Checked the returns policy and ordered 3 bikinis so I could try different styles. Unfortunately they don't do UK returns - can only return to a US address. Cue a frustrating conversation with customer services and I eventually accepted a partial refund just to end the process.

No UK returns despite what it says on the .co.uk website.

I bought a bathing suit that didn't fit me well. Trying to return it was a lousy experience. No free shipping for returns and they won't easily give you the return address. I spend over 40$ and was only offered $20 In refund. I won't be ordering a bathing suit from Meet Curve ever again.

Emails back and forth and they wouldn’t give me their full return address over more than three emails about my return.

I ordered two swimsuits from this website. They fit great and I have received many compliments while out and about wearing the two different suits! The shipping was fairly fast and the order arrived correctly and on time for my window of need. Great products! Finally a suit to fit my body type that I can feel confident, comfortable and cute while wearing. Thank you!

Great selection at great prices. Was just on another major brand site with several of the same suits for over a hundred dollars. Glad I didn't sink my money their before finding your site. However the shipping took a lot longer than was told. And only one suit of the 4 fit. The quality of the suits were great However. So will just exchange them.

I ordered 3 suits and loved 2 of them. The third's torso felt really short comparatively to the others. Trying to facilitate a return so I could order a different size was difficult. It took multiple contacts with customer service just to start the return process.

I read the reviews when I buy online. Do my homework. Blah blah ….generally what arrives is just what you pay for, I was expecting budget but average bathers … however these bathers are exactly what I ordered and they are blinkin good quality. They exceeded my expectations. I would came back to this site. Many thanks

I provided all of the necessary details in my initial email to set up a return, following the company's return policy posted on their website. I received several emails over a two-week period from customer service, but all responses from the customer service department seemed to be attempts to negotiate a way around the company's posted return policy. This felt like an effort to draw out the return process past 15 days so the full refund was no longer an option.

I don't know what else to say other than I'm very disappointed with Meet.Curve's customer service and will not be recommending this store to anyone I know. The products I purchased are great items, and I wish they fit better so I could keep them.

I had to email over 10 times and was never provided return information. When I finally told them I contested the charge with the credit card company, they tried to offer me everything except a return. I would have ordered other sizes but will never support this company again.

I just wanted other customers to be aware of their return policy. You have only 15 days to request a return or exchange from the date received or your request will be denied. So you will have items that you won't wear. I should have checked the return policy but assumed I had 30 days. Just be aware when ordering. The items were going to be returned due to fit in length of the tops and bottoms.

The experience was okay, the shipping was kind of high for how long it takes to get here. Also there's zero communication on their end after the order confirmation. I never received any info on when it shipped or when it would arrive. It was just in my mail box one day.

I was very excited to receive my order. It was my first time ordering from you. And actually the first time I had ever seen an ad for your company. I was told by someone that your sizes are a little bit off, in that I should order a size bigger than normal, which I did. Unfortunately that statement was not true, as the bathing suit I ordered from you is actually big on me. But I guess better big than small. Thank you

I waited forever to get my over priced items. The body length is too short and I am 5' 4". The top part is twisted so my right breast does "fall" into the cup. It actually keeps falling out in the underarm area that is a little too forward.

Please head the warnings, this site is a SCAM SITE. They will deliver some miss-sized and poorly constructed suits, yes, but when I say I have had over ten emails in an effort to return items, and still, they have not provided me with a return address...I'm not joking. I have stated very clearly I wanted to return items. I was told I would have 7 days after the address is provided, however, they are refusing to provide the return address...and I'm wondering if they are trying to get me to arrive at the no return past "15 days of delivery." I wrote them the same day the items arrived, and tried them on quickly (based on past reviews of the "15 days" issues). The delivery, btw, said delivered 2 days before actual deliver (DHL). I paid $25 shipping, then $$however much for return shipping (with tracking), and $30 for a suit. I lost a $30 discount...so now one swim suit is costing me over $100. STAY CLEAR DO NOT ENGAGE.

Shopping experience has been great. I do wish that there was more size ratings so that I could see how true to size they fit. I also do not care for how much the shipping rate is, because of that only trying one suit and crossing my fingers that I love it.

They make it possible to do a return, and all the swimsuits are horrible so you can't ever get your money back because they are running a full-blown scam. I think they are providing you a very low quality product for a hard dollar and knowing they are going to keep your money. So they don't mind giving you the low quality product because then it looks like they at least fulfilled their obligation. Which would make it hard to dispute the credit card charge. Although I will be doing so.

They are running a full-blown scam. They will not give you a return address. They give you the runaround, trying to provide credits instead of a refund. It’s like they are waiting for the 15 day return policy window to expire. I have read tons of reports on this happening to other people. And one person ended up actually getting an address but they’ve never received a credit. So at this point, I’m considering this a scam.

I ordered 4 swimsuits---and received only one correct item. I am finding it annoying with your process to return and fix the problem---you asked me to send pictures etc... I don't have time to figure out how to download and send pictures. I am just retuning the three incorrect items because it is too difficult to fix your problem. And now need to send you a tracking number? This was not easy online shopping. I wish someone would have just shipped the correct order.

it was fast response and very nice but your process for fixing a problem that you made is too difficult to deal with. I am not sending pics etc to get the proper order. I am now just recturning the wrong items.

I received my order and liked the swimsuits, but wished to exchange for a larger size. But I can't because the customer service Refuses to give me an address to return the items. They keep offering store credit for less than half what they are worth. I'm very disappointed.

After several emails, nothing has been resolved very disappointed.

I ordered several bathing suits using their sizing guide but their return policy was not clearly accessible. When my order arrived a couple pieces did not fit. When I contacted them about a return they said I must pay the shipping and they Could not guarantee the return. If it was accepted my funds would not be back on my card for a long while. They asked me whether I would keep the items for a $25 refund and a $5 coupon. The items don't fit so why would I want to keep them? I'm really annoyed and I'll never shop there again. With online clothes you need to have a good return or exchange policy. If you don't then there's no point. I can't guarantee a fit regardless of the sizing guide.

It took forever to get a response and it’s impossible to resolve anything because each back and forth is days and days apart. Plus the people who handle the returns don’t seem to pay attention to what’s being said. Customer service should be #1. It’s really maddening. Do better. There are so many options that problems like this keep people from coming back. Myself included

The suits were okay for the price I paid. I do want to return 2/3 and have not received an email back from support. The packaging was damaged and product falling out so I am not sure if there was a packing slip. Shipping was very slow as well.

Please inform your customers PRIOR to ordering that they will now be fully compensated for their return. I did not appreciate the flow of emails with you counter-offering partial payment returns. I work hard for my money, and you need to be upfront and honest with your customer base.

Overall, customer service team is doing their job in replying to customers in need. They need to issue full refunds to dissatisfied customers though since the return policy is a generous 30 days, but they will drag it out by offering partial return compensation which is more than likely not their fault.

Site is very easy to get through
I'm big busted and all but maybe 2 out of 7 fit in the bust if ordered any larger the bottoms would've been way too big. I ordered according to bust size more than bottom. The quality is great for the price.

I got everything during a vacation. When I got home and was able to try them on, every item was too short. I don't have an abnormally long torso, but apparently these suits don't fit me. It is too late to return them, so I'm stuck with the items.

First let me say I love the swim suits! They looked just like the pictures and size was perfect. The only thing I didn't like was I never received any communication on my order. It did take a full 2 weeks to get them. Overall I will order again.
