Sizes aren't what I expected. 1 piece suits are very short. Cup sizes aren't proportional for sizes ordered.

Shipping took 21 full days.

Quality isn't high end, but is standard.

Items look like those pictured when purchasing.

Returns are difficult and costly.

I contacted about lengthy shipping times (21 days from order to arrival). Sorry, pandemic makes shipping delayed is an old and tired excuse. Also, tracking number didn’t update for weeks after receiving shipping notification.

Didn’t see anywhere on website where it indicated this was coming from China or I would not have ordered.

Tried to return the two suits I got. I was I only had 15 days to return, and when asking for return address, no one would provide me one. Customer service kept trying to bargain with me (we will give you 30 bucks to just keep them). They then can be a fake return address that included just zip, state. I had to beg and write negative reviews on facebook to be provided with correct return address

I ordered five swimsuits and loved four of them. They're flattering and unique! When I enquired about delivery, I heard back super quickly and my items were delivered much faster than expected. Great customer service.

My only piece of feedback is that the website specified free shipping, but a shipping fee was added at checkout. I couldn't find anywhere on the site that showed limitations to this offer.

Your banner said free shipping over $69. I spent well over and was still charged for shipping…

I paid $12.99 for shipping on an item that took almost 2 weeks to get arrive. Then when it didn't fit correctly I asked for a refund. They took forever to respond to my email then gave me instructions on how to return it yet they didn't provide the return address and the best part is I get to pay to send the product back and I dont get refunded for shipping. So either way I'll be out $30 just for trying a swimsuits on.

I’ve been given the run around and I feel cheated

Everything was wonderful except size options. I'm an odd size so the 2X bottoms from my bikini sets fit perfect, but they only came in sets and the 2X tops were Way Too Small for me. It'd be great if you could offer them as separate pieces so we could put them together to have a wonderfully fitted bikini!

Unless you know the bathing suit will fit, do not order. They do not pay for returns, you are responsible. When you try to make a return you have to set up a ticket. Then they try to offer you a partial refund or just a coupon for your next order. The mail back address is completely different the ship from address. The whole interaction is bad and I do not recommend it.

I liked the products but some didn't fit quite right. The website said returns are accepted but I'm finding it very difficult to return anything. I am due $127 as I bought 5 suits with the intention of returning what didn't work (since the website says they accept returns). They are telling me the best they can do is offer me $60 to keep the items and I can donate them if they don't work for me.

To return something you need to send them an email for the return address and info. I’ve been emailing with them for a week now and still haven’t gotten a return address. They keep trying to offer me a small amount of money to keep the products, which I know I won’t wear because they don’t fit right. I just want to return them and I feel like they are dragging it out because returns are accepted 15 days after delivery - it’s like they want to make it be more than 15 days so I can no longer return them. Definitely making me question if I will order from again or not. :/

Looked through found 3 swim suits I liked. Ordered. They arrived but 2 of them didn't fit. No problem I will just return for a refund. How wrong was I! These 2 suits came to about £60 they wasn't going to agree to a return but offered me £18 to keep them. No thanks. They then agreed to £30 after lots of two and throwing this was over a week a go and I am still waiting! Now not responding to messages.
Products themselves are nice and well made etc it's just the customer service that is shocking!

There is very little detail about their return policy prior to purchasing anything and after you contact them about their returns you understand why. They are very complicated and not user friendly by any means. I have to repackage, ship on my own, email them with my tracking number, all after three different emails to get these instructions and finally a return address. I feel with online ordering being so easy these days this would be an adjustment that would be helpful to make. The product were fine, they were a little bigger than the size I expected, and not much support, which is why I'm returning them. If this process was more streamlined they may have more business.

I contacted about returns. Then I had to contact them again and answer specific questions they asked about my return. They I had to contact them a third time to request a return address. This was a ridiculous process and the whole reason I will not be shopping with Meet Curve again.

Check out was insane. Took several tries before I was able to complete transaction.
Next time I will use Paypal (for security) as my card was copied and used to make purchases in another State. Thankfully the fraud Dept. caught it, cancelled my card and reissued a new one. But it was an inconvenience.
As for the products, they did take a minute to receive (but considering the economy and such, I think that's our new normal). I was really surprised that the fit was true to my size and the cover ups that I purchased were of a softer mesh and quality that I didn't expect. I will purchase again from this company.

