I thought, since the website was made to look like an Australian company, that the returns policy was legit. However, it's totally nonsense. They ask u to keep the items you want to return & deposit a tiny amount into your account.
100% negotiate & get the proper amount you are due. This is a $#*! site for returns & for girls with big boobs... otherwise, it might work for u

I ordered two bikini tops and a pair of bottoms, following the size guide, and when they arrived they were too big. I contacted the company to see if I could exchange the pieces for a smaller size, and what followed was email after email from their customer service trying to get me to just keep swim wear. Apparently, it's better to keep/donate swim wear you can't use than to pay to exchange it. For some people, that may be true - personally, I don't think online companies should be charging people shipping for returns, that's part of business - but again that's just me, and in this case, I really liked the pieces and I was willing to pay the shipping fees to get swim suits I could wear. After three emails back and forth, with the customer service agent offering me increasing refund rates to just keep the pieces I had had enough. Who has time for this? I accepted a refund to not ask for an exchange. Ridiculous.

As I said, it was a lot of back and forth about an exchange that they never fulfilled. Emails were pleasant enough, but the practice is so shady.

This is my first order and I'm pleased with the quality of product received.
Their tracking system is not great and made a little anxious, took nearly 2 weeks but order arrived before my holidays which was good.
If ordering allow yourself some extra days for delivery. I was also anxious about the reviews but as previously mentioned positively surprised with the product.

I ordered a bathing suite, it didn't fit well and the material was very thin!
I tried to return it but your return policy sucks!
I was give 10.00, which isn't even have the cost
I will never purchase something from here unless I knew it would fit.

Not impressed with this company

The swimsuits were great! Good quality fabric, stitching and great shape - the size was just big. Disappointed that this large brand doesn't do free returns AND will refund my large sized suits less the original shipping. I was going to come back to buy suits for my next trip (since I won't get the proper sizes in time for my trip this week), but after seeing their Return Policy, I don't feel like I'll be back.

Disappointed with the return policy. Not only do I have to pay for return shipping but they also less the original shipping when giving me a refund - this is a huge brand, not just a small local shop. Pretty disappointing how they don't value their customers. I would've come back because I like the suits, but now I'm not so sure.

The order came on time which I really appreciate. The quality of the bathing suits were ok for the money paid. Fabric is not too thin and very stretchy. Shoulder straps on one suit came unraveled just trying it on. A double row of stitching to reinforce the stress point where it connects to the ring would be helpful. For that reason I only gave a 4 star rating.

Bought 3 suits knowing I would be able to return them if they didn't fit right. Sure enough, the cut just didn't sit well on me. I reached out to start my return, and haven't heard anything. It's been days and I have followed up.

I received 1 email response, I wrote back with further information and have heard nothing for days. I followed up with another email, but still have heard nothing. I am asking for return information, which should already be on the website and I shouldn’t have to ask where to send the items back to.

I purchased three swimsuits, and two of them did not work for me. The return process has been extremely difficult, and I have almost given up on this. This has involved multiple back and forth emails, and now nothing at all from them. I feel like this is intentionally being dragged out so I am beyond the 15 day exchange window.

I ordered three swimsuits in size medium… I've been working out a lot and was concerned they would be too small but they fit wonderfully… I am a size 30 waist and 38 see up top so sometimes it's hard to find a one piece that fits well and snug! The swimsuits look absolutely beautiful to my surprise and fit perfectly!

Absolutely beautiful I love the color. More skin showing then I thought would be but I'll get used to it. Had an issue with tracking my package at first and messaged them and they got back to me pretty fast and helped out a lot. It got here pretty fast as well

Responded the next day and was very helpful and nice. They answered my question and sent additional information to other common questions and checked in again to make sure everything was okay on a later date.

I ordered a bathing suit that, unfortunately, did not fit me upon arrival. I asked for instructions to ship back (after spending $57) in total and they only provided a sketchy NY zip code with no full address. I only received a $20 refund so I can keep the bathing suit basically.

So far, the experience is very positive!

The shipping was incredibly slow and, though I ordered true to my specific measurements, 2 of the items were either too big or too small. The one top that I'm going to keep is cute, but the straps come undone with the slightest movement, so I plan to sew them in better.

Returns are not as easy as they should be.

Customer service is horrible! Their website indicates they accept returns as long as the product is in original form, not damaged and has the tag still on it. When I tried to make a return, they try and negotiate with you.

It took a while to receive my package. The tracking number did not work for the 1st week. Then I received my items and 3 out of the 4 were way too small. I have been trying to return them for 5 days and nobody from customer service will return an email.

Products are nice but sizes run large. Returns are too much of a hassle to the us. they offered me partial refund to keep the items instead so just did that. I may wear one swimsuit but will have to try and sell the other.

This company are in breach of their own return policy. I have been trying to return items for over a week now with very sporadic communication and reluctance to send me a return authorisation instead requesting I take a part refund and keep the goods. There is huge delays in answering emails/messages.

I stepped out of my comfort zone with this purchase and bought a bikini (which I haven't worn since I had my two boys). Both bath in suits are stunning, they fit well, are supportive in the chest area, and I honestly can say I am excited to wear them. My biggest regret was not buying them sooner!

My shopping experience was good. Swim suits were not something that worked out for me. They seem like they are made for people with a very short torso area. Customer service has not been good. I followed the return instructions given step by step and it is taking a very long time. My email was not answered until 6 days later. Hoping the rest of the return process is much quicker. I was not upset at all that the suits didn't work out however customer service is lacking now.

Easy to browse and convenient shopping. Great photos and gives you a good idea re styles, colours and general attractiveness. I love 2 of 3 bathing suits I ordered. Unfortunately the other bathing suit had a faulty seam. I have sent it back for replacement.

Got my bathing suits in an okay time. One of them is made weirdly and way bigger then the measurements on the site. The return policy is odd and not very long which isn't convenient and I don't like I can't just print a label

One week isn’t enough time

One swim suit was made incorrectly, and obviously did not fit well. Apparently we have to pay to ship it back. That's ridiculous. Finding a bathing suit that fits well is incredibly difficult. And if you order them online, you should be able to send back the ones that don't fit. Otherwise find another business.!
