For me and my style tastes there were only a few tankini tops I liked, so I bought two.
One fit just okay, but gave me no support for my chest.
The other one, which I bought in the same size, was too small for me everywhere.

I wanted to return two tops. Basically they don't do returns, which I understand, so they gave me a gift card instead and let me keep the two tops.

I ordered on 5/10/22, order arrived 6/04/22. Because of MC's mistake I did not receive my order before I left for vacation. They emailed me that a suit I ordered was actually out of stock and I reselected another suit. They wouldn't expedite the shipping even though it was their mistake. My order arrived 3 days after I left for our trip.

Your mistake and you wouldn’t expedite shipping to make sure I got my order on time. I was told that I could pay an additional $15-25 for the shipping. Not my fault your inventory was not correctly updated and you sold me a suit you didn’t have.

I'm emailing Kare, one of their customes service and she is refusing to give me address where I can post items I would.like to return.
I've ordered quiet a lot as my body shape is unusual and have difficult to find bras, swimsuits, etc for me. I left 2 items which are OK, but would like to return the rest as it doesn't fit me at all. They are unworn, with original labels. I send 1st email day after delivery willing to post back what I will not keep. Karen is offering only partially refund? As per customer law I have a right to receive full refund.
Case still open, not resolved. At this point.lost £380

I had a great experience with the options and speed online, the suits came timely and I loved everyone I received! So glad I decided to try one more site before I went on vacation, I saved the best for last!

This is my second order and sizing was off. I love the swim suits, ordered a 2x which is my true to size, they were snug so I ordered a size up in my second order. They were a little too big so I may be in between the sizes! Had the second order has adjustable straps, they would have been much better for me personally.

Meet Curve suits are well made and use good materials. Their customer service response is very good BUT. The sizing of their swimsuits is waaaay off! Run very small and are very short waisted. I'm disappointed because their styles are nice. They need to do better research on plus size womens sizing in the USA.

I ordered three swimsuits. One was canceled because it was out of stock, one was not the same color as the photo, and one was see through in the chest. I then tried to return them and they made me pay return shipping and only refunded the price of the swimsuits (not the initial shipping). So I just spent $20 for nothing.

Kept getting the same email multiple times and I could tell that English was not their first language from the way they worded things.

I shouldn't have to negotiate an amount for a return. If I don't want your product, I should be given a FREE shipping label and a full refund. Instead customer service wants to negotiate an amount so they can keep some money. This is a SCAM. I will never purchase from meetcurve again

I should not have to negotiate my return. Nor should I have to pay for shipping. I continued to go back and forth about a return until I got tired of negotiating. I realize this is the end game so the website can keep money however this is a terrible business practice.

I was very impressed with my swim suits.
They look exactly the same on as they do in the pictures.

I also really like how they are made and designed for curvier girls and just made small designs in larger sizes.
They fit well and look great.

I am trying to return 3 bathing suits, and I am willing to pay shipping but all I get from Meet. Curve is a response from Karen offering me a refund of $65 and $5 towards my next purchase and keep 3 bathing suits I don't want and they will not give me a proper address.

This is a super flattering swim set. The only reason it's not a full set of stars is because I think the material is really thin and that kind of concerns me for longevity of the garment. However, it's not really an athletic swim garment so for fashion and leisure wear, it's perfect. The print being only on one side is the garment ruffle also kind of bothered me but once I put it on, you really cannot see that it's white backed, unless there is wind. Again, not noticeable because I won't be swimming in the wind lol. Overall, I loooove the super high waist! Recently post partum and this is very comfortable and flattering. I didn't really want to take it off while trying it on and walking around my kitchen lol.

Delivery was within a week to the UK. Found a small hole in the lining, communication with rep from MeetCurve was good and a refund was received. Will reorder from them again and swimsuit fits really nicely, even at a size 24.

I've had 5 offers now for a partial refund even though I have requested the refund address 5 times and a refund in full. Item was way too small. Ordered 3XL and couldn't get up it over my legs. You have to pay for the return postage to America yourself, but that's only when they decide to give you the return address after numerous partial refund offers. Still waiting on the return address...
I will never order again due to sizing being so off and due to the difficulty in returning goods.

Have responded to emaila but not given refund address that ive requested numerous times. Instead have had 5 offers of partial refund and no refund address given. Still waiting..

I ordered three swimsuits, all were as advertised, one I didn't like the way it looked, one I loved, and one I really loved the look, but it had little cap sleeves where the stitching was so tight I couldn't lift my arms. The returns process sucks and the customer service is helpful but slow to respond. So, chooses wisely and be prepared to keep what you get.

I reached out about returning items, knowing I would be responsible for return shipping. Customer service was slow to respond considering they expect returns to happen within a 15 day window. The agents I emailed were polite, and they offered a partial reimbursement to keep the items, which sounds nice but it was pretty low. If it had been higher I might have considered it, but I would be out alot of money. I wish they responded faster.

This return experience has changed my mind about any future purchases from Meetcurve. I have been trying to return 2 swimsuits for almost a week and still haven't received the add where I need to send them. I will give a bad review any chance I get and report you to the BBB.

Y’all have met none of my expectations

The order was my first time shopping with Meetcurve. The products looked great, the descriptions gave me the information I wanted to know. The tracking/shipping information was not updated so I didn't know when the product would arrive but I was in no hurry. The products were not long enough, I immediately submitted for a return and was not given the information right away. The CS department asked if I wanted credit for the items or partial credit and partial refund to keep the products. This was unacceptable as they did not fit. The last email offered half the cost of my order or I could return for a full refund if I followed a long list of instructions. Very frustrating as I looked over the return policy and it did not say anything about crediting or partial crediting for a refund.

The CS emailed me back and forth until I succumbed to half of my return cost and keeping the items which, I will donate.

Cost of delivery was extortionate and took over 10 days to be received. Product was well packaged but unfortunately was poor fitting and wasn't true to size. Had to negotiate a partial refund to avoid overly complicated returns process. Sadly won't be a returning customer and certainly wouldn't recommend to family or friends.

I ordered an orchid tankini top in an extra large, which is one size larger than I would normally order.
I received a neon pink top that is way too small. Not happy. I had to pay shipping on the front end and now I will have to pay shipping again to send it back and it wasn't my mistake. Will not be ordering from them again.

I like the suit a lot- sizing is a little confusing, but I followed the size chart rather than looking at what the models were wearing and that worked fine. Body is a little long for me since I am short waisted and it shows little more cleavage than I had expected, but overall a flattering suit at a great price.

Some of the suits were out of stock for months and kept waiting for them to come back in. But they never did so I went with different options that I really did not care for that much. WhenI received the swim suits which took 3 weeks to receieve I need to return them for a bigger size due to the bust area is smaller than what I need.

I have reached out but have not heard back as of today. Very disappointed as I'm needing these for vacation.

I purchased 2 swim suits from meet curve. They came with in 2 weeks. I really loved one of the suits! The tankini is a little long and fits me a little weird- but the material and color is nice. I would recommend Meet Curve and am thinking about buying another suit for our cruise in September!

I ordered a swimsuit before and loved the fit and look. But after a few washes the color faded in streaks. I thought maybe it was a one off or a reaction to the salt water. I thought I would order another one for our upcoming event but I am very disappointed. It is made for a person who is short waisted and I will never wear it.

My order took a bit longer than anticipated but still arrived on time for my needs.
I ordered 4 suits and kept 2. The 2 that were retuned are both one shoulder one pieces. Unfortunately the support in the bust area wasn't there for me.
Iyt needed an optional strap to hold me yp.

Good customer service. A bit complicated return process.
