I bought two suits and then when they arrived and were such good quality and fit so well I bought three more! As a size 20, I have never felt super sexy in a bathing suit but these feel great! So flattering!

Before ordering the two swimsuits I read the returns policy thoroughly and only ordered under the impression that I could return them to Australia (at my own cost) if they were not suitable. It turned out that this was not the case, and I now have two items that I can not wear. Very disappointing.

I don't want to shoot the messenger - the ladies that responded were very nice. It's the company returns policy that I have issue with.

Had to return suit because it just didn't fit right. Ustomer service was helpful, but returning took a few steps so just be aware. Email to company, back and forth about options. Just not quite as easy as a shipping label and drop off.

The site was easy to navigate, nice photos. The look and fit of the suits are pretty accurate. Let's face it shopping online for clothing is difficult. The site needs to allow you to enter a return easily instead of emailing, etc.

I ordered 2 swimsuits. 1 fit well, and I'm satisfied with the quality and price.
The 2nd which I ordered a larger size was too small.
Is the return process it is not clear. I have emailed them multiple times and have yet to receive the address that I need to send my item. They also say you can't return unless it's within 15 days and they are stalling with their methods.
I will never order from them again, and I will warn others not to!

This was explained in my review, i I’ve had multiple emails with a very cumbersome return process. I have yet to be given their address so that I may return my item that is too small.
Plus, the fact that they only allow 15 days to get it back to them is not adequate for anyone who works in has to try to get to the post office in time.
They are complicating manners with their incomplete emails that don’t include all the information needed for me to make my return offering me a five dollar credit instead

I am really pleased with this swim dress I'm 5ft 2 size 18 to 20 with a big tummy so buying swim wear is not easy but this costume covers the lumps and bumps. The length of the attached skirt comes a little bit above the knee which I like as it hides my thighs. The quality of the fabric and the stitching are good. I'm really looking forward to wearing it on my upcoming holiday

I didn't get any tracking info on my package or an email saying it had even shipped. I contacted customer service and withing 24 hours I had answers. But that is my only gripe. Suits are beautiful and well made.

I ordered four bathing suits and two were the wrong size. I contacted immediately to return the ones that were too large and it took days to get a response. When I finally did, the person did not give me a return address. She suggested a partial credit to keep the suits. I said no because they don't fit and asked again for a return address. She said New York USA with no actual address. I was really angry. The return window is very small and this lady is stringing me along and not giving me an answer. I messaged a third time and asked for a return address. Once she finally responded (after the return window passed), I was on vacation and unable to send the suits back. I love the suits but have never experienced such terrible customer service when it comes to returns. I would never buy another suit from here.

I mentioned this earlier but it was terrible. I’d give no stars if I could. It took three emails to get a return address. It took so long I missed the return window and was on vacation so I could no longer return the suits. I’ve never had such terrible customer service.

I was very disappointed with my order. I am 5'2", apple shaped, and 38DDD.
The torso lengths of all the one pieces were too long so I opted for a two piece. The briefs fit well except that they were far too long and came up right under my boobs. The halter top cups and band fit well, but had to tie the straps were decidedly mad for someone over 5'8".
By the time I paid for the shipping on the return I came close to breaking even... If I end up getting anything at all. I should have just given the suit to someone. If you are tall and curvy this brand will probably work well for you. If you were petite sizes. Look some place else. Or maybe you have lots of money and can afford to order a dozen to try on for fit.

The customer service was friendly, but the shipping cost when things need to be returned is too high for me to risk the cost if I order anything else that doesn't fit.

Bathing Suit experiences are typically not so much fun for a curvy girl. But with Meet. Curve, it was perfect! First order, first suit, perfect fit! I wear size 16-18 and ordered the 2X. I will be a repeat customer.

I was upset to open my package and find only tops. No bottoms. I went back to the listing and all the photos show a full bikini. Yes it says "top" in the title but the photos were very deceiving and made it unclear what you were getting.

Used Meetcurve size guide but neither swimsuit fitted.
Tried to return but it is to USA and could not get the address- in the end agreed a £55 refund for £70 order. I do have two suits but neither fit.

Did not get a return address and eventually had to agree to a part refund.

