The tankini I received was perfect. Fit was perfect. Not getting an order number or shipping information was frustrating. Overall, I would order again

Took forever to get them wanted to send the swim suit and tankini back and was told to keep them. Was offered $18 to keep them. Won't order form you again.

Wanted to return and get my money back.

Ordered and never received the product. And when I requested that you express it to me I was denied the request. Actually, wasn't denied by the request was completely disregarded.

Felt like a robot was responding. No customer service

I think the suits are just OK. I don't feel that the tummy control one really has any tummy control. Doesn't seem that he has the extra spanks in the tummy area to control it better.

I wasn't expecting such a nice bathing suit. First time I purchase a bathing suit by internet and I wasn't expecting a lot but I am so please with my purchase.

My daughter and I found some really cute suits on MeetCurve.com. I ordered them then 5 days later got an email stating mine was out of stock and asked if I wanted to replace it. They request you send the URL and size. I chose my second option and sent the URL and size as requested. A day later I was emailed again and asked for the name of the suit and size. I did as asked right away, again. 3 days after that I receive and email that my daughters suit was out of stock. She made a second selection and I sent the URL, name, and size. I never heard back regarding confirmation of either of our second options. So I emailed. I got a generic email. No response. I did this for 3 days. I stated my urgency, as I paid for express shipping for our upcoming vacation. I ordered in plenty of time but did express shipping as my insurance. Over two weeks and several emails later I received one that said, "As the order has been created successfully we are unable to fill anymore. Would you like to cancel your order and then reorder?" I asked to cancel. No response. I'm still trying to contact them. No luck. They have my $$$, I have no product. Seems as though I've been scammed and am losing a Benjamin++.

I love the product. However I was disappointed at how long it took to deliver after ordering. I was hoping to get acfew more bits but I'm afraid it won't be delivered to me by 18th July

Ordered it was short waisted try to return it they would not give me an address to return it to. They only told me not to send it to the address on the package.

It was great quality, it didn't fit as well as I hoped in the bust but I have weird measurements, if I went up a size it would have been very baggy every where else.

I was very impressed with my suits, so flattering, sexy but still covers your bum! Great value for the money, superior quality compared to Cupshe or Aerie! If you're in between sizes size up

Been offered a coupon 1/5 the amount of my order instead of returning but I don’t want to buy with again because none of the products I ordered is true to size or has the right label. Some kits have top and bottom sizes way off!

Reasonable time frame to receive swimmers (I live in Canberra, Australia), the sizing is pretty spot on, the products look the same and the quality is good :)

The 2 I got don't fit overly good, I mean they fit but there is 0 support for the boobs and that's a big reason why I wanted to get them because they said they have support.

The quality is not as shown on its website and you cannot return as when you contact customer services they refuse to give you a return address which I understand is outside the UK

Terrible - not able to telephone, take days to reply and then only offer a partial refund and no address to return items for full refund - will never buy again

The product itself is beautiful, it just has zero tummy control. I am kind of bummed out because the description said tummy control, but instead it's more rouching to hide instead of hold.

Clothes were to small so requested to return and exchange and was offered a credit instead that i was happy to accept but never heard from them again and didnt get the creditm

Amazing product and amazing service! I wasn't overly happy with the fit - I'm 6ft soo bought one size up (to accommodate shoulder to crutch) and I maybe should have gone up two sizes

Got 2 tops. One tanking which is amazing, and the watermelon swim top. That top is a nightmare. Shrank like heck, it isnjust hooks so the straps pop off, and the band is loose/ no way to adjust that.

Adorable high waisted swim bottom and top. Very affordable and so cute! The top is a little tight but Ive ordered a bakini extender to make it work. Cant wait to wear this to the beach!

Shipping was expensive. Suit didn't fit and it was such a hassle to return it! Customer service said to email with a return request. It always took 1-2 days for someone to get back to me and they would never actually give me the return address like they said they would. Shipping on returned items is not free but I was willing to pay to send it back. I went back and forth about 4-5 times and still never got the address. They offered me a $7 credit and a $5 coupon if I just kept the suit. When I expressed how frustrated I was with them for still not giving me the return address, they offered a $15 credit to just keep the suit and STILL DID NOT GIVE ME THE RETURN ADDRESS. I didn't really want to just keep the suit and receive a partial credit, but they really were just not willing to take the suit back even though they said at the beginning that they would if I paid the shipping. Very disappointed in the whole experience. Will not buy from them again. Also, the suit ran really small and didn't even come close to fitting even though they advertised it to be made for plus sized and I ordered my regular size. Why make returns so difficult for a bathing suit you buy online? Wouldn't you think that a lot of people would need to return because their suits don't fit right because they can't try them on first?

So I ordered the 4XL allowing for the fact so have vaguely big boobs (UK 40DD/40E). The girls were spilling over the sides, one costume came with the hygiene sticker in the wrong part of the swimming costume and over all the sizing was completely off!

To add insult to injury, the returns cost was over £20 (and only for 2 costumes!) as they demand it is tracked and give you a very detailed list to follow that if not followed correctly will automatically result in not return.

I would say that the company replied to my emails asking for the returns information was quick, literally the next day but then you have strict parameters to get the returns done. 7 days from receiving the email you must have given them the tracking number otherwise there will be no return made.
Honestly unless you're 100% sure that the swimwear will fit you or you live in the US, then I wouldn't bother!

I haven't had any response or money back yet but I only sent the costumes back 4ish days ago. If I can update my review when this happens I will.

No Answer, after I get an answer - no adress was given me, where I can return the goods

If now not soon someone takes care of my concern /Retoure and I get my money back, then I will inform the consumer protection and bring this to the report
