I ordered a load of costumes to try and decide which ones suited me best. I had some that I wanted to return and trying to get hold of someone and trying to get a response to emails has been a nightmare. On top of that you then find out that you have either have to lose money and get a partial refund or pay out to return the items to the USA. Trying to organise the partial refund is also a nightmare as you will be lucky to get a response to your questions. My advice to anyone wanting to use meet curve is to make sure that they know exactly what they want and what size they are so they don't have to deal with customer services and they don't have to lose money on any costumes that don't fit them or that they need to return.

Your customer service is appalling. You will be lucky to get a response from emails and questions asked. You don't support customers who need to return items and they end up losing money due to the partial refund or having to send back to the USA. Make sure you know what you need or want as having to return items is a nightmare!

After the long delay with shipping I received my swimsuits. One is hideous and not like the picture. I will need instructions on how to return it. The other is cute but I would to size down. So I will need instructions on how to exchange that one.

They reached out after 48 hours. Shipping is too long a process in my opinion

I measured myself exactly and followed the chart. I ordered a swimsuit, a swim dress and a cover up! I love all of them! They fit perfectly, beautiful design and colors exactly as shown and flattering for my 63 year old body. I love all the styles offered for ages and body types and even my 29 year old daughter asked the website. I would definitely recommend and would definitely buy again.

Well I let her know my package seems to be taking a long time to arrive - a few weeks. She advised me to "please be patient" so I thought ok, will do. A few days later it arrived !

I tried to return two bathing suits, to make a return you need to contact customer service for the approval. However, customer service tries to make "deals" so you don't return the product. Also, you have to pay your own return shipping.

They were hesitant in giving me my return and repeatedly tried to make different deals for me to keep the product.

I was happy with some pieces that i ordered and when i was ready to return the items that were too small they keep try to convict you to keep them with a special to your next order, scuse me but it's too small and they keep try to not take back the items, so exhaustive.

It is difficult to return items. I have asked four times for the complete return address. They want to negotiate and send a small refund so I will keep the items. I do not want to keep items that do not fit. I will pay for the return shipping as required.

Customer service wants to negotiate and I want to return. I will NOT order again.

I ordered three suits. They all fit well and look good on. However, one was easy to get in and out od, one was a bit tough to slip on and off and the third was extremely difficult to get in and out of.

The items I received did not fit well. I emailed asking for a return into her than to send me the return address because their site says it is not the same as the shipping address. When they finally responded they offered a partial refund and for me to keep my items which I refused. I again asked for a refund and the return address. This time she sent me the state and ZIP Code again offering a partial refund. I responded a third time, refusing the partial refund and again requesting the full return address. Once again, the response was for a partial refund, and again no return address. I am very dissatisfied with their service.

I have emailed the company customer service note 4 times requesting a return address. Each time they have negated my request and refused to honor their return policy.

I purchased a suit and when it didn't fit reached out to do a return. Instead of an easy process I kept getting pushback and offers of "how about you keep it and we give you a $10 credit." When I said no I want to return it they came back with an offer for a $20 credit and so on. Extremely frustrating that I've had to go back and forth when them and can't just return it.

It took 2 months to finally receive my refund they offered after numerous emails. It took complaints to the BBB and PayPal for them to actually move forward with the refund. I will never order from them again. Horrible customer service.

Absolutely horrid

I always worry about ordering swimsuits online, but I just didn't have time to hit the stores before my trip to Cancun. I'm glad I decide to order from Meetcurve. The 2 swimsuits I ordered fit great and they arrived in plenty of time.

None of the items I ordered fit, even though I ordered my normal size. I ordered swimwear. The tops were horribly small, and very short. I have tried to contact Meet Curve many times for the address for returns, and have not received it. The website says to contact them for an address for returns--that the items are not to be returned to the address they were shipped from. I cannot return the items if they will not provide an address to do so.

I have requested an address to send returns back, and after numerous attempts, it has still not been provided.

I ordered as best I could to get what I was looking for. The products were super delayed by shipping and come from China. Gross. I wouldn't have ordered if I new that. Product is not great, ill-fitting, and not worth what you pay.

I ordered a bathing suit and two bathing suit tops from the site. I really liked the ads on Facebook and the styles were really cute. I received my order in less than 10 days. I love the suits and the fit! I'm between a size med and large and was worried about the fit but the size chart was accurate. I'm very happy and will most likely order again from this site. The quality of the bathing suit material was great!

I purchased 4 swimsuits not knowing how they would fit or which I would like best. I decided to keep one and return the rest. However, once you tell them you want to return items they ghost you. I got one email stating that they wanted me to keep the items in exchange for a small discount. I have emailed their customer service over 5 times without a response. They simply do not allow for returns or refunds even though their website says they do. Had I known the hassle this would be I would have never purchased from them in the first place. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I ordered 2 swim tops. Once the tops finally arrived, one top was not as pictured and one was fine…pretty. The first top was pictured as a purple and when it arrived it was a neon pink… not attractive at all. The prettier top was as pictured, however neither fit… run extremely small. Returned both.

Asked where my tops were becuz the delivery time was long… received the next day

I am very dissatisfied with this site. The products I ordered don't fit, so I asked for a return. All I received was a blank email, so I reported it. I still haven't received anything. I do not recommend this site

Unsatisfactory

The color and style was exactly like the image online. Very cute! The fit was good in the circumference but the torso length was a little short for me... If the length was at least 1" longer my breasts would have fit perfectly in the cups and fit would have been flawless.

Items came quickly but bathing suits were no good. Ordered xl in one and it was more like a small/medium. The other suit fit but the booby supports were sewn waaayyyy on the wrong spot, on the side of the bathing suit. Returning items was not the best experience took forever to get in contact and had to pay to ship them back. But on a good note I really love the shirt I ordered from them!

Everything I ordered look the same as on the site, the quality was very nice and I even liked how I looked in the swimwear and coverings. I will shop there again in the future. Also, the prices were very reasonable.

I ordered 2 swimsuits, one for me and one for my daughter. I'm happy with mine which is very comfortable however my daughter is nearly 6ft tall and the body of the swimsuit was too short - the underwire chest portion was way beneath her breasts.
I contacted customer service to arrange a return and refund only to be told that there is no warehouse for returns in the UK and I would have to cover the full cost of postage to the US. Alternatively they offered a 50% refund and I keep the item. So now I'll only have half my money back and a swimsuit that doesn't fit.

Prompt communication I am just unhappy with the return policy

I needed to return a couple of items totaling over $80 and you only offered a $10 coupon. This essentially is a scam and I will not be using you in the future. Very disappointing and borderline illegal!

I found the site to be easy to navigate, but I was not happy with the products. They seem to be not very well made and fit inconsistently. I ordered 2 of the same bottoms in the same size. The black was too small. The other one I ordered was blue. It came as purple. But it fit really well. I decided to keep it despite it not being the color I wanted.

My order was lost for a few days. As soon as I contacted customer service, it was miraculously found and delivered two days later. I also returned the bulk of the order since it did not fit as expected.
