I was very careful with my sizing to make sure I picked accurately & the suits don't fit my curves well at all. They make me look like I'm gonna fall out of them. Very disappointed especially for a suit designed for plus sizes

The swimming costumes were good quality and out of 5 ordered I chose to keep 2. Unfortunately the returns process is virtually none existent. Returns are to an address in USA only and despite requesting it the customer service representative would not give me the full address so it was impossible for me to price up the cost of the return. Instead she offered me a £18 refund (the products to be returned were worth over £60). Something dodgy going on.

No returns policy, evasive answers to questions. Suspicious.

Loved the colors and the style but the sizes are definitely smaller then stated.

The communication is amazing. Always getting updates. The items are ordered arrived in a quick manner. The quality, sizing and fit is excellent. Exactly as described. I will definitely be ordering from here again!

I wish the models would change as the sizes change. It would give a more realistic view of the size being bought. Prices are good, however the swimsuits are not long enough in the torso, the top part doesn't meet up with our breasts, and if you pull up, the crotch area is expose. Need to wear an extra bottom swim shorts.

That is the very first time I've said that about a swimsuit! I am so happy with the fit and with they style. Buying bathing suits has always been so depressing. I'm a pretty large girl, so swimsuits have never been "cute" on me- Until Now! I'll definitely be buying more through you! Thank you so much! Also container service was awesome.

It wasn’t really an “issue”. I hadn’t gotten my package on my doorstep, and they were able to let me know that they had delivered to my mailbox. I hadn’t checked my mail!

Impossible to return an item and I'm currently waiting to take legal action. No responses to initial request to return, blocked me from social media when I complained, loads of other people have the same issue, read trust pilot

Beyond poor, little or no responses and returns back to the USA costing more than I spent!

I bought many items to try. I wanted to send items back for a refund and so far, I've been waiting for a 'returns label' for 2 weeks, constantly going round in circles via tireless emails with very little interest from them.
Awful customer service. They sure have a lot to do to upgrade to an all-round great experience. Not impressed at all so far.
However, items are well made and good quality.

Awful. No help being given at all. Repeated emails with no resolution. I’ve had to pause any further payments until they get their act together and send me a label to return their items. So glad I didn’t pay for them in full!

It took forever to arrive and there is a piece missing. This company is very hard to deal with. The only good thing was the price but I have also learned...you get what you pay for...the quality is poor.

I kept seeing adverts for this company and gave into temptation ordering two styles. The delivery took a while with no tracking, however when arrived the swimsuits fitted really well and I felt so comfortable in them. I am yet to test them out prior to my upcoming holiday bit can't wait to wear them.

Great customer service answered right away with time difference and answered all my questions and order came fairly quickly. I bought 3 suits for people as gifts I wished I would have sized up tho, but great suits they look nice definitely worth the money. I ordered again because the suit i originally wanted cake available. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the return process but, I get it. I am overall happy with my purchase.

My experience was pretty good. The swimsuit bottom I ordered was only double lined on one side so you could see the color difference between the two. But other than that, I love it! It's cute and super comfortable!

Customer service was excellent, they got back to me in a reasonable time, but delivery takes really long and unfortunately the bathing suits are not true to size. I always get a size bigger but still didn't fit well.

I ordered two new suits. I'm a mom with a large chest and need to make sure everything is held in- boobs, belly, and butt! The two piece I ordered holds me in, but also makes me feel good about myself. The one piece I got is magical. I am a teacher and even wore it on our field trip. I jumped, played catch, swam under water- not once was I worried about falling out or being over exposed. The best suits I've ever owned!

I added the wrong address and the customer service help I received was too notch.

Great suits and greater prices! I was pleasantly surprised at the price point for the quality and variety of suits. They fit pretty close to size depending on the cut-and have held up well so far. Try them out!

Suits were lovely - too small. To return, you need authorization in 15 days - they take too long to reply, they won't give authorization upfront, when asking for full refund they $#*!erson back and forth. So annoyed, I took partial refund (1/4 of what I paid) just to end this experience. Will sell on my own!

I loved that they had size inclusive options, which is what led me to order from them. However, once ordered it was difficult to track my order in a reliable manner and my order arrived much later than the projected dates. Once received, I did not feel as though the bathing suits were as indicated on the website and have since processed a return.

Love the designs that I received-true to images online. One suit's bottoms were of a different material (same pattern) than the top and sizes much smaller than the top. Two XL bottoms should easily fit a size 18 pant-wearer. They are not pull-on and do not even come close to fitting. The one piece is great again, order larger just in case. Love the styles, would like top & bottoms to both fit. Third ordered item was a pull on boy short in XL which fit perfectly… will wear that bottom

Receive my orders and the swimsuits did not fit appropriately even though I measured. I asked if I could exchange them at no charge and or what the return process was and I still have not heard anything back. They have a 15 day return policy which I originally sent the email in time but now I'm past the 15 days so they're probably gonna tell me to pound sand.

No one has replied to my contact

I ordered a swimsuit (3 in fact) all were incorrectly advertised and I had to return. When you contact you get a pre written response where they "negotiate" a refund amount. Starting with about 35% of the order price as returning would cost an arm and a leg. By the way they advertised as being Australia based and sent the item from an Australian warehouse, but when returning US was the only option. After declining 35% and complaining the offer was upped to 50, then 70% then 80%. In the end I pushed for about 87% and gave in. Then the automated responses about refunds started. "Please allow 3-15 days", "apologies there might be delays". 15 days on... And you enquire. The same automated responses started again... And they never stop. You will never get a refund.

After payment was received and order completed my order was marked as "pending" for weeks. I had purchased the togs to take on holiday with me but they didn't arrive until I got back. I emailed and tried communicating through the website a number of times with no reply.

I ordered two swimsuits and a one size fits all cover. That was my first mistake. In my opinion they do not fit over women with an apron style fat deposit on their body. They are meant for women who are curvy. I wish I would have seen that more clearly before I ordered $100 worth of swimsuits/covers.

Actually so thrilled to have options for well-priced good quality bathing suits for my body type. I purchased several suits last year and they were all excellent quality, I felt comfortable in them, and got many compliments while wearing them. This has been an incredible experience to scroll through and have sizes available, cute styles that are trendy and flattering. I have never had this before. Most of my shopping experiences have involved struggling to find my size, and feeling uncomfortable when bathing suits are designed to flatter a smaller body type. Thank you sincerely.
