When you attempt to return items they barter back and forth for days in an effort to get you to keep items. I finally agreed to keep the items and take a partial refund as I was beginning to just get annoyed with the process. Then they charged my credit card instead of refunding. It's been a huge hassle and I still don't have my money back.

Delayed responses and terrible experience with delivery and refund

I had ordered 5 different swimsuits. The material was fine, but 3 of which I ordered didn't really fit well. Since the return would have to go through the external warehouse in New York, I was offered to keep all the goods and also a partial refund of the payment made. I accepted it. The payment was made.

I would like to return the products as they are the wrong fit. They are in perfect condition, with tags and original packaging. I was informed that the returns address is in the USA which would mean expensive postage. This is not acceptable if the company delivers in the UK. The alternative refund or discount offered was entirely unacceptable.

I have been trying to return an item, but they keep trying to give me less than half of what I paid for it to keep it. I can't use the item, and all I need from them is a return address. They ask for photos, I sent photos. They keep sending the same email over and over again. This company is obviously international and have no idea how to deal with people. I am getting extremely frustrated and angry!

There is no customer service

Two bathing suits were perfect but one was not stitched properly in the front. Still waiting on a decision on what to do with it as options were mail back at my cost, (not ideal as it will cost near the amount paid to send back) or keep it and get a partial refund and discount on a new one….

Don't order from this company. They will string you along if you need to return anything. I bought $188 worth of suits that don't fit and they wont give me the return address to send them back. They keep offering $65 to keep the items. You have to pay to return them, which is fine with me. I just want my money back. Buyers bewared!

Easy to navigate and the Returns was easy and staff helpful

Looking for a swimsuit that was not too big in bust and fit like I wanted it to. And it did. All of them were true to size. Bought 4 suits. 2 for daughter and 2 for me. I was going to send 2 back but they both fit so good I decided to keep them both. Now I won't have to wear a wet suit the next day.

Paid extra for fast delivery, was not fast and shouldn't have paid this extra fee. Clothes I ordered and received are all terrible. I thought I was buying from a product made in USA. All these products come from China and very cheap quality. Just order from SHEIN same thing for 5 x's the price. Overall a huge disappointment. Will never shop here again.

Extra money for shipping was a waste of money

Easy checkout, swim suits were so cute but were just too small. Return and exchange process should be changed. I wanted an exchange but they wanted me to pay for shipping back to them and pay for the shipping to get my new one. Essentially I'm paying way more then what I initially paid for the ones I bought first. I just returned the items.

I wasn't aware that this company was based out of England. They gave me a tracking number. However I wasn't ever able to track it to see where it was. Shipping did take about 2 weeks. But this would be expected coming all the way from England. I love the suits however the print style and quality are great!

Super cute suit great quality looks just as advertised. Shipping is a joke if you pay for the express the way the world is you still will not get it like you want. Take your chances but in my opinion I paid almost as much in shipping as the suit and it came a week and a day later then expected.

Ordering was easy, shipping time was a bit long but I did receive it. I am a size 12 (Canadian) and the XL fit accurately. The one style (navy stripped one piece) is a bit short for my torso and not consistent with the other XL's that I bought (wish I sized up one more for this one). Otherwise, love the style options.

I purchased three bathing suits: two one piece and one bikini top.
When I received the package, two out of the three bathing suits fit my body quite well. However, the bathing suit top was extremely large, way too large, and I have very big breasts. Since all of these bathing suits with the same size, I'm very surprised after measuring myself, and comparing it to V listed size, that these were so different, otherwise my experience purchasing the 2 pieces was amazing and I'm really looking forward to wearing them. Maybe it's just me, but the effort it would take to return the top is more than I want to deal with so I am just keeping it.

I followed the policy regarding returns and refunds. It was a joke. After 5 or so messages from me I was given the run around. They would not give me the information as to how to return the items or the address to return the items. They kept offering credits or telling me to keep the item without a refund. In the end they said the items needed to be returned to the USA at my expense postage wise which I accepted with still no advice of return address. Then they offered partial refund... I gave up and just accepted the partial refund.
So it seems returns are a very slim option. I won't use this company again.

Out of 4 pieces ordered I am only keeping one of them. The sizing is off on the others. Shipping was an issue, I ordered on 5-9 for a trip and didn't get the items until 5-24, the night before I left. I was stressed about not having a suit so I went out and bought another at a local store.

I ordered 2 swimming costumes from Meet Curve and after I ordered I read some really worrying reviews on Trustpilot.
Thankfully, the sizing & quality of my costumes were perfect and I'm really happy with them. It took about a week for my order to arrive but fortunately I placed my order over a month before my holiday.

The swimsuits are nice,the idea of sleeves a really good one.
But the sizes are in no way shape or form correct.
I ordered 5 pieces all in the same size,but they are varying so much that my daughter is now wearing one piece while another one slides of the shoulders.But I really like that they are colorful and vibrant and you don't have to hide the curves and can enjoy fun swimwear!

I ordered my item on 7/26, and it's not on 8/28. The package has not moved since 8/18. I have contacted their support multiple times and am just asked to wait longer, but I have been given no time frame. Each response is a copy-and-paste response, making it feel very fraud-like.

I reported the issue to the bank; they got the same copy-and-paste response. They agreed it appears to be a fraud issue as the company doesn't care to resolve it.

It's a canned response every time and the staff is not answering my questions. It's almost appears as if they are hoping I will just go away and drop this issue, if they copy and paste the same text. But we are getting extremely close to the 30 day mark to submit an issue with the transaction via Paypal, so that won't be happening

I want to see a model that looks like me in all the outfits. So above the weight of 225 and at a height of 5.7. Especially if you are going to have such a crappy return policy and have to negotiate with me on returning items.

After reading some reviews on trust pilot after I'd already purchased I was really worried but my order turned up and the quality was great! The items I got were lovely. I ordered a swimsuit and a two piece! I'm a UK size 16 and ordered an XL and both were a perfect fit! I'm 6ft tall and found just enough length in the swim suit which is amazing! Will definitely order again!

I liked several of the items I ordered but needed to return a few as well. Followed the instructions on asking for a return. E-mailed 3 different times. Never got a response. Only have 15 days to return so deadline conveniently met. I'm stuck paying for several items that I can't wear.

No one ever responded to me.
