The swimsuits I ordered are lovely, but not all of them fit as desired. I chose to return a few items and your return policy and prosecutes are overly cumbersome. In this day and age, returns should be easy…I have many online options and may not return to Meetcurve based on this experience alone.

True to the stated policy, but the policy is unnecessarily cumbersome.

I was told that I would receive a refund for one of my swimsuits. It doesn't fit at all well. We agreed on a refund of €20 and I would not post the item back. I still haven't received the refund. I'm not happy about this.

Sizes run a bit small, out of 3 swimsuits only 1 fit correctly. 1 size up would have possibly fit. The one that did fit is nice though. When I tried to return the 2 that did not fit I was told I have to pay return shipping and that it would be too expensive so they said they would give me $11 refund and a $5 credit to use on another order. Refund for the 2 swimsuits would have been close to $40 but they didn't want me to return them. You can only contact them by email and it takes approximately 2 days for them to get back to you with each email.

2 out of 3 items did not fit. I wanted to return but was told return shipping would be too expensive for me. I was told I would receive an $11 refund and $5 credit. So now I’m stuck with 2 items I absolutely can’t wear and a much lower refund

I ordered a suit a month ago and loved it but when I got it it was a size to small. I contacted company immediately and asked how I went about an exchange and never heard back. I again just reached out in hopes I can exchange it but we'll see if they even get back to me..

A nightmare they happy for you to keep the item and give a refund but not the whole amount. Postage back is overpriced so I have the shorts in the wrong size and style and get half the price back. Still awaiting the refund

Was on holiday when items arrived so my sister was trying to return. I'm still trying to sort this out. It says do not return to address it was sent from. Emails after emails and no reply. Really frustrating. No phone number to correspond with. Disgusting

I ordered 2 swimsuits they ran way to small and didn't fit. I even ordered a larger size. They looked awful. I sent an email like the instructions stated to get a refund and mail items back. They are giving me the run around and will not give me the address of were to send my items back to. Now they only want to refund me 21.00 out of my 70.00 purchase! I should have known better that this was a scam! Now I am out of my merchandise and money! So disappointed!

Easy, clear, quick shopping experience. Quality of the products was very good. The only issue I had, and it was my oversight, was that I bought a bathing suit top thinking it was the whole two piece suit. It did say in the description, thought, that it was just the top. I will shop from now on for my suits with this company.

I found some nice suits online, but while they fit, they didn't flatter me. So i'm returning 4 of the 5 items i purchased. Return hasn't been straight forward yet as I requested to return, but they start by asking if you would like a partial refund first, and it's been a bit of back and forth. I would like if they would send me the return receipt from the start and could include offers to provide a partial refund along with it. I have 15 days to return my items from when they are delivered and i'm worried i will not get the return receipt in a timely fashion as i asked for it a number of days ago.
Other than that, the quality seems reasonable and the fit is appropriate. It just doesn't appear flattering for me. I am 5'5" and 160lbs and Caucasian.

i'm still waiting for the refund forms so i can send my items back. 15 days from delivery date does not seem adequate. I am scared you will not get me my return receipt in time.

The products I purchased were good quality but didn't fit and I can't return them. I've struggled to contact this company to organise a return. Have sent emails requesting help to return and have yet to receive a reply. Therefore I won't be purchasing again unfortunately.

I followed the size guide, ordered what was recommended. Waited 4 weeks to receive. Tried it on and was so smashed I couldn't breathe. Lots of side cleavage and the bottoms were extremely thin in the back.

Was looking for something to cover my back and upper arms over my swimsuit and this top I found was perfect as there are no one piece swimsuits online that I could find that would do that. My swimsuit is a one piece and most one piece suits have a lot of exposure on the top part of them. It is perfect. True to size. There were breast pads inserted that are removable. I didn't need those so I removed them. I love it!

I bought seven items, some one pieces, some single items, etc. I absolutely love some and others are not a fit. I tried to return and it's like the scam began. I was offered $20 to keep the items. I provided a tracking number for the return items and have followed all instructions. I look forward to my credit.

See above statements. Why are returns made so difficult? It's part of online shopping, unfortunately.

It's the first time I order something from this website. The order arrived withing the expected date. The swimsuit is great quality and looks AMAZING! It's just so flattering! I'm completely in love! Can't wait for summer!

I have requested a return/refund as the product does not fit. I am still waiting for a confirmation email of a return address. I do not want to exchange or keep the items for a lesser amount refund. This is unacceptable.

I ordered a one piece bathing suit, bathing suit top, and a cover up. The only thing that fit remotely right was the cover up so I decided to return the one piece and the top.
I reached out to customer service and when I finally got a response, they offered me a $5 credit and $16 back on my card…for a $93 order. It took over a month of back and forth (with days in between with no response from them) to get $31 credit to just keep the items that didn't fit. Absolutely ridiculous concept if you ask me.

Took weeks to sort out issue. Wouldn’t allow me to return items for full refund. Offered ridiculous credit/repayment of 8% of what I paid.

The bathing suits I received seen to have strange proportions for plus sizes. One of The bathing suits is not long enough for my torso (I have an average torso length), one of the suits the breast cups are way too lots leading to unnecessary cleavage and the third suit is far too tight and similar to the previous torso issue. I wish there was better, more consistent sizing of these suits.

I loved the website, and the size models used really was helpful. The styles are modern but still flattering to a curve body. I was a little nervous, buying online and the tracking of the item was time delayed which I was nervous about. But customer service was quick to help and my items arrived within the time-frame given.

They responded within 24 hrs. they reassured me my items were on the way.

Would like to see a tops only category divided by design cut with related course and patterns when clicking on a style for quicker viewing and decision making. Took a really log time to identify tankini tops.

The 2 swimsuits I ordered fit great but the swimsuit cover did not fit well and the sleeves were very tight. The cover up was also made of a really cheap feeling material which was quite the contrast from the suits.

Took several weeks to arrive because they come from abroad. The suits were the same size and fit dramatically differently. I have been trying to return a bathing suit for several weeks. It takes them several days to reply. First they made me send pictures of the "crotch stickers" (who calls it that?!)E************** and they have offered me a gift card in exchange, a "discount" where they only give a partial refund, and other scams. It is illegal not to give a full refund. Not located in the US and a total scam.

On a chance, I bought 3 bathing suits for my vacation. I love them all. As a 41 y/o mom of 3, I worried about the cut on the bottoms, but they have nice coverage. The V-cut ones are lower than I usually got for (& my MIL let me know!) but I love them all!

I've been asking for a return address to return my order because it does not fit and they will not give me a mailing address. I'm being told it's I the US but it will cost me too much to send it back so they want me to keep the items an only give me $19 back for at $50 order. Even though I'm totally fine with paying to send it back and I do not want the items because they do not fit

I am not being given a return address to send back my order even though I am well within the 15 days to return. They keep trying to give me half of a refund and me keep the items I don’t want the items I want my money back.
