I like the product, but I am not receiving timely responses from the return services. The items were too small. I asked for return instructions. It too several days to get the instructions. Once I got the instructions, they didn't give an address to send the items back. I am still waiting on the address. I hope the doesn't count towards my 15 day limit to get a refund.

Poor communication. Didn't give address to send returns. Too much time delay in communication. I am worried I won't meet the 15 day limit for refund. I am still waiting on a response to my question on where to send my returns.

I asked for the return of the products and got alternative choices except of returning them. But nothing was satisfied for me so I asked for the 3. Time for the return address. Now I don't get any responds and I don't have my money back. I will never oder there again.

Despite using the Canada section of their website, my pkg was delivered to USA. But that was not the issue! My issue was the automated responses with none of the information I had requestes (i.e tracking number, eta, phone number i could call. Their messages appeared as though they had not read my requests at all, it was robotic like text which leads me to wonder if there was an actual person on the other end. I asked for the pkg to be re routed and I would pay the additional shipping, 6 weeks later and I still don't have it! Now they are advising me again the pkg was returned bc of the address and would I like a refund minus shipping...as if we hadn't had this conversation weeks ago. Now I have to wonder if I will ever see a refund!

Fit. I have had a horrible experience trying to return them. I would rate that a zero. I still have not received an address to return them to to get refunded.

I ordered 2 swimsuits, one for me and one for my daughter. I'm happy with mine which is very comfortable however my daughter is nearly 6ft tall and the body of the swimsuit was too short - the underwire chest portion was way beneath her breasts.
I contacted customer service to arrange a return and refund only to be told that there is no warehouse for returns in the UK and I would have to cover the full cost of postage to the US. Alternatively they offered a 50% refund and I keep the item. So now I'll only have half my money back and a swimsuit that doesn't fit.

Prompt communication I am just unhappy with the return policy

The suit did not fit. I asked to return it. Instead of providing me with information to return they offered to return $11 and for me to keep the suit. I paid $38 for the suit it doesn't fit why would I want to keep it? $11 isn't even half the cost. Eventually we settled on $30 but why should I have to harass you for a week to get a refund?

Terrible experience

I need to return my items, and had a difficult time getting the person on your end to understand that I wanted to return the items and not for partial credit! I then had to ask multiple times for the return address.

I had to ask for the return address three times, and I’m worried now that I’ll never receive my money back! This will keep me from shopping here in the future.

Bought a swimsuit and 2 tankini sets. Was able to wear the tankini but even though I had measured my bust for the swimsuit accurately n sized slightly up it was too small to decently cover me so I had to leave it at home. Loved the colour but not fit for when I needed it. Reduced to using just the 2 for a 2 week cruise.

Asked the customer service representative multiple times to exchange a product for a different size. Was first offered a $5 coupon instead. Next I was offered a partial refund for 1/2 the price of the item… I just needed a different size.

Just wanted to exchange an item. Needs were not met.

Love the swimsuit options available. The suites didn't fit me as well as I was hoping they would but they are super cute. I couldn't go up in size because if I did the top part would have been too big.

In short, the quality of the suits I received was terrific. However, even though I referred to the sizing chart and ordered a size up from my usual size, the bust cups were incredibly shallow and did not offer support or coverage for my full-figured chest. The suits did fit well through the midsection and coverage in the lower section.

Couldn't track my items and they were late even know I paid $25 dollars to have them quick. Then the items were way smaller than they said they were online. I used the size guide too. The swimsuit top didn't cover anything. The swimsuit bottoms fit but that's it.

Took days to hear back, once I did the swimsuits had shown up.

I ordered 3 swimsuits and only 1 fit properly. I have been trying to return the other 2 and have not been provided with any returns details despite several emails sent to *******@meetcurve. This is fraudulent business practice and is disgusting.

Waited several days for return details and when I got a response I wasn’t given them. Want to return the swimsuits that don’t fit!

The swimsuit fit well and the sizing was appropriate. Unfortunately I didn't like how it looked on me. I missed having straps and I didn't really like the neckline on me. It's a great suit and Made well, just not for me.

I ordered 3 items... First was amazing... loved the fit. Second I wore for about 15 minutes before it had a hole in it. 3rd the bottom I had didn't match, so I need to order new bottoms. Will order again.

I had a question about my order, emailed customer support via link on order confirmation email, got no response. Did "contact us" on the website and did get a response and suddenly a non-receipt message that my initial email couldn't be delivered (2weeks later!) I was not notified when my order was shipped as stated in the order confirmation email. The products themselves are good and as advertised, except the mesh top over the string bikini top is much shorter than pictured - slightly disappointing. Otherwise nice quality products, thick material and fits according to measurements on sizing guide.

Email link either doesn’t work or it’s not a monitored inbox. Conveniently got a postmaster email delivery failed message almost 2 weeks after sending the message, but within 24 hrs of sending a ticket. No shipping confirmation was sent as stated in initial order confirmation email.

Mostly pleasant. Was concerned that my order would not arrive in time for when it was needed as tracking information was delayed and I was worried it was lost in transit. It was, however, received in time and I liked all of the items.

I only received an email that a ticket had been opened and no further contact. However, the status of the tracking of my items was updated after the ticket was opened and I received the items on time. Desire effect was achieved, but a bit more communication would have been good.

I am was happy with the products I received they were as advertised, and seem to be a good quality swimsuit. They are true to size, the only thing I didn't like was how short the one pieces were in the body, I loved the look of them, but for someone who is taller I did find them a little short in the torso, the two pieces were great, but again the high waist a little shorter than I would of liked. Over all still a great product that I am sure I will enjoy!

I received 3 items and need to return 2 of them. Contacted customer service and they opened a ticket. No information or follow up for days. Sent inquiry in again and the opened another ticket number. This went on for another week. Finally got a response with no info on where to return the items. A few days later, the said they would have to charge me shipping on the two items to my home. I would have to incur shipping cost to return, still not giving me a return address. Then the said my refund would be about $79.89 but if I kept the 2 items the would refund me $20 plus a $5 gift card. I asked where I was sending return so I could figure shipping, but sent me only Secaucus, NJ with no street address. It has been very frustrating dealing with them. So still no address for return and have to wait days for any response. I will be disputing my charges with credit card company if I do not receive info shortly.

I have been trying to return some
Items that did not fit me and the company is not giving me the correct info to return the items in a timely manner and keep offering me partial refund, coupons, telling me to gift the items to my friends instead. I just wanted to return the items and get a refund.

Poor returns service. They are not providing me the return info to send back an get a refund as per their refund policy.

From the ordering of the bathing suits to the delivery and quality of the material everything was great. My suits came fast and i absolutely love how they look. They are true to size and hold the not so flattering parts in.

The product arrived late.
I have emailed several times asking for the address to return the items and have been ignore entirely! Now I have missed the 15 day deadline and have a product that I cannot use.

Absolutely terrible.

Two of the items I ordered were ill fitting on me and when I contacted the company I was offered a credit for them instead of a return option. I therefore now have more swimwear than I need and two items that are unwearable. It would be good if there were an actual return and refund option.
