Fast delivery, got exactly what I ordered. I'd read lots of unhappy customers so was worried to order. I sized one up also due to other comments and bathers all fit perfect. For what a paid I'm happy with what I received.
The colors were extremely accurate to what was on the website was disappointed by the quality of bra pads, especially for plus size girls. I would have thought that the pads would have covered all of the chest area but they were too small and sewn in so you can't even remove them. The return process is also very challenging.
I ordered 2 swimsuits. Both are high quality. I don't like the fit of one of them and the return process is kind of ridiculous. They don't give the return address until they've tried 3 or 5 times to get you to keep the item. That being said, their swimsuits are great and I will be ordering again.

The bathing suits I bought were okay quality, but they didn't fit properly. When trying to return the items, I was stuck in a back and forth haggling over email to negotiate a price to be refunded if I kept the items (that didn't fit, mind you) instead of shipping them back and getting a full refund. Absurd.
Representatives were courteous, but I had to haggle to try and get a refund for items I was returning. They essentially refused to offer a full refund for items I wanted to return that didn’t fit. Absurd.

This has been the worst experience with a company I have ever had. The bathing suits I bought were too small. I contacted customer service right away and they keep giving me a run around with returning the items despite them claiming to have a good return policy. This still has not resolved and I am not happy.

Despite what the website says, they do not accept returns. They offer vouchers, some money back but they make the return process so f%%ing difficult and delaying responses so long... until you give up.
Some items sizes are weird and the quality is not great. How can you make a one piece short on the torso? They can!

I have been trying to return a swimsuit that didn't fit my daughter and have been getting the run around. Meet.curve gives you 15 days to return the time after receiving it and they waste the majority of them not answering your emails for the return request details or trying to get you to take a credit for their site that isn't even a third of what you spent on the item.

One of the swimsuits was way too big in the chest and it was never going to fit. I reached out immediately after I tried on my haul and initially was offered other options instead of returning the suit that didn't fit and then eventually was given the address to return. I didn't think Meet Curve should have made it so difficult to return especially considering I am keeping about 8 of the 9 pieces I ordered and am only returning that one because it didn't fit!
Was originally deterred from returning the swimsuit that wouldn't fit unless I got a boob job!!! I am keeping a majority of my order (8 pieces) and returning 1! I don't appreciate how they withhold the return address and try to get you to take another offer to not send back and then make you pay to return! So many other companies are WAYYYY easier to deal with - I won't order from here again. I shop online almost exclusively (cannot remember the last time I was in a store) and buy & return things all of the time. This wasn't so seamless and disappointing.
Popped up on my FB or Instagram and the suits looked cute! Not sure I would purchase from Meet. Curve again though - there's plenty of great places to get swimsuits from that aren't as much of a hassle to return.
I like the way they look
The order placed on July 15 did not arrive until well over two weeks later. When I reached out for a tracking number I was told to be patient. When I received the order the items which were labeled and advertised as large did not fit. The top and bottom were too small. I emailed requesting a return and received no response.
The people who emailed me clearly did not have command of the English language.
Shopping online is easy. What is hard is when you can't try a bathing suit on before purchase. The order took almost a month to get here. I was beginning to panic because I leave for holidays in a few days. No time to make an exchange if it doesn't fit. Thankfully the top did. The bottoms however are a strange fit for me. Super low in the back and very high in the front. One pair is the right size but the other style is much too big. I wouldn't have bought them in a store but I am stuck now because I don't have time for an exchange.

I received my bathers and they were the wrong size for me. I have been trying for over a week to get a delivery address to return them for exchange - I have now requested a full cancellation, but as yet am still not provided the address to return the items. It feels like you're delaying so you can say I did not request the exchange within the timeframe and refuse to exchange.
Terrible. Broken English replies and not answering my questions directly. I still have not been provided a return address for exchange and have not been replied to now for 3 days.

I have been coordinating with their "support" team for more than a week now. The sizes and measurements online were incorrect, thus their products did not fit correctly. I followed the directions of the return and have received 4 counter offers of a partial refund and keep the items. They indicated they would help me on the shipping and offer by $54 for my $77.97 purchase; they also indicated items are returned to New Jersey. It does not cost more than $20 to ship from NY to NJ. They are a nightmare to return to and get a full refund from. I indicated I will be getting the Better Business Bureau involved if I don't get a full refund-- we will see what happens. This is your sign to do a full search on the Instagram businesses.

