Would have liked notification my order had been received and confirmation at each step e.g. processing, shipped, tracking details, etc. Customer service were however GREAT at providing updates when I reached out to ask for them.
The colors were extremely accurate to what was on the website was disappointed by the quality of bra pads, especially for plus size girls. I would have thought that the pads would have covered all of the chest area but they were too small and sewn in so you can't even remove them. The return process is also very challenging.
