Meetcurve

I ordered two bikini tops, one tankini top, and a bikini bottom. The bottom and the tankini top are great, I am very happy with those. The two bikini tops do not fit, and I am trying to return them. I have tried to contact Meet Curve three times in the past three days, and I have not heard back yet.

They have not responded to me yet.

Disappointed that clothing dimensions weren't provided. Size chart for clothing is not reliable. Many of the swim suits that were marketed as full coverage were not, even when size chart was followed for chest size. They should tell you the length of the tops. The clothing length is not friendly for people over 5'10. Also the cups move around, the edge of one of the bottoms wasn't a clear cuff so the top of the white inside liner showed where it met the outer green layer.

Never replied to my first email. Had to reach out a second time. Told me I had to reimburse them for the shipping, wouldn't tell me the cost. I asked if I only returned SOME of the order would I still have to pay the FULL shipping cost. Haven't gotten an answer yet. Tell you that the shipping address is different from where it came from but haven't provided the address.

Side note: I wish the website FAQ page would publicize that the bathing suits are made in China. I thought I was buying them from the US since Meet Curves website says it's American.

Lovely swimdress. Just as shown in picture. Was lovely to receive something I ordered on line to fit perfect and be finished to a good quality. I have ordered something else so hopefully will be just as satisfied. Thankyou

I ordered a black and white striped bikini top and a the red high waisted bottoms! Love them. Can't wait to wear this summer! Both pieces seem pretty true to size. I weigh 175 and ordered a large top and extra large bottoms.

I ordered a tankini with matching short bottoms and a one piece suit. I think the styles are beautiful and I decided to keep the one piece because it was more comfortable. The tankini fit was ok, but the matching short bottoms were very tight. I wished that I could order the bottoms larger than the top. I think the picture of the model appeared as if the model had a pear shape, so I took a chance on that. If I lost a bit of weight, I would keep it, but it was uncomfortable to even bend in the short.

I have not had a response yet, but I hope to hear back sometime next week.

I have been emailing back-and-forth with the company to try and return an item. They only offer me partial refund and won't send me the address to return. I believe they just were trying to wait the 15 days so they wouldn't have to accept the return.

I have been emailing back-and-forth with someone from meet.curve “support” - they never told me to email “service” to get a return confirmation? They only offered a partial refund and told me that the mailing address was in New York. Then i Emailed the customer service about their return and haven’t heard anything. First email was sent on 5/31 - most recent sent 6/9. All I want is the address where to send the return to know if I need to print anything to return it. I think they are just waiting out the 15 day so they don’t have to give me a refund.

I purchased multiple items from this company, I was unhappy with the items requested of return and got multiple pushbacks before I was given the address and process for returning the items. They items have now been returned and I'm still waiting for my refund.

My sister gifted me a tankini top a while back and I've been trying to find a matching bottom. I did at meetcurve and also found a few other pieces I will be mixing and matching with! The order arrived promptly enough for me to be able to bring them on vacation!

First my package wasn't mailed until I contacted them. When I received my package, I didn't like the fit of two of the suits. I emailed them about returning them. They asked me to email which suits I wanted to return. If I still chose to return them, I would then get an address and would have to pay return shipping and send them the tracking number. It did finally get credited, but I have never had to go through so much to return an item. In this day and time, most companies do return shipping for free.

It's not easy to find swimsuits in my size (XL) and those on MeetCurve always fit me perfectly (ratio between the bust and the bottom of the swimsuit). I like the colors and the large selection found at MeetCurve and the price is really competitive. The quality is good and the shipping is quite fast.I am never disappointed with what I receive, the colors are beautiful and conform to the images on the site. I recommend the product and the company.

Shopping wise was fine, easy ordering. But sizing of the product was off. I went by the measurements and reviews, but there wasn't enough support around the bust area to support a large chest (38H for reference). I did have to alter it and make it tighter to hold the girls up.

I'm really happy with the one piece bathing suit, however, one side is looser than the other on the piece that hangs over the arms.

I usually never buy swim gear off of websites because I'm hard to fit but I have to say every single thing I bought from this website has fit perfectly I'm super happy. Thing suits are all great quality and I have a larger top and they support it very well and I get lots of compliments I give your website out to all my friends.

I was so excited to order but when I received my order returns and exchanges was a nightmare. I couldn't get an address to make the exchanges so I am returning my entire order in fear of what could happen next time.

It took multiple times to getva response

Site was easy to use, but for my sister and I, we had a hard time when checking out. The site wouldn't let us buy the items for the first few times, and the delivery took longer then I thought, but I wasn't in a hurry for it. But I have the say the product fit very very well, and I'm excited to wear them this year

I have an item I would like to return. I got an email response but have yet to receive return instructions and an address. According to you policy I only have 7 days. Also not happy about having to pay shipping since I paid for it to be delivered.

Suit 1 black and white upper body and solid black Was too big.
Suit 2 black suit with a prettyblue white gold print was too small

I have been in constant with the company; but have been unable to return the suits. No address or return label.

One item was as nice as I had hoped. One was smaller than the normal 4Xs are and one was a bathing suit I would never have ordered nor would I ever wear. But to return it would cost as much as the refund.

Shien has better shipment speeds and customers service for US and their in China. It takes Meet.Curve 3 days to response to email which is EXTREMLY frustrating since they refused to answer address my questions and copy & paste answers from a script. So I have to email them again and it can take a week or 2 to get an answer.
They didn't ship my order for over a week and kept lying and saying that they shipped it when the tracking number they gave me showed they didn't. They tried blaming UPS for the delay even though UPS was still waiting to receive the package. I asked days before they mailed the package to cancel it which they refused to do. I placed this order in June and still can't get any information on how to send a return on July 13. I think I'll have to report them to the FTC, consumer protection agency, or file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. WORST online store ever

Refused to answer questions or gave false information

I ordered the size I always wear but receiving them that were too tight that I could really breathe. I ordered new ones a size up and probably could have gotten away with ordering 2 sizes up but made it work. I return process for the original "small" items was a pain. I kept being asked to keep the items and receive a partial refund. Didn't want to keep something that I wouldn't fit into. And I only got refunded the amount of the suits not shipping cost and then I had to pay shipping for the return and the new shipping for the new items.

Karen was helpful but kept asking if I rather keep the items and get a partial refund (1/3 of what I paid excluding shipping). Also had to ask 3 times for a return address as the first 2 times I only got a city and state.

The products I ordered did not fit. When I contacted them to return them, they offered me $10 to keep a product I couldnt use. I asked numerous times to return them for a refund and they kept asking me to keep them. Then they stopped responding until I demanded a response and then they finally got back to me. A process that would normally have been taken care of instantly with any other company has now taken WEEKS with them and I still do not have my money back. HORRIBLE

Costumes came and were nice but didn't fit. I emailed company same day to say I needed to return them. I got 2 emails back trying to convince me to keep them at a discount price. Obviously they don't fit so even if they were free I wouldn't want them. I have sent 15 emails since asking for a return address as I have sent them pictures of the unworn costumes and agreed to paying for the return and they do not reply at all. It's been over a week with no reply - the company is a complete con.

Awful !!!!! They don't respond other than to try and convince you to keep the items that don't fit. Been trying to get a return address so I can get a refund for nearly 2 weeks and they don't respond.

Shopping was easy shopping was fast. Sizing was not at all correct item I got was way to small well actually not so much small not long enough even gave them to a. Friend to try on and she couldn't even fit them either for the same reason..