I had ordered two 1 pieces that don't fit and decided to keep my 3rd items that are just bottoms. They say 14 or 15 days from delivery date that you can return items. I've been going back and forth for 3 days now trying to get these items returned and if it takes me more than the allotted time I'm not going to be happy if I don't find a resolution soon. Not an easy company to work with. Swim suits meant for bigger girls and not taller girls.

I’ve been going back and forth with the same customer service lady and each time I made it clear I wanted to return. I understand they have to give me all options but I made it clear in the 1st email and it won’t stop. $#*!ing annoying!!!!!

Suits are cheaply made but fine enough for a wear or two - if you don't mind your body being stained with the colour of the suit afterwards.

Don't buy unless you're certain things will fit - customer service is all bots and returns are a headache; they basically push you into accepting a gift card for the amount of the return, only helpful if you want to buy something else - which I wouldn't recommend.

Terrible.

I have been trying to return my order since my items came in on June 12th 2023. I keep getting automated responses with no real answers. At this point in just about to call my credit card and dispute the charge. How can you sell an item and say there is a return policy then delay the process so customers are unable to their items.

I wanted to try meet curve because post pregnancy body is in full swing a year later for this office job mom. I was looked for bathing suits that would be a little more supportive and flattering coverage from the belly down. The 2 suits I got are so cute and comfortable. My only complaint is that they feel a little short in length from shoulder to booty. I have an average torso, am 5'7", 200lbs and typically wear a size 14/16 in shorts. I bought XL and the suits have good coverage, but the bra pads are a little below my boobs, but again, still wearable and good enough that I won't have to worry about a wardrobe malfunction while chasing my baby around. I would recommend sizing up if your bigger chested, just so the bra insert will give you good coverage.

The swimwear tops I ordered are the same size. One fits well one doesn't fit at all. Tops are much shorter than in pictures. They also do not unbutton, untie or unzip and have to be pulled over your head, not ideal for bigger busts at all. The swimsuits do much the pictures, except for the length and seems like decent quality. Time will tell.

I was searching for a bathing suit that covered my thighs and my arms near my non existing biceps. On Amazon I searched modesty suits and found some nice suits but the tops were more old fashioned than I liked. Yes, I am older but I still want some style! I bought separate pieces on Meet Curve...long bike short type bottoms and a cold shoulder top. I really was happy with its quality and delivery. I am in Canada so worried about delivery. Yes, I believe woman should wear whatever thst wish, but now I can walk around and not feel self conscious...but feel pretty. Suggestion...Make more suits with short sleeves and longer legs...

I was just a bit worried about delivery. They answered promptly and solved my issue!!! I live in a rural area so home delivery is a bit strange.

One out of 4 suits was flattering/good quality, other 3 cheap/thin material/unflattering. When I tried to return them they sent me numerous emails basically offering various amounts of money to keep the suits and not return, even though I was willing to pay shipping and send back. I won't order from them again

I ordered two swimsuits from these guys and the designs and quality was perfect. Just sizing was a bit small, they were super helpful in making sure I got new suits intime for my bday/holiday and they now fit perfectly. Will definitely buy again (just go up a size or two on your normal size)

I was actually shocked. I was kind of expecting some possibly crappy knock off, but it was not like that at all! Suits were cute & well-made, and the best was that they met the mark, especially at the price point! Would totally recommend to friends & family & will definitely order again!

Suit is very very short in the body length feels like my boobs will pop out on the first big wave. I measured and used the measurements they provided and even ordered up a size and still doesn't fit. That's the risk taken when ordering online I guess but the site claims they are made for bigger sizes I was hoping this wouldn't be an issue. I am a size 8 normally and ordered a size large. At least it wasn't too expensive but total waste of money considering I can't wear it and since I'd have to pay more money to return it to China it doesn't seem worth the risk. If you're going to buy from them order up 2 to 3 sizes than you normally would.

I was very happy with the item i bought when it finally arrived but not happy at all with the delivery. The site said in 5 working days but it took over 15 days and too late for my holidays. If your items are coming g from China, be honest about the delivery time. People are more likely to return to buy from you if your honest.

Could not get a response when requesting a return authorization for one swim suit that did not fit properly. All I got was questionnaires to rate my experience. Though I am happy with the other purchases I made I would not order again or recommend it to someone now that I see it is impossible to return something.

I just need to return something and had so much trouble getting a return address. I still have not received it! Service is terrible and they don't respond to emails in a timely manner. I would never buy from them again.
