I ordered 8 suits because I'm going to Mexico for a week and I've been shopping for suits everywhere. According to the size chart I'm a Large, but several of the suits I tried were too big. A few fit great and I ended up keeping 2 of them. The shipping to me was free but took a couple of weeks. The return process was a little cumbersome and I paid about $12.50 for return shipping with tracking info. But once they received my return I was refunded quickly. Not the easiest online shopping experience, but not bad. I do really love the 2 suits I bought!

I requested a return, the process was a little cumbersome and I had to describe why I wanted to return each of 6 items. But they were helpful and processed my return easily from there.

Product is good quality but buying a swimsuit on line is always not a sure thing. MeetCurves returning couldn't be any harder. Have to get authorization, they don't pay for return. Then they don't send you a label after about 5 emails back and forth they offer like $10 or $20 to just keep it. Never did get an address to return even.

I need to return the items. What should have been a simple process of getting return address and instructions was most frustrating. I had to ask for the return address 4 times before it was given to me. The support person tried to get me to keep the items and they would only refund a portion of what I paid. I will never shop here again.

I received my order ok but after deciding they were unsuitable I wanted to return them and get a refund.
However it is still ongoing as I cannot seem to get a address so that I can return the items back to the supplier.

I ordered 2 swim dresses. One fit great and like the picture. The other dress was much tighter than depicted, which was disappointing as it did NOT look like the pictures. Shipping was very slow and the customer service response was less than desirable.

Not extremely helpful - I was just told to wait more.

Ordered board shorts that have Velcro closure and it came with two of the soft sides of the Velcro instead of one sticky side and one soft side so they won't close. Everything is also a little big even though we very carefully took our measurements and ordered a little smaller (being bathing suits, we tried to factor in the stretch)

I loved my suits that I received however I wanted to exchange it for a different size but it took them two weeks to respond to my request! It states on their website that you cannot exchange after 15 days of receiving your products!

I was super excited to find cute plus size swimwear with underwire that's affordable. Dream come true! I paid $25 EXTRA for expedited shipping to get it in time for vacation. Nothing indicated that it was coming from China and "expedited" would mean 8 days. So that didn't work out at all. When I recieved it the colors were a little off but still cute but the cups were extremely shallow. Like the suits are designed for girls with gigantic torsos and flat chests. That won't work at all. So I basically paid double for a swimsuit I didn't get in tome and doesn't fit. Quality wad good, however.

This was my first time ordering from Meetcurve, and I couldn't be happier with my purchases. Sizing was perfect (I'm 5 feet, 145 lbs.) - I ordered the Medium. Fabric is soft and not see through. I'm so excited to take these suits on vacation.

When my suits arrived I was very happy to see that they were a quality made swimsuit. There was nothing flimsy about them. And I appreciate that. The one thing I was a bit surprised it is the coloration from the photography and the actual product seem to be a bit different. The colors are brighter than I was expecting. It's not a bad thing but I was looking more for a mood and tone on my suits and they came a lot brighter but maybe once sworn in in the sun the color of fade a little bit and maybe I'll enjoy the coloration better than.

Placed order on the 6/1/23. Received email stating one of the items were now sold out. Ordered another article of swimwear similar to original order. All good, waited and then waited. Received item 18 days later. The item that was replaced was perfect. It was the tankini that was a disappointment (far too short in the body) my mistake entirely.

It's been really hard to get ahold of the customer support team. The return policy says it needs to be sent within 15 days of the delivery date and I'm concerned that the delay in their responsiveness will cause this order to be ineligible.

The customer service responded are extremely slow and it’s incredibly frustrating. I am concerned the delay will result in me having to keep the order, which I will fight with my bank if so as I have record of trying to contact regarding returns. This was also the case when my order was showing multiple times and I needed confirmation that I didn’t order 3 times.

Easy to search and purchase. Horrible experience trying to return my order. Took almost two weeks for customer service via emails back and forth to give me the address to return two of the suits. I finally resorted to contacting my bank to make a claim and then I received another email finally with the address. I shipped both suits back on 5/26 via ups.

Swimsuits are just ok. Additionally, I've received a bill from FedEx for duty for $23. I paid shipping when I ordered so I am not impressed with this surprise additional cost. I have NEVER had this with any other site or company I have ordered with. You should be up front with your billing going forward. I will not be ordering with you again

I purchased the leopard one piece and it was so cute, but when I put it on the torso of the suit was not long enough at all and it was pulling my boobs down with the suit. I also purchased two swim tops; a pink floral and a blue geometric. They had zero support for boobs. These swimsuits were not flattering at all.

I've been trying to return a swimsuit that doesn't fit for over a week. Every time they give me a return address they only give part of it so I can't actually return the suit. I'm close to putting in a chargeback with my credit card company

My order arrived quickly, but when I found that the suits didn't fit they way I like them it was a bummer. My issues began with trying to return them. I understand having a small window, but I never received the address they needed for a return and there emails just kept asking why I wanted to return. Which I stated in every response. I still have t been able to return the items and suspect I'm just out of my money. I wouldn't buy from them again due to the return policy and lack of communication from them.

Lots of cute choices! They all fit my curves in all the right places. I felt beautiful, not frumpy! I had gained weight during Covid and needed to update the suits I had. Chose multiples just hoping ONE would be comfortable- they all were!

I ordered 3 items totaling over $79 and none of it was received. No one will email me back or has been in contact with me about a refund or replacement. I have no items to review only loss of time, energy and money.

I was never contacted back. No one has been in touch.

I was a bit worried reading the reviews following an order I had placed with this website, but thankfully I received the swimsuit it was as described and the same as the image on the website. It was a little short in the body for me but I'm hoping that with a little wear it will give as I swim regularly and that is what usually happens with swimsuit fabric anyway. I had tracking from the company to follow, it did take a while for delivery but no complaints with the actual purchase, good value for money. I can't comment on getting a refund as I kept the product, but as long as I felt sure the product was going to be right for me I would order again.

Ordered as per my measurements even though that's not the size I normally wear. Everything was HUGE. I asked to start a return and was told they'd offer me $66 (on a $300 order) and keep the product. I said no, I want to return everything for a refund. I was then offered $120 refund and keep the product. Again, no, why would I want to keep product that doesn't fit. Finally after asking 4 times they gave me the return address. It should not be that hard to return product.

I dont want to have 4 email exchanges asking to return stuff before I fi ally get the return address. It doesn't need to be this hard. I want a refund, give me a refund.

I received my suit in decent time and it was beautiful when I opened it. However it is insanely short in the torso. I did measure and I did size up to be safe but it's still unwearable. Waste of money unfortunately- I'd have loved this one!

The swimsuits I ordered are lovely, but not all of them fit as desired. I chose to return a few items and your return policy and prosecutes are overly cumbersome. In this day and age, returns should be easy…I have many online options and may not return to Meetcurve based on this experience alone.

True to the stated policy, but the policy is unnecessarily cumbersome.
