My items didn't fit. I cannot get anyone to respond to my return request in a timely manner.

I emailed them specific information they asked for 7 days ago, and I am STILL waiting for return instructions.
Do not recommend ordering from here unless you have no intention on returning items.

Both swimsuits were affordable but upon trying on one seemed to fit much better than the other despite being the same size and style. On the one that fitted better, however, the wires have started to poke through the front of the bra on the inside, after just 2/3 wears. I'm not too disappointed as to buy similar from a well known brand would have cost me more than double, and they're fine for a holiday wear

The suits were too short for me.

I am having a difficult time returning items. Have traded emails twice with support team and have still not gotten an address and return invoice. Have been encouraged to accept a third of the total price

I just want to return the items and have been delayed by customer support who really want me to accept $70 for an order over $200.

I bought this suit for my daughter who has a larger bust but smaller waist and it looks awesome on her. It's cute for a teen but also modest enough that she can play sports on the beach and not have to worry.

The sizes seem to run ok. I ordered my normal size b/c that is what was suggested, however, the cut did not work for me. I'm not sure I could have sized up, b/c then it would have been too big other places

Tried contacting via email twice to initiate a return, and received no response. I finally had to use the Chat feature and was able to get a response.

The striped suit was phenomenal! As a larger woman, I actually felt comfortable in this one and didn't feel like any parts were showing too much. I unfortunately Can't say that for the other. It was higher cut than I prefer with zero support for the girls

Contacting customer service is difficult and slow. I am in the process of returning my entire order as the swimsuits are not for women with long torsos. None of them were long enough for my body, but that is ok. They appear to be well made otherwise.

Slow is the best word….I had to send multiple messages to get the return information. It appears as though they do not want to take returns as they offered for me to keep the items and would give me a credit. I do not need 8 bathing suits that do not fit, but thank you.

The swimwear looks great. A little on the generous side size wise. Emails from Support team are helpful and respectful but it was quite a frustrating time trying to sort the return of an item. Eventually got there and I can't fault the Customer Support follow up.

Frustrating that I couldn't actually ring anyone to discuss my issues. However, it was eventually sorted via emails, but possibly would've been more quickly via phone. Very polite and respectful responses from the Support team though

I purchased three suits for a family vacation. One for my mother. I kept checking the tracking status everyday. It never changed from day one to day 15. I contacted customer service and told them I'm ver my unhappy. They cancelled my order and I don't know hen or if I will receive my refund by how they've communicated. I even started commenting on their posts on social and they turned their comments off instead of correcting the issue.

Terrible. Not personable. Not helpful. Canceled my order before I asked.

This company is in fact oversees and do not make this clear. They are reluctant to give return address details and I am yet to solve this issue after a considerable amount of emails. Be warned if you are buying items to 'just try' or multiple sizes.

Their site lists returns being available, after approval from site within 18 business days from delivery being received. I had to email 3 times before receiving a response, I was told I'd have to ship back at my own expenses and they still would not give me a complete address. I was offered 15$ back and a 5$ credit to the site to keep the item. The item does not fit me as I"m too tall for their bathing suits, I only ordered from the site because they listed returns being possible. I had to file a claim through pay pal to get a response from by questions about a 15$ refund. My purchase was almost 60$ and I did not agree with keeping an un usable item for not even half the cost I paid for it. It's hard to get a hold of anyone there and they take 2-3 days to respond. Please be weary the return process is not great. Item quality is good so if you don't have to return you might have a better experience.

They advertise they do returns within 15 days however upon immediate arrival of my order, I reached out for return instructions because none of the pieces fit. I've spent the last 2 weeks trying to get a hold of someone to give me the return address so I can send everything back. When they do finally respond they give me the run around and try to convince me to keep items for partial credit. This issue is still pending. Total scam.

The customer service is the worst I've ever encountered. I've been back and forth emailing customer service for over a month and they've done nothing but waste my time.

Shoppers beware…they will not allow you to return any items you buy…even if they are brand new and you send them photos showing so. I have gone back and forth with customer service trying to return a suit that didn't fit that I tried on once, tags still on. Over 5 emails back and forth and now they ghosted me not replying to my last email or providing the address where I could return the suit and get a refund. So disappointing since the suits are cute but cannot believe they make returns so impossible! Will not be buying again.

Very disappointed how impossible the return prices is. I have had 5 emails trying to return one suit, provided photos that it is new with tags still on and yet no one has replied to my last email asking where I can ship it to get a full refund! I have followed up and nothing! It should not be this hard to return something in this day and age…I will not buy anything from you in the future because of this return failure situation.

The shopping and ordering process were average. The products I received were of average quality. However, nothing fit so I attempted to make a return. First off there is no automated return process, it's all done via emails with customer service. Thus far I've only received 2 emails trying to dissuade me from returning the items. I'm VERY unhappy and will NEVER order from them again!

I am 5'6 at 190. My body shape hides it well mostly. But still not comfortable wearing a bikini any more. This suit is PERFECT! I needed something I felt comfortable and sexy in while also chasing a 1 yr old around a pool while among several friends and family. Will be purchasing more!

Attempting a return with 5+ requests for shipping details, still remains unresolved. Extremely suspicious that they won't provide return options - you better be sure you want an item forever before placing an order.

Ordered the medium hoping for the right fit. I am three different sizes... Wide on top, and going down from there, like an inverted triangle...
The top part fits perfectly/ 38 c
The stomach area is fine/32-33
The surprise... the bottom area fits, too!
Probably could stretch more if necessary / 36.
Over all pleased.

I have a smaller top and a larger bottom. Not super great if you want a one-piece. I'm not super confident in a two-piece just yet, but Meet Curve had some great 2-pieces that I think will help me ease into wearing a two-piece. This is a good way to customize my small top/larger bottom. However, for the 1 piece bathing suits, the tops seemed unusually large while the rest fit pretty good, but again, that could just be my body.

I had a great experience shopping on the site. But when I received one of the three swimsuits I ordered it cams with snags already in the sewing. Threads were loose and hanging. So that didn't impress me.

Very pleasantly surprised at how well all the suits fit. My only complaint might be that I wish the bathing suit shorts were made of a little thicker material. Other than that, I'm very happy with my purchases.

Shopping with great the sizes turned out perfect I love both swimsuits that I got they hide my stomach and make me feel very pretty which has not happened in Forever. Customer service is excellent. Delivery was faster than expected. Not to mention the quality is amazing especially because the prices were so affordable I was scared I was going to get some cheap material bathing suit I was going to fall apart after a swimmer to in chlorine pool water but this is excellent material for a bathing suit and will last a while with that being said I would have to rate meet curve a 10 out of 10. And I will definitely be recommending this store to everyone!

Nice easy to navigate site. Shipping took 2 weeks. Ordered two because I didn't know exactly what size to get. Need to return one and haven't received the instructions to do so, which I requested three days ago.

Still waiting for a response to my email.
