I paid extra for order to arrive by 8/28/22, it did not arrive until 9/1/22 which would have been the date at NO extra charge. I needed items BEFORE 9/1/22, that I paid an extra $25.00. Your company failed to satisfy and you will no longer receive my business. Please remove me off any email or promotions.

Do not offer earlier delivery if you can’t deliver.

Shipping takes forever and a day is customer service is pathetic. They could not answer any questions and even inconsequential responses were incredibly slow.

The product I received was decent but I can get a very similar product in several other places.

Very slow and unhelpful

I didn't see anywhere on their site or in the ordering information that it came from China. I ordered it 10 days before my trip assuming it would come by that time. Not only did it not come in time for the trip but now, 26 days later, it still has not arrived. Customer services keeps asking me to "wait more days" and says it usually takes "8-14 business days". Tracking says it has been in transit from Los Angeles for 3 weeks. They have refused to refund my money and at this point I think the site is a scam.

This is my second time shopping on this site. I'd like to see more in stock, especially bra style bikini tops. Loved my navy blue polka dot bikini with ruffled short sleeves. This order was a light blue bikini top and red bottoms with blue flowers. The bottoms are more of a pink red color that no curvy woman should wear bc it is not flattering. That said, I like the fit because they do not roll down!

There were so many options. The hardest part was deciding which items to take out of my cart. I have struggled for years to find a suit that fits my body the way I am comfortable that comes in fashionable sizes. Definitely a confidence boost and appreciate the inclusive sizing.

I ordered a bunch of swimsuits about 9 models in two sizes because I was unsure about what size I was due to weight loss recently. I had reviewed the return policy and was ok with me having to cover shipping costs for any returns. Next day of placing my order I received a email from customer service stating that the return policy would not apply to my order because they "felt" it was a risk? Still doesn't make sense. But I emailed back right away as I was needing swimsuits for an upcoming trip. They emailed me a Tuesday early morning and I responded right away with maybe options where I could return items that didn't fit and never got a response until Sunday making it way too late for them to arrive for my trip. They were uncaring. I just had them cancel my whole order and went and spent my money somewhere else.

Uncaring and unresponsive.

63 emails and 32 days, my bank and PayPal, that's what it took to get my money back for a product I never received.
The charges me more to my account than the website stated and the emails were full of lies, improper English translation, and I say again, lies to the max.
The models, and the names of customer services are all a disguise, leading you to believe it's American. Look at the currency rate conversion and you will see why they hold, and attempt to keep your money. Moreover, they will lie multiple times stating different things and try to withhold a full refund.
If you do not desire a nightmare, avoid this site at all costs and finally, research each site to buy American so you avoid my mistake!

Bathing suits are tricky to order online. One fit pretty great, two were a little snug...same size, so that sucks. But I'm hoping at some point they'll all fit great. :) They seem to be good material and are all as pictured. :)

Ordered 3 swimming costumes - kept 2, wanted to return 1. Emailed customer service to request a refund (as instructed) and have been given the run around for 3 weeks now. Would not recommend and would not buy anything from this company again

I purchased two swim suits which were just slightly too small. I followed the instructions on the website in order to return/exchange them; however, I never got a response back so I was unable to return my items. I reached out 3 times over three weeks!

Sent in email, per instructions l, to return suits and I was never contacted back. I sent three separate emails.

Wore for the first time today, just on the back porch in the kiddy pool with my daughter, and it's already breaking apart. Dissapointed in a brand that is marketing to curvy girls can't handle my melons for more than 1 day.

I am pleasantly surprised by the items I received. I usually have no luck shopping for clothes online, especially swimwear. All the items including 2 swimsuits, except one beach cover-up, which I could easily exchange for a larger size, fit perfectly and are of excellent quality.

Appalling! Quite liked the costumes but only wanted to keep 1 of 3. There isn't really a returns policy, they don't respond to your email then basically offer you half the money back or a voucher to shop again.
Really disappointed, please don't order from here!

Really bad experience!

I ordered a couple of swimsuit tops for an upcoming trip. It took over a month for them to arrive and when they did the sizes were way off. I ordered what I thought was big because I don't like tight fitting clothes. I am not a large woman and weigh about 155 lbs but these were VERY tight - I am trying to return them but can not find any info on how to submit a return. No one is answering my messages. Very frustrating and beware of this company

Easy to use website. Delivery was timely. I am also very happy with the product because this is the best I can hope to look in a bathing suit. It is wonderful to find something that is designed for bigger girls who still want some modesty.

Ordered 2 suits. Read reviews and decided to order a size larger in both. One was a perfect fit, while the other was too big (unlike the review. I immediately contacted customer service since I knew I had 2 weeks to return. It took several days to receive a response. We have been emailing back and forth and I have yet to receive an address where I can return my item and the 2 weeks are almost up. Products are great, but just hope you are satisfied with the fit because you likely won't get your money back

I have been trying to return a product because it didn’t fit. There is a small window to return so I contacted customer service immediately. Several days to contact me back and didn’t give me a return address. I contacted 2 more times and was still not given an address to return my product for full refund. Now it’s almost the 2 week cut off and too late to return. Makes me hesitant to buy again in case it doesn’t fit

Beautiful suits. Sizes were off, most ran larger than normal for my size so I would size down if you are in between 2 sizes. Will reorder the right sizes since I throughly they were very flattering on and of good quality.

The website is super user friendly and the size charts are easy to understand. While the cup sizes seemed a bit small on the items I chose, they were still comfy and will be great for lounging in the pool this summer

I paid extra for express shipping (5-7 business days) to get a bathing suit in time for an upcoming trip. The tracking number showed that it spent the first 5 days moving around mainland China. Then, when it finally arrived in the States, it spent several days sitting in the town 1 hour from me. So I had to leave for my trip without it. Express shipment should be listed as more like 7-10 business days, which is 2 WEEKS to get a delivery.
But at least the suit is nice and I can wear it this summer.

My first time purchasing from here and I am a happy bunny! The fit is great,delivery was way quicker than I thought so plus there. ( I'm in the uk) Can't wait the 4 weeks till I can wear it in sunny corfu

Great website. Easy and user friendly. Return policy isn't user friendly. Have to pay shipping for both ways if you return. Color of top did not match the photos on the website. Separates should be sold in different sizes. Bottoms seem to run a bit small.

I ordered 3 suits online, was going on vacation so I paid the $35 (quite a lot) extra for express shipping to Canada. It didn't come in time (company is out of China which the website doesn't say), so I got the package after I got home from my trip. I only wanted to keep 1 of the 3 suits based on material quality and poor bust fit, so I went online to see about returning and learned I only had 15 days from delivery, so with my trip I missed that deadline. So I'm stuck with it and they were too expensive for the quality. Bummer!

After ordering 4 swimsuits and only 3 arrived, I received contact every 3 days resolving nothing and offering me no replacement or refund. After continually pushing for resolution, they have finally told me to place a complaint with their warehouse as the package was the correct weight for 4 suits (all I know is a $29.99 suit I paid for never arrived). They also chose to give me a 50% discount on the one suit that I didn't like rather than give me ship back which was shady.
