I really like my new bikinis, just one is too small unfortunately but I'ts too complicated to remove and exchange for one piece so I will see: it would be better if the shell could be Removable. I will try with a seamstress

It Was ok, they replied to me when needed and I receive my delivery in time ! I saw that it wasn't a customer service in France but never mind.

It took 3 weeks to receive my order. None of the items fit and even if they did, the quality was poor. Now comes the good part. I emailed a request for a refund and the address to send the items. I knew that return postage would be my responsibility. After much back and forth with the return window rapidly closing, I was offered $48 site credit and an additional $5 coupon on my next purchase. My original order was over $130. I refused and was offered $78 site credit and the coupon. This is when they finally gave me the return address in China. The next offer from them was $98 credit returned to my original form of payment. I accepted that because I felt they were about ready to pull back any offer at all and I didn't want to pay for shipping to China. So I lost $32. Lesson Learned

Very slow to respond, side stepped answering or resolving the problem

I purchased a swimming costume, that turned out to be too big, so I contacted customer services a week ago to ask for return instructions.
It takes them days to respond, pressurising you to - first, keep the product, as shipping fees are so expensive, then once declined, keep the product with a partial refund. I decided to accept this, with absolutely no confirmation! Is this a scam website?

I was a little worried at first because it took a little longer to receive my order but it was worth the wait! Over the last few years I struggled to find swim suits the were supportive and didn't look like a suit for your "grandma" (even though I am a grandma). I am 60 years old, 5'2" and 165 pounds. So, I now have parts the I want covered more than I had to years ago. My two suits are fashionable and slimming!

They answered my email about the product delay very timely.

My item arrived and the size is not true. I now am giving it to my daughter. The quality seemed good but the overall fit was not accurate, very disappointed especially with this being my first time ordering. Probably will not order again

Finally found a sight that is for big breasted girls, Target,cant find anything,Meet Curve. Awesome clothes,bathing suits,I'm sold. I had a problem but my fault. But very happy with my product.Thank you Avery happy customer.

I ordered a mix of one-piece and tops to go with bottoms I already own. NONE of them fit. When I tried to return them it was over a week back and forth trying to convince the support team that I would rather pay the $20 return shipping (only in NY) rather than take their offers of $70, $90, and $120 for the $240 dollars worth of suits I had. I would have been able to keep all the suits that didn't fit, and lose all that money...lucky me *eye roll*. If someone wants to return it just let them!

Really enjoy the bathing suit I ordered. Size chart was really reliable and true to actual sizing. Nice material. Gave 4 stars bc the bathing suit smelled like vinegar (has since washed off) and shipping took over two weeks. So crazy in this day and age. I almost forgot I ordered anything. In summary, product good shipping bad.

I bought 2 swimsuits and a bikini after seeing a video advertisement of a model with virtually my exact same measurements. I ordered the size she was wearing and as soon as I put the suits on I started posing in the mirror. They flatter and hide and make me feel fabulous and confident! I absolutely love my new swimwear and can't wait for my holiday to show them off!

I ordered 2 bathing suits liked one, but wanted to return one. I have been a week and still no return address? I have received a ticket number multiple times, but still no address. You only get 15 days for your return, so they keep putting me off. I am sure it's so I won't be able to return the item. I have emailed Meet Curve about 6 times in a week. They respond every couple days. Also, you have to pay to have it shipped back. Do not order from this company, unless you are 100 percent sure you are going to keep the bathing suit.

I bought the lace one piece in a Large size and it fit perfectly I could have gone for the medium. I was worried about the torso part being too short as per the reviews that's why I opted for a larger size but it was not a problem. It's good quality and looks amazing on me. I am an Australian size 14-16 usually. Thanks Meet Curve keep up the good work

The swimsuits are cute, and reasonably priced. However, I haven't worn them in the water yet, so I don't know how they last. I will say that I returned several swimsuits and it was a HUGE pain. You only have a 2 week span in which to do the returns. You have to cover the cost yourself, there is no print out, you have to write down all the info and send the company the tracking number once you mail it back or you will NOT get your money back. It is just quite the ordeal, compared to other company's I have done returns with.

The customer service team is obviously based in China. I felt there were some language barriers. I also did not like that it took a day to get back to me each time I communicated with them, especially since the clock is ticking on the time on when I can return the items.

I've never been one to feel comfortable in a bathing suit of any kind. However, the way the bathing suits fit me, I'm in love! I'm a size 8-10 but have a little extra on the sides (if you know what I mean) from having my kids. So to be able to hide that and then feel confident means the world to me.

In the event of return the company does not disclose on their Australian website that returns are to the US (min $25 at buyers expense), instead of providing return address they make the process difficult and try to persuade you to take partial refund and keep items (that don't fit so are of no use). Still trying to get a return authorisation and return address after 2 attempts with the above response.

Ordered 2 costumes to try, decent quality however they didn't fit my ample chest. Returns service you need to email for an address. First reply please keep and we will give you $5 discount…. Erm they don't fit me no thank you. Second reply have $12 off and a $5 discount off your next order…. They still do not fit no thanks please give me return address. Third reply yup another discount offer that I do not want.
So unless you are 100% sure they will fit then avoid. I will not order again.

Poor customer service.

My two swimsuits arrived in a timely fashion and were very cute! The only negative is that, even though they were both the same size, one ran much smaller than the other. The styles are just as pictured, though.

The shipping was slower than I'd like but the bathing suit is fabulous. Comfy, great tummy control, very flattering. Only 4 stars because of shipping time and I wish the suit didn't ride up in the back as much.

Four items from my order are too big for me. Im trying to return them, but a bot answered to all my emails and offered me$30 and coupon $5 for future purchases instead of a $134 refund.Im very disappointed

Be very careful what you order; read very thoroughly. Items appear as sets but may not be. Some are sold separately but that's not always clear and then when you go to buy the matching piece, you can't get your size.

Customer service is not very responsive either.

I purchased 2 swimsuits.purchase was very easy. Shipping time was ok.not super fast but not terrible! Both suits are beautiful! And true to size!. And the quality of the suits is great!. I am very impressed with the quality!.I am actually 100% satisfied with my purchase other than...communications!... I feel like that needs some work!

I am on the smaller side of the size medium and was not sure if these bathing suits would work for me. But I am around an F cup and these fit me like a dream. I have recommended this site to all my curvy friends!
