, customer service is slow and frustrating, they will drag out the process for weeks while they "negotiate" minimal refunds in return for keeping items that don't fit and you don't want and they refuse to give address for returns. In my opinion, if they are going to do business in US, they should have an agent and/or warehouse in US in order to provide adequate return/exchange process for US customers - otherwise it just does not work.

The bottoms were slightly smaller than the size on them, but luckily I ordered a size larger than I normally do. The top was the about 2 sizes smaller than the size on it. I will need to exchange for 1 size larger. The top doesn't have a hem! It's just the cut edge of the thin nylon fabric. As a result it will "roll" and ride up. I'm hoping the larger size will give me enough length to put a hem on it. I do love the pattern of the top I ordered. It is very flattering for a less than flattering figure!

Returning an item that does not fit was a battle, that is still not done. I had to fight for a week just to get them to accept the return of a suit that did not fit. The quality of the suits are so-so, you get what you pay for.

Was continually prompted to keep the item I wanted to return for a gift card, which is ok but when I declined they continued to push keeping the unwanted product and for partial credit. If your product is so cheap you essentially give it away why would I want a gift card for another product?

I was very disappointed in the shipment of my purchase. I never received a tracking number or was even notified when my purchase was shipped. This was definitely frustrating since I paid for shipping.

I have asked to return my items so that I can pick new ones to exchange. They keep trying to barter with me to keep the items. The 1st offer was absolutely infuriating as they offered less than the cost of 1 item & a $5 coupon out of 3 items I wanted to return. When I asked for just the address to return, they then offered 2 items worth back on to my card. They are wasting my time to return not to mention it takes several days in between responses. A simple exchange shouldn't be this hard. I get it, I have to pay shipping. I read the return policy before I purchased. Just give me the address already!

Stop the haggle for a return & just give me the address so I can exchange. I do not want your insulting offers!

First off the site was easy to navigate and a pleasant online shopping experience. I wasn't in a rush for my order so a longer shipping time was just fine, and it was free without any surprise charges. The products fit as expected and the quality was what you'd expect for a fairly inexpensive bathing suit, or better. The site seems to describe a bit more structure to the garments than they feel like in person, but also there were no very negative shocks... the side boning is just less robust than you might hope. The fabric appearance on the site vs. the appearance in-person is also a bit hard to judge... the prints are larger than I expected and there was a green dot where I was expecting a white dot, but nothing that's a deal breaker. After I tweak a bit with added structure, I'm sure I'll be very happy.

I could not order from my mobile and after contacting support on two occasions they still could not help me. I was able to place my order eventually on a desktop.

Once I received my order I was very pleased with the fit and quality.

Requested assistance with an error message and was told it worked fine for them. Turns out I had to order from a desktop computer not a mobile device.

I was told I couldn't return the swimsuit that didn't fit me. I was refunded $8 and given a coupon for $5. Paid $38 for the swimsuit, so I'm guessing the other half of my money would have went towards shipping it somewhere out of the country?

With my measurements, I was able to easily find a plus size one piece bathing suit. It fits perfect and I can't wait to wear at my at my lap/exercise pool. I was not able to find bathing suit for plus size near me ‍

I have 2 items that need returning as they don't fit, I have followed the returns instruction to email my request to return and to wait for the next steps, however I still have not received that email and therefore unable to return the 2 items.

Not yet received reply and the time slot for returns is almost over.

No bikini top fitted properly. I couldn't send it back because I must have payed a price without even a guarantee of getting any money back. And when I emailed the service team they offered giving me less than the half of the price it had cost.

The swimsuits I ordered didn't fit like I had hoped. It's not that I got the wrong size because if I went up it would be to big and if I went down too small. My torso was just to long or my breasts weren't supported enough.

I saw this cute swimsuit and really liked the full coverage and zipper. Was worried about it's quality once I saw it was coming from China. I was worried it was a website that was really just trash/garbage quality. I was so pleasantly surprised. The quality was top notch and beautiful. I loved the swimsuit. Only issue was because it shipped and came from
China, it took like 2 full weeks or so to get to me.

I'm trying to return a bathing suit because the size is too small and they are giving me the runaround. They won't give me the full return address or a refund. They just keep saying they will give me $10 and to keep the bathing suit.

I am good with placing the order and it shipping (took a while) but fine. None of the pieces fit and I would like to return the items. The first email offered me a credit to keep the items vs shipping back. I would like to send all the items back. I am a little frustrated as they want me to take a photo of the swim bottoms to prove they have not been worn. I did not even take them out of the bag. I am not opening the bag just to take a photo. I am waiting to find out what is next Why does it take so long to get a return to address?

Just taking a while to get the return in process

The order took just 4 days shy of a month to receive. The items seem to be well made and of good quality. I have 3 items I wish to return and you only have 15 days once you receive them to return. You also have to email them to request a return and I did the day I received it and it has been 4 days with no response. Not sure it is worth all the trouble to shop here.

I have not heard back for helping me with the return. I just sent a follow up email.

I ordered a gorgeous swim suit from meet curve. I'm in the UK and it arrived quickly. The quality of the swim suit is amazing and is exactly the same as it is in the pictures. Very happy and will definitely be purchasing a few more!

I ordered some suits and liked them but wanted to return the ones I didn't like. I have followed the directions and no one will respond to my email to process my return - would have never ordered if I knew they don't respond to return requests.

My first order was a flop due to the size not fitting. Meet curve was gracious to allow me to keep my wrong-size bathing suit and give me credit to try again. The sci d bathing suit I ordered I sized down and the bathing suit skirt is so long it looms lime a dress and not a bathing suit. Unfortunately I will not wear this I e either. I will donate both to a friend or charity.

Thankful for not having to return the bathing suit with all the fuss of having to ship it back however my second bathing suit I downsized and it didn't fit well either. I did not contact CS a second time. I will just go with my losses.

Sent email to customer service regarding return. Took awhile to respond. Once responded didn't supply return information. Offered partial refund. I responded I was not interested. Asked for return address. Once again they responded with partial refund amount. Still no return address information. Waiting…….I feel like the process is being delayed so that I miss the return deadline

The suits, while cute, did not fit properly. I have been trying to return them for a couple of weeks but you have to email to get a return address and they still have not given me what I need to return the items. They keep trying to get me to keep them and offering me discounts. I really just want to return the suits, I'm willing to pay my own shipping, but I don't want to keep them for any discounted amount.

Extremely disappointed. I spent enough I earnt free shipping but was then charged almost $30 for shipping. What false advertising! The swim wear had minimal lining so is very see through in the lighter clouds. The swim skirt is poorly sewn and has a bulge on your bum so looks like you have a penis on your bum. Over all I would discourage you from wasting your money on the poor quality, poorly sewn swim wear..

I did everything according to their return policy to return some of the product and it took a LOT of communication and threatening on my end to get the company to honor their own policy. Would not recommend.