Paid extra for express shipping. Left for vacation before order arrived. Contacted customer service, was told they didnt have control over what happens with the shipper. Then dont offer express shipping.

I ordered 2 sizes of a bathing suit because I wasn't sure what size would fit and the return policy stated that items could be returned within 15 days. I still have not been able to return the suit that does fit because Meet Curve will not disclose the return address. They keep offering random sums of money for me to keep the bathing suit that doesn't fit. No where in their return policy does it say that returned items won't be refunded for the full amount once returned. The return policy is a scam and I reported this company to the Better Business Bureau. I also disputed the charge with my bank as fraudulent.

When you contact this company you have to send an email to *******@meetcurve.com. Then, they send back stock messages that are clearly auto generated and do not address the concern. You cannot reply to the robo-email. I have reached out on Facebook and Instagram as well and gotten no meaningful resolution.

I ordered the black swim shirts which by the photo on Facebook they are black but all black. The ones I received have a white stripe down the side. These will look strange with my swimmers and out of place. They were described as swim shorts but they honestly won't go with my swimmers.

I was unable to obtain an address to return the items I didn't want. In the end I accepted the offer of a partial refund as I was worried about losing all my money so I am about £75 out of pocket & have several swimsuits which don't fit me.

Do not order products and pay extra for the expedited shipping and expect to receive them within the time frame stated. These products are coming from China and take longer to ship. My order still took 14 days to arrive after I paid $25 extra for shipping, and then they will not refund you the expedited shipping cost. Also, the products did not fit as expected—they run small.

The customer service reps were friendly and professional.

I was sorry the suits did not work but to have to email - wait on a response - then answer questions and then finally get another email - 4 days total for all this -to get a return address is awful. Package should come with a simple return form. I should not have to print off something, reply to two emails and then a third email with a tracking number. In this day and age of easy on line shopping and shipping this is way to much trouble and not worth it.

It's nearly impossible to return items that do not fit. You can't contact a human, and their email communication is sporadic and lousy. They offered for me to keep the items and give me a "refund" of $35 plus $5 of my next order. Why would I want to do that for items that don't fit? I wish I had read some of the reviews warning me of this beforehand.

The return process is nonexistent and communication with anyone at the company is challenging at best. I'm still waiting to receive the information for where to send my items for return. They should be up-front with their difficult return process. I wish I had read the other reviews first (which all talk about this same complaint) before I ordered.

Items were as described, but making a return was literally impossible. They refused to provide a return address. I was then offered less than half of what I paid as a partial refund to keep the items I didn't want. I would NEVER order from here again and plan to tell anyone I can to stay away.

Awful. Days in between responses and an outright refusal to let me return items. This is a SCAM

I ordered a couple swimsuits from meetcurve. I absolutely loved one of them! The other one didn't fit great so I'm trying to return it. I understand that I will need to pay the shipping costs to return it and that is fine with me. I've been emailing back and forth with customer service for almost 2 weeks now in an attempt to get return instructions/address. They have offered twice to allow me to keep the suit I don't want for a $15 refund and a $5 coupon even though the suit cost over $50 and is completely useless to me and the difference is nowhere near what I would spend on shipping. I am starting to strongly suspect that they are dragging it out so that I will miss the time window they put in place for returns. Very frustrating!

I followed the instructions on the website by contacting customer service for a return. It was a couple days before I got a response and when I did, I was offered a partial refund and a discount to keep the items. I declined the offer and asked for the address to send the return items. The email I got in return once again offered a partial refund and only gave me a partial address to return the items. Returns to my emails have not come quickly - some have been 2 days or more. It's been a week since my first contact, and I am still waiting on the address to send my returns and any further instructions. I am strongly starting to suspect that the process is being dragged out in hopes that I will give up or miss my return window.

The swim suits I ordered did not work for me but as soon as I notified the company, they got back to me on how to make my return. The only thing I would change was if they had free return shipping. I would have liked to place another order but ran out of time before vacation.

The sizing chart is very accurate. The fit is amazing. If you are like me and have been looking for years for a comfortable bathing suit that keeps everything in place and covered, then you have come to the right place! I ordered 2 right aways and am keeping both!
