Never got my package, it's been almost 4 weeks. They just keep saying to wait a couple more days. The tracking number they gave me hasn't left china.

Automated message telling me to wait a few more days over and over again

Took 3 weeks to receive my order, and nothing fit. I ordered based on the accurate measurements, everything was either too big or too small.

Submitted an email for the return process, and the response was asking me to take a survey instead of the return process that I requested.

Stop sending out so many stupid surveys after purchase! I've already reviewed you and have gotten 3 surveys in less than a week since!

Easy to navigate this site to click an item the go back. It opens another window which can be closed leaving me where I was.

Purchased two different size swim suits. One didn't fit but other did fit okay. Shipping was a little too long and swimsuit gets damaged easily.

All the taxes we pay & these weasels in china get away with ripping us off everyday. This is a scam site. Dont make the same mistake as me.

Super easy site to use. Unfortunately I'm bigger the bust than everywhere else so the waist and bum were baggy but way too small cup size wise

Arrived, meant to be high waisted bikini bottom, did reach my hip. Order two sizes larger than I need but still tiny

Within 15 minutes of wearing it in public for the first time, I got several compliments! It's so cute, very flattering, and best of all comfortable!

Shipping takes forever, sizes are very inconsistent. I thought these would be good for a bigger chest but they're just as terrible as the rest.

Only one of the two items I ordered worked out and the return process is very difficult. It's always a gamble to order online.

Lovely looking set but for someone with a larger top half the underwired area is too lose and rides up not holding the girls in place

I was skeptical, I've tried on hundreds of suits for plus women & maybe bought 4. How could an online bought suit workout?! Well it did!

The one piece suit I purchased is in no way built to fit any size person unless you are 5 ft 5 inches or smaller.

To offer your customers pennies on the dollar for items that they are not satisfied with is not an acceptable business practice.

It was a lot of back and forth and in the end I was forced to settle for a refund that was less than what I expected to receive. I was more than open to spend the money to ship back the items that I did not want and was only offered less than what I paid for the items.

When trying to return was advised that returns are only available in US. Not from Australia. Told to keep product and they would offer me $15 credit.

The response team via email is extremely delayed for an issue I'm having about retuning items and it is a very time sensitive matter.

One doesn't really fit. I'm not sure how to return it. There was nothing included other than the 2 bathing suits in the package.

Found this company on Facebook when I was searching for mid size to plus size bathing suits that had bra tops. Came pretty quickly and fit great!

You should have a filter for short bottoms. Quite frankly, the only difficult thing was picking which one. There are a lot of great options.
