Trying to return has resulted in a ton of frustration and a loss of money. It took a MONTH to get the return address and multiple emails from customer service to finally get return instructions. Then after sending the suits back at my own expense they will still not return my money. I highly recommend not buying from this company unless you are sure you won't need to return.

Absolute waste of my time. They kept trying to convince me to keep the suits for a partial refund which I was not willing to take. It took a month and four emails back-and-forth to finally get the correct return address for the suits. At this point, I had already sent the suit to the return address that was on the original parcel, the customer service is still unwilling to give me my refund because of not first emailing them the tracking code before the package arrived.

I am very unhappy with my whole experience. The delivery took a long time. The quality is not great and the sizing not true. I've taken photos and emailed numerous times to get a return address but am now met with silence. I've looked up Trustpilot and found out this company makes it virtually impossible to return items and get your money back. I am now escalating this with my bank

I had such high hopes for the bathing suits I ordered. They were both a size 2x which seemed true to size but if you are a busty girl they will not work. I am a 40 H. Didn't even come close to fitting my chest. They did cover your bum nicely tho.

I was having trouble tracking my order and heard back from someone fairly quickly with the information I was looking for.

Customer service has been terrible. I have sent 8 emails requesting a return and each time get the same reply back days later. I keep getting offered to keep the swimsuits for a partial refund. There is no number to contact or address to return to.

Bought two suits and neither fit well. Have been attempting to return them for two weeks now with no success. Meet.Curve asks you to email them to initiate the return process, but then they won't actually give you a return address and instead pressure you to keep your items for a much smaller refund or a gift card. The process is not transparent and they purposely don't give you the answers to your questions. I've never experienced anything like this with any other company! I've been emailing back and forth with them for two weeks and they still haven't given me clear return instructions with a return address. I will never buy from them again and I will actively recommend that others do not buy from them.

Best experience I've had with a company. I got the sizings wrong for a pair of togs, was happy to do the returns procedure but they insisted on just giving me a discount code for a refund so I could get the correct size all while keeping the original pair. Overall so helpful and would use again

I'm 40 with 3 kids and my weight distribution has drastically changed in the last 6 months. I typically hate the way swimsuits fit and feel more comfortable with a cover-up on, but I felt great in each of my pieces. No cover-up needed.
The photos were accurate and the sizing was spot on.

I am trying to return my order, asked for the address for returns at least 8-10 times now. They will not give me the address! I've been trying for 2 weeks now & there policy states you have to return items within 7 days or receiving them. How are you supposed to do that when they refuse to give you the address to ship them to? I will NEVER order anything from them again!

The website is easy to navigate and there are a good amount of options to choose from. I like the bright colors and designs of the clothing online. My order was shipped later than expected so I couldn't take the swimwear on vacation like I had intended. I used the size chart and one of the items did not fit. Another item looked much brighter in person. The return policy is not as customer friendly as I thought it would be.

Returning some of my order has been very time consuming and a big hassle. I've never before had to send picture proof of products before returning them and email
Back and forth for weeks before getting a refund. Will not shop there again.

Return process is awful

Would like to have found a dress with a bottom instead of a one piece, but it was too cute and covered what I wanted to hide. The only thing I did not like is the seam that joins the mesh to the suit on the chest is kinda thick and does not lay flat. But neither my daughter or husband noticed it

I have been trying to return my suits for over a week now and no one will get back to me. I only have 15 days to get my suits returned and they won't give you the return information except by email. I have created 2 support tickets and no one has gotten back to me. I'm going to miss my return window even though I followed up immediately. Waste of time and money.

I bought 2 tankinis in 2 styles & 2 sizes, they both were like the pictures & good quality. However, the small size set fit well, but the larger size was too small! For the last week I have been trying to arrange a return, but customer service are very slow to respond & seem very motivated to offer a voucher instead of a return. Having discovered the items would need to be returned to the USA at my expense I will probably accept the voucher, when CS finally authorise it.

As above. They are very slow to respond to return messages & when I have had no reply for a couple of days I have had to send a new message request.

I love the full coverage on my butt. Its very comfy and fit decent overall. However there breast area did not fit well. I am a larger chested person and there wasnt any support. What support there was not in a good spot so it makes my chest look flatten and shaped weird. Overall I am happy. I wish there was more option for those who didnt want to show any cleavage without sleeves amd high neck

Lots of options to choose from. I liked the clearance section, but I was unable to sort by size which took way more time to sort through that I would like. I'm not sure how I missed it but bottoms do not come with your order. I was surprised when I only received tops.

I had the same issue. I wanted to return the items and they never send me back the address. Theh answered one of my emails with some fake steps.
I wish I read this before.

I was pleasantly surprised at the good quality and fit. There were 2 out 8 suits that were sized bigger. I decided to not send them back as returns are at my cost and I did not realize they were shipping from China. That being said the suits are very cute and I am super happy with them. I will just give the other 2 away :)

Nice selection I love the suit but I'm only 5" 3 and if I tightened the shoulder straps the under wires in the bra came up to my chest. So it didn't work. I'm supposed to be getting a credit on my account.

A friend told me about this site and I immediately viewed it and started purchasing suits. I bought 4 suits on my first purchase and love them all. I went by their size chart, instead of just buying my normal sizes and I'm glad I did. Some pieces I purchased a size up from my normal size but they fit perfectly. Always use their size chart measurements.

I ordered three swimsuit tops. While all of them were very cute and well made, only one seemed to fit me in the way I was looking. The customer return policy was straight forward and very polite when we exchange emails. There was issues with the tracking number, but that was on the end of the shipping department I used. In the end the return items were delivered, and I am awaiting my refund.

The customer service was prompt and helpful. They were very polite and seemed to try to work with me under the straight forward company return policy.

My order arrived really quickly considering it was coming to Aust. The quality is great and the fit is good also. I ordered red but it's actually orange. I do LOVE orange so I'm not too disappointed although I really did want red

I contacted initially because the model was apparently wearing a size XL but her breasts looked much smaller than mine but the measurement chart seemed to state that the XL was the right size for me . It was!
But it was off putting that the model looked smaller than the measurement chart said the bust size should be for XL. It made me nervous to order it. It all turned out ok though

Easy to order but bitterly disappointed that the sizes were not accurate. I ordered medium which were described as a size 14/16. These were so small, I now have to return these and won't have swimmers in time for my holiday :( very disappointed

I have nothing bad to report regarding the quality of the bathing suits ordered. I will definitely order again. But know that you have only 2 weeks to return items. I ordered two - because I had never ordered these styles and was unsure of size and fit. I was unaware that returns are accepted for only 2 weeks after delivery, most other places allow for 30 days. It was already over a week before I actually opened the package to try them on. Being a nurse and working extra hours due to staffing - I honestly forgot about the package. The white bathing suit fit perfectly, the other the cup size is at least a size too small. By the time I got around to remembering to return the suit - it was on the third week.
