One of the suits that I received came with two tears in it already. When I asked the company to replace it they attempted to give me a $5 coupon instead of just replacing the suit. I had to requested it again in order to get the replacement. I'm not sure how a company thinks that sending out a damaged suit and only giving the customer $5 to make up for it is acceptable.

I appreciate the variety of good photos of each item (you can see it from the side, front, back, etc.) as well as the inclusion of each models' measurements. That makes it a lot easier to figure out what size I should get, and helps me visualize how it would fit on me, too. I did find that their size chart was pretty exact, so because my measurements were in-between and because the material is stretchy, I would actually get a slightly smaller size next time, to be a better fit. The material of each item was decent quality, and I liked the variety of styles available.

I searched online and in-person and could not find a plus-size swimsuit that was actually for swimming. I was so grateful to have found your company, and the shipping was quick, plus the prices were great. Thank you I will be ordering again.

I paid extra for express shipping and did not receive the items within that time frame. I liked the suits I received but they didn't fit so I need to do a return/exchange. Have sent two emails and no response yet on how to do that.

I ordered two items one of them does not fit and I'd like to return them but I am getting issues with trying to return it. I just want my money back it's $31 Canadian it's for a cover-up on my latest order.

I spoke twice to a customer service agency about the order and was off her to keep the item and get a credit which I said no. The second time I was offered a larger credit and to keep the order, and it still does not add up to my full price that I paid I would like to be able to return my item or you can refund me the entire item price and I’ll keep it. The amount owing is $31.03 Canadian.

Easy to order but bitterly disappointed that the sizes were not accurate. I ordered medium which were described as a size 14/16. These were so small, I now have to return these and won't have swimmers in time for my holiday :( very disappointed

The on-line ordering process is very easy. The items arrived fairly quick. One item arrived without the swim shorts and one is not made properly. There isn't enough material between the waist and bust, so you can't put arms in straps and pull up over breasts.

I was pleasantly surprised at the good quality and fit. There were 2 out 8 suits that were sized bigger. I decided to not send them back as returns are at my cost and I did not realize they were shipping from China. That being said the suits are very cute and I am super happy with them. I will just give the other 2 away :)

The website was user friendly. I found a number of suits I was interested in trying. I ordered a variety of suits to try. Out of the 10 I ordered I did not like the fit of 6 pieces. I have emailed twice about a return authorization and have yet to receive a response. Based on this alone, I will not be using curve again to order items. There are way too many other options out there for online shopping that have better return policies and more prompt customer service response time.

I've emailed twice about a return authorization and have not received a response. I read online there is a 15 day return period. At this rate, I'm assuming I won't get a response until after the 15 day timeframe and then will be told it is too late to return. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Back in late January I placed an order for over $250 worth of suits. None of them fit the way they were described on the site. I reached out and requested they share the shipping address to return the items. They offered me $40 and told me to give the suits to someone else. I again requested the address. After a week with no response from the company I tried shipping the order to an address I found online, the box came back to me. I have spent 3 weeks trying to get a response and all they keep telling me is,

I have brought from meet curve before and love the product. I ordered another suit as a gift and it was too small. Returns not easy. Having to email multiple times to get address to return it to. I have to pay for the return and beg for the address. What's the deal with that. I still want it, just in a different size. They offered me $8 and. $5 coupon. No thanks. I paid over $35!

I’m sure it’s their job to beat around the bush at this point but seriously? Returns shouldn’t be this hard.

Placing the order was easy and seamless. But it would be nice to receive some sort of update on the transit and delivery. Couldn't track my order even after 10 days and I thought my order may have been misplaced. Thankfully it arrived - it took a little over 2 weeks. And both the products are exactly as I had hoped. Fits beautifully and sizing is spot on.

Products are okay. I ordered two swimsuits, decided to keep one. However, the return process is very labor heavy on the consumer. In instances where I had to pay for return shipping, the vendor at least provided the label and took the cost off my refund. No, not this I'll organized company. I have to ship the product back (I was given and address) and I have to provide them back the tracking. All comms through this awful ticketing email system. Spend more and order through Summersalt or get the same quality and order through Amazon, where you can easily return items you do not like for free.

Customer service was fine. I still think they lied about when the shipped the item, blaming UPS, despite UPS saying they were awaiting product.

Shipping was fairly quick; not superfast but ok. The only thing I wish is tjat the website would say where the country of origin is. It helps me to decide on sizing as well as quality and how long until it would arrive.

I ordered 3 bathing suits. Only 1 of them fit, the other two were oddly proportioned. When I went to try to return the two that didn't fit, I was given a bunch of lines and they tried bargaining with me to keep the items for a partial refund. So annoying.

The return process is horrible. I will never order from here again.

Absolutely amazing. Definitely will be ordering more stuff from Meetcurve. The quality of the swimsuits are amazing and very true to size. My mother also ordered some bathing suits and she loves hers too! Super affordable too!

Website is easy to use, the product is pretty exact as modelled, loads of styles to chose from, and advertising with real sized people sz14 plus... gives you an indication on how it would look on you.

I ordered several pieces, some of them did not fit in the top area. The Return process is very complicated and it is clear that the company wants to dodge returns by all means - unfortunate as it is a legal right in Europe. The return process is completely intransparent. I just received the info that the package is to be Returned at my own costs to the US after almost 2 weeks of corresponding with them (and waiting for their emails). I considered buying the bikini tops in a larger size but I won't order with them anymore as I lost money in this already.

Takes days to answer. I got several reminders that I had unanswered emails even though I answered right away every time. The return conditions are very intransparent.

The online shopping was easy to navigate. I found several items I liked. Made sure I could return if they didn't fit. Recieved my purchase pretty quickly. Out of the 3 items I purchased only 1 fit. I looked up how to return... that's the difficult part. You have to email, wait on a response, then they try to get you to keep items that don't fit by giving you a coupon towards your next purchase. Which doesn't work if those items do not fit. So, you then have to email back and wait for another response. That took 2 days. Then you're give instructions on how to return items and that you have to pay for the return. This was the first time I've ever had to do that... considering I've already paid. That experience has definitely made me think twice about purchasing again in the future. I love my new suit but you don't know how they'll fit by a picture online. I've purchased through other companies online and never had to go through all of that.

I wanted to return an order and I had to message back and forth so many times it was ridiculous! I wanted a full refund and they kept asking me to settle for a lesser amount. They will not give a return address, you have to practically beg for it! I finally got it after several attempts. I mailed off my return so now let's see if I ever get a refund! I will never buy from this company again!

As a tall and big person, I struggled with one-piece swimwear that was too short for my torso, which was disappointing. The cups in one of the bras was also loose and folded over on itself in a way I couldn't fix by manually trying to work it back into proper place. I will be returning some of the items. The ones that fit I am fond of tho.

The return policy sounded complicated and I'm not even sure if I fully understand what was offered to me. I was told that I could send it all back at my cost for shipping or that I could receive a "partial credit" and a coupon for future purchases, but not what that would entail or if it requires anything from me. I haven't decided what to do as a result. : /

Shopping was easy. Sizing was spot on for me. My swim suit is well made. I'm a big girl and my suit holds everything in and together. I used it for a swim class and it's still holding up like the day I cought it. Very surprised! Also the fabric isn't too thin. Doesn't have snags everywhere. I will definitely buy again from here.

I was a little dubious at first as I didn't realise the items shipped from Asia. I contacted customer service and they were really helpful in reassuring me the shipment was on its way. I received my items within a week of purchase and I'm very happy with the overall quality and design of the products.
