I'm always sceptical ordering in line. Are you really getting what you are seeing. Everything fit true to size and really great quality. Will buy again

Ordered from a FB ad and those are a 50/50 shot. My pieces were excellent and seem well-made I ordered 2 bikinis and definitely paid attention to the site measurements.

The shipping took longer than I expected. The suit is great quality but isn't complimentary to my figure. It's difficult to buy a suit online and I should have resisted.

The return experience has been a bit complicated. Should be able to get a return authorization and return address much easier than waiting for an email.

Sizing confusing. Size chart says one size, but models are not wearing the size they should be for their measurements. So very difficult to guess size.

You will need to pay for shipping if you want a return.

Cup size is surprisingly small considering the product is intended for larger women, who typically have larger busts.

Misleading Return policy

The models and super and very flattering.
Used the measurement guide and items arrived true to size.
The fabric is nice, holding its shape so far (not easily stretching out).

I do not understand why there is lining on only half the shorts. Material is very thin. I ordered one size higher than I normally wear anc it is tight

I found what I wanted, ordered with ease and received my items in a timely fashion. I'm very satisfied with all my purchases. I'd definitely recommend!

I measured and paid attention to what the size guides said. My suit came and it fits really well! Give the suit time to arrive; don't order last minute :)

I have been trying to return some of my purchases because they did not fit. It has been a long process to get instructions and permission to return the products.

I ordered my suits online and received them within about 14 days. I ordered 3 suits. 2 fit perfectly and 1 was too tight. They were all the same size.

I ordered a size larger than I usually wear, based on the measurements. However it would have been better to order my usual size as it is a little large.

FOLKS--DON'T BUY THIS BRAND! THE RETURN POLICY IS ATROCIOUS--AND ACTUALLY DOES NOT EXIST. THEY DON'T COVER POSTAGE AND REFUSE TO SEND YOU A RETURN LABELL I WAS OFFERED $12 (on a $45 purchase) AND TOLD TO GIVE THE SUIT TO A FRIEND OR DONATE TO CHARITY. I ENDED UP AGREEING TO A $21 CREDIT. BE WARNED!

I love the products so much! But this is my 2nd summer to order and both times it has taken soooooooooooooooooo long to receive them. That part is a little frustrating.

It's been 3 weeks and still haven't recieved anything. They sure took my money in one day but didn't recieve anything. Now they've locked me out of my account. How convenient!

They told me one of my products were out of stock now and that's why I haven't recieved my order. Told me to cancel my order. Then they locked my account. So now I can't get my product or my money back.

I purchased a dress and 3 swimsuits and they did not work. The dress was too large and I didn't like he material and the swimwear didn't provide enough bust support. I followed the instructions on their website for returns and sent an email requesting a return auth # and return address (spoiler - they NEVER gave a return address!). Instead of providing a return auth, they offered to let me keep the items for $42 (I paid $156). I replied that I wanted a full return and they again didn't get back to me for days. Several emails later, and after I tell them what a horrible experience this has been, they say sorry and would I accept $72 back to my card and I could donate or sell the items myself, and they said that is the only compensation they can offer. I emailed back that if that is the best they can do I'd take the $72 (better than nothing!) and so have yet to hear back or receive a refund. Absolutely the worst experience buying online I have ever had! They are a fraudulent company! Beware!

I have contacted them multiple times by email as they do not provide any other means of communication. They have yet to allow me to return items.

The item I ordered was a white lace cover up. Very poorly made. It looked beautiful on the model in the photo but does not look nice on. I plan to return it

I made a mistake entering my address for my order. I sent an email explaining what happened, and I had a response very quickly and everything was sorted out within 24 hours. Terrific!

The suits are made well and very cute. They came relatively quickly. As someone who's 6'1 the only complaint I have is they are short in the torso. I will be ordering again.

My items arrived and two are not what I expected/appropriate fit for me. I have tried to "view my order" on my receipt email so can try to initiate return and nothing happens.

The cost was converted from Aus$ to USA$ after I purchased the product which added another $20 to my order. Disappointed this wasn't clear at checkout l.

They were unsure why I paid $US when check out didn’t convert it and told me to contact my bank. This wasn’t the banks problem. Just would have preferred the actual cost to be clear up front.

Appears to meet my needs and size. Products were cute, ordered bigger size than normal and they fit. Only concern was shipping but they did arrive on last day they said they would.
