Fast delivery, got exactly what I ordered. I'd read lots of unhappy customers so was worried to order. I sized one up also due to other comments and bathers all fit perfect. For what a paid I'm happy with what I received.
The colors were extremely accurate to what was on the website was disappointed by the quality of bra pads, especially for plus size girls. I would have thought that the pads would have covered all of the chest area but they were too small and sewn in so you can't even remove them. The return process is also very challenging.
I received my order but needed a return (did not fit). Over a week after emailing to begin the return process, I have not received any information to process a return.
No response from customer service
Unfortunately it is not as easily possible to return ordered items which is a shame because I only ordered the amount I ordered to test the products with the intent to only keep one...

Like the suits, they fit well but probably wouldn't order again because it felt like my money was taken without product because there was no communication from order to shipment. It took a while.

I love the print on the bathing suit but I can't wear it. The sewn in underwire panel is so low that it rests on my stomach. I don't even know what cup size you would have to be to make it fit!

I loved the bathing suit I ordered! I ordered one size up due to past online ordering of bathing suits and it fit perfect. I love the look and fit. I will definitely be ordering again!

The bottoms were great and just what I expected. The way the top was pictured it looked longer than what arrived. It was much smaller that what I expected.

I liked the bike short style bottoms and the top has a shoulder covering since that's the first place I burn even with loads of sunscreen.
My order never arrived. I received an email asking how satisfied I was, sent an email to CS saying my order never arrived. Tracking number shows no order found.

Swimsuits are ok, but I ordered several as wasn't sure what style would suit me best. When I asked to return the other items, knowing I would need to pay the postage on the return, I asked three times for the full returns address in New York so I could get the parcel sent back. Each time I was met with a discount offer to just keep everything, even though several of the items did not suit me, but no full returns address. It was clear they were trying to make me returning the items as difficult as possible so in the end I just gave up, took the discount and will give the items to charity. WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN!
Constantly fobbed off with discounts offers rather than being given the actual returns address!

I placed my order and waited for it to arrive.(took longer than expected, but arrived) I tried on the suits the same day they arrived. Unfortunately they did not fit well and I immediately followed the instructions to initiate a return, at this point I was contemplating an exchange for a different size or style hoping the fit would be better, but also knowing it may not work due to a scheduled vacation, I wasn't sure the new suits would arrive in time. I waited 2 days and when I had not received a reply I sent another message. I finally got replies to both( automated same exact email) asking if I wanted to return. Again I reply back sane day saying yes I do want a return. Again waited 3 days until I finally got another automated reply asking if I was really sure I wanted to return. Again yes I would! Send the email reply and here I am still waiting! By the time I get an address to send the returns to I will probably be on vacation and unable to send then or it will then be outside the return window and I am sure they will find a way to make screw me and make me keep the suits that don't fit!
Still actually waiting on that return address! It's been 2 weeks!

I am trying to return them they wanna offer me some money and for me to keep them I do not want to keep them. I want my money back I have I will pay for postage.
I love the colors and styles you had in a meeting, so I could not find them anywhere else.
They are great, quality is good. I would only say that the bikini tops and tankini tops are a size smaller than indicated. Ie an xl top is more like a l. So buy a size up

First of all, their products REALLY aren't great. Cheaply made. Their return policy is a scam.
7/8/23: order arrives, I determine I want to return half and exchange one so I email them according to their requirement.
7/10/23: they respond asking if I would take the refund in the order of a gift receipt ($122.95) of which would ALL have to be used in one purchase OR get a refund of only $36. Either way I could keep the products (which I would NEVER wear).
7/12/23: I explain I want the refund/exchange.
7/14/23: I email again asking for the shipping address.
7/17/23: Again they do not provide the address (which should have been provided in the first email) and now offer to only refund me $68 and I keep the products.
7/17/23: I email them back saying to forget the exchange, they now have two options, either provide a full refund for all of the items I originally wanted to return plus the item I had wanted to exchange, or, refund me for the entire purchase and I'll return everything.
7/19/23: finally recieved the return shipping address.
7/21/23: items shipped
8/8/23: finally recieved refund (which was short by $2.11)
I finally wore the bathing suits that I had ordered. Of which much of the stitching on the tops started coming loose or completely undone.
Tip for consumers:
The company sells cheap, poorly made products and rely on a less than transparent return hassle to keep your money.

The swimsuit was super cute, great quality, and almost a great fit. Unfortunately, I'm on the taller side so the coverage wasn't exactly what I needed.
Saw a try-on haul on YouTube (beatrice caruso), and thought the styles were unique
Thought it would be the most flattering for my figure and it best fit my personal fashion taste
Was easy to order, styles are beautif. Bought two swimsuits. One in my regular size and one a size bigger. Both are way too short for my torso. Very disappointing.

These one-piece swim dresses do not fit tall and busty women. Their return policy is terrible. Ended up having to keep them with a small partial refund.

The swimsuits came very quickly. I did return some because they didn't fit right, really quick responses from customer service. No problem at all with sending things back.

I saw the ads on TikTok of all the beautiful plus size women feeling so confident and so I decided to try it!
I got the black one piece because it was modest but still sexy and I got the black two piece because the bottoms were super high waisted and had amazing coverage. The cover up was just gorgeous so I had to have it!
Swimsuits were made well, but didn't look good on me. I've been trying to get a return code for 2 weeks. The customer service is lacking and I'm frustrated.

Packaged well however textiles within suits sealed up in plastic simply reek of rubberized containment and you will smell like a tire wearing these
When attempted return formally the process was a never ending email back and forth nightmare of autobot response bargaining to haggle for partial keep product and refund 10% then 20% and so on. After four separate days of clear and specific" no- send me address for return and give me my money back" I turned to review sharing of my experience and formal callback on my behalf through my credit card company as a last resort.
If you like getting swindled and enjoy email robot correspondence from their customer service agent who is aptly named Karen, you will LOVE your experience. Good luck as no matter how hard I try- they will not accept my return by providing address so I can pay for my own shipping to get their crappy product back to some warehouse where cheap clothing goes to die. It is as if this correspondence is a game to beat the clock on their 14 day return policy.
And the consumer is left with nothing. But a heap of garbage to try and sell through second marketplaces. Disgusting
