Such an easy site to use! The information on sizing was accurate, the choices many and the pricing was excellent too! Recieved my order in a timely manner and the suits are of remarkable quality.

Besides having to pay for return shipping, it was easy and I loved the tankini top I ended up getting! For being a busty and curvy girl, it offers great support, it's flattering and stylish!

I needed return help and they responded within 24 hours with the right help!

Very slow to respond to emails. Requested a return for 2 of the 3 orders, and they haven't responded. And the issue with this, is their return window is very short.

I need to return 2 items. And we have received zero response to my email at this time.

I paid for expedited shipping and it took weeks to get my order. My items are very nice and good quality but I believe I should receive a refund for shipping.

I was told it was because of the the situation in Hong Kong.

I received an email stating the reason for the delay after I emailed them.

While I was happy with the products that did fit, I have had a very difficult process to return the items that did not fit. I would recommend only ordering if you are sure you want to keep the items.

They are not upfront about the return process. It seems like the company does not want to do returns at all.

So far, I've been satisfied with the swimsuits and their quality and customer service. I am in the process of returning two of the swimsuits. We'll see how that process goes.

I am a new customer, but am convinced I'll be back! I thought there were a LOT of great options, the sizing guides were helpful and the prices were even better!

Overall everything was great. I did however receive some items which were quite different in their sizing even though the measurements online were the same and the size was the same.

Awesome quality, loved the suits! Hate shopping for bathing suits, but couldn't resist ordering these! And wow so happy. Looked just like the picture and fit great

Good selection of togs and easy online ordering. One pair didnt fit well and I was given several options in relation to returning one item which I was very grateful for.

I bought 3 items between the sizes of 2x and 3x and nothing was even close to fitting. My friend who wears a size large fit in them all perfectly. The size guide and sizes are not accurate whatsoever

Love the site and selection, unfortunately the suit I chose was right at the waist. It is the right size for me, so disappointed the proportions don't work.

I ordered a few items and wanted to return two of them. The customer service was an absolute nightmare and could never get a complete return address from them to complete my return.

Easy to navigate. Back feature works so that you are taken directly back to the previous item/page your are viewing. No need to start from the top again.

I bought the black one shoulder bikini top and I absolutely love it! It is so cute fits me great and is a little bit sexy. I also bout a one piece that I love!

Sizing information, needs to be more detailed, would be beneficial to know length, bra band width. I have to return both items ordered due to sizing.

All of the one pieces were too short in the torso for me. 2 of the suits I got the colors were off compared to the website. Took a long time to receive.

Swimsuit that I ordered was true to size. Was a little leery at first about ordering. Took about 2 weeks to get it. Tourquise color was beautiful and will order again!

I contacted them about my tracking information and they responded promptly and was helpful.

Communication is very limited and slow
Difficult return items so I decided to re purchase new items and return the original items to help speed up the process. It takes forever to get items shipped.

Absolutely slow!!! Would have preferred a real live conversation. I feel it would have expedited the process. Had to wait for days to receive a response.

Significant delay in shipping, though I did eventually receive the products. The one piece suit fit more true to size but the 2 piece I ordered was not at all true to size.

The models were plus size. There were many choices and styles. My size was easy to find in all of my choices! Easy to order, Fits perfect! Shipping took awhile so order accordingly.