Bought 3 swimsuits only 1 fitted wanted to return 2 and get full refund was told have to return to America and it wouldn't be worth my while so keep them and get a £25 refund didn't need or want them as didn't fit and total was £89 I needed refund for wouldn't let me know where to send them to and just kept saying give you. A $5 voucher of next order as if I'm going to order again from them nowhere was stated clearly that can't return and get full refund

I ordered 3 swimsuits and liked 2 or the 3 and wanted to return the third. The customer service regarding this became a negotiation with the return address being held hostage. I finally just settled for a partial refund and was told not to ship the return item. This type of interaction and making it difficult is very discouraging to online shoppers.
My swimsuits are beautiful, I ended up needing the size down on 2 of my tops, and the customer service representative responded quickly and resolved my exchange. I just wish the bikini tops had an adjustable band but overall I am very happy with my purchases!
I reached out to customer service within minutes of placing my order. I used their chat and email as no number was provided. It took 2 days for a reply and my order had already shipped. The item I bought doesn't fit and since I have to pay to return it, it went tonthe donation pile.

Overall, happy with the choice, quality and value of the swimsuits. Returns process needs a lot of work. I did get a refund for the items I decided not to keep but it involved about 10 emails back and forth between me and the customer services department. Makes me hesitant to buy anymore because returns were such a hassle. I fed this back to the customer services lady.
Customer services very polite and efficient but company returns policy is a joke. I bought from meet curve.co.uk to make sure returns would be easy but there is no return options in the UK.

I spent a pretty good chunk of money on some new swimsuits so I was pretty excited. However when I went in later to check my email it said some of the products were out of stock. So I emailed the help link and the person who responded didn't answer any questions in my email. She told me to "wait a few days" or be patient and see if my package arrived. I have no problem waiting on my package, but if one or more of the items were out of stock, I feel like I deserved more of a response than just "wait".

I have no problem waiting for my package as I said I was very excited. But I felt pushed to the side because they didn’t answer any of my questions. My whole order did arrive, but I felt like it could have been communicated better.

I received a top and bottom. Nothing wrong with them, just didn't fit as I had hoped. The return process I have been through has been awful. Customer service BARTERED with me back and forth offering me money to just keep the items. Each time I would respond with "no, I want to return and receive a refund." They would come back with the same offer asking if that would be okay. It was over a week of this, and I still was never provided with a return address. Finally, I gave up. I accepted a $17 refund to keep the items. Have I seen that $17 in my account? NO. They won. Never ever ever again and I will warn every one I know against this company.

I got 3 suits 2 for myself 1 for my daughter. My daughter is smaller and yet the top didn't fit well and the bottoms fit good. She's not large at all especially on top. It's almost like it's 2 different sizes. One suit I got was ok but the other looked like I was trying to squeeze a whale into a diving suit. Looks horrible.

First my order didn't arrive in time for a vacation but even if it did nothing fit. Every bathing suit I ordered was not long enough. I guess I have a long torso. So they "fit" but not right. The cups would be below my actual boobs. Or if it pulled it up I would be wearing a tong in the front! Very disappointed

I LOVED the swimsuits. 1 of the 3 was too small so I wanted to return/exchange for a larger size. I did what the site said and sent an email and they did everything they could to talk me out of the exchange. I asked for the return address and they only gave me City and state, offered $10 back and a $5 coupon for next purchase. I said no so they offered another dollar amount. Finally after emailing back and forth several times I agreed on $22 back and keeping the swimsuit, that I can't wear, so I'm out $20. Would have liked to have just exchanged it but they made that pretty much impossible.
Did everything but what I wanted to do which was exchange the product.

I've been looking for this style of swim suit for a while and was thrilled to find this one. Easy to order, but it did take a while to receive. I was updated about delivery and was glad to get the "have you received your item yet?" email. Unfortunately, it does not fit. I can't find anything about returning/exchanging or a refund.
First time I heard of Meetcurve was through Facebook. They had the exact style of swim suit I was looking for.

I was not thrilled with the quality. Never tried them on, but the return process is difficult. You have to pay for the return. You must notify them of the return first try to make you keep the product and offer a credit or coupon which does not make sense because I spent over $70 and they wanted to give me a $20 credit for bathing suits. I did not want to keep. They stall giving the return address because it will not be the same that is on the packaging. It can be frustrating to keep having to check email especially when you have only 15 days from receiving to return the product and the stalling really cuts into that time. And you wind up paying extra to send it faster because of all of the stall time. We will see when I receive my money back, but this is the start of my experience.

Its already hard to find swimwear that looks good on the chunky girls and my order did not meet my expectation. The first set chafed my back and wasn't particularly flattering. The first top had strange breast padding that was far too pointy, it looks like it came from a different decade, also unflattering. The second top was cut and fit fairly well, looked good to a point, however, the ruffles in the front are super wrinkly and not attractive. This one was the closest to the picture that was not uncomfortable.

This suit is a dream--it flatters, lifts, and boosts confidence for sure! I love the print and color of this suit and the slimming panel makes me feel like a million bucks. I love that the cups are sewn in, so even if you get "chilled" nothing shows.
