I ordered 3 items, and they were all too small. I reviewed the sizing on the website and ordered the appropriate sizes based on my measurements. It was very disappointing because I really liked the style of all the items quite a bit. Anyway, when I reached out to return the items; I got a very bad feeling. It seems very scetchy that you do not have a standard return process. Getting offered a partial refund to keep items and having to ask for the return address 3 times makes me very concerned about the validity of this company. I will not be ordering again.

The suits were too short and didn't fit properly. I contacted support several times and I still can't get the full address to return the suits. They will only give the city, state and area code. Very frustrating!

They will not give me the full return address, so I can send my suits back for a refund.

The order arrived. 1 item was damaged. Others were fine. The fit was true to size. I tried to return and meetcurve would rather I kept items in exchange for part refund. It looked like the return process was complicated so accepted. Still waiting for money to be put in my account.

I am very disappointed. The order took way more than promised. It was a gift; on top of it, the bottom of the bikini was missing. How can one trust a company like that in the future and order again?

It takes forever to get a respond

It did take a very long time for them to arrive, but I knew that when I purchased them I didn't want to pay extra for shipping.
The suits were cute looking, but didn't fit right, so I am returning 2 of them.

I purchased a swim dress. I have purchased before from you and was very satisfied. This time I feel I was tricked I ordered a swim dress And I didn't see the tiny print that said two pieces. I assumed they were one piece as the pictures look like they are. I am not satisfied with my purchase but returning seems too difficult.

I was satisfied with the swimsuits but I wish they had communicated that it was coming from China because it meant that the delivery time shown on the site was wrong. I paid extra for fast shipping and it took quite a while.

I have been unable to get a return address for my item and have sent numerous emails. A refund has not been offered and I will not be using this website again. Their customer service is shocking and the worst I have experienced.

I read the reviews before ordering. I will say that the quality of the items are great! I have no regrets placing this order! I ordered 4 items and loved all four! This never happens! I will be a returning customer for sure!

Returns are not possible. They make it extremely hard to return any item and while they offer you partial refunds to keep the items, this is not sufficient. It is not made clear enough on the website before purchase of the returns barrier.

Emails were drafted as if written by an auto-bot and not a human. Language was terrible and was not professional grammar.

The products came on time and fit my size well. The only issue I have are the cups. They are more pointed and don't create a nice shape to the breast. If the cups looked better I would have given it 5 stars.

Good selection and good products. I have not worn a swimsuit in 15 years. I bought 4 suits and I like them all. The only issue was I paid for expedited shipping (24.99) and the products took 10-12 days to get to me.

The suits are cute, no mistake. If you're reading this, size up. Size up more than you normally size up. I usually wear a medium or large, so I ordered XLs, and both and tight. And their return policy is not super friendly so it wasn't even worth the risk for me. I'll see if someone else can use them.

Ordered 3 dresses which didn't fit and the fabric was of poor quality so I tried to return my order. Company offered a partial return of $55 on a $184 order. I refused their offer and they kept increasing their partial offer amount. Others have said that once they agreed to a partial return amount they never received their refund. I ended up lodging a request to PayPal for a refund.

The site was fairly easy to navigate, although I would prefer more search filters, and I loved the models. The bathing suits arrived in a reasonable time frame, well within what I had expected. Of the 3 bathing suits, only one was a little tight at the leg elastic, and only one was a little big in the cup size, but that one has adjustable straps so it's not a horrible fit. The colours match the site, and the quality seems fantastic. I'm looking forward to wearing them to the beach and the pool!

Ordered three items. Received one. Trying to return and cancel my order. They are delaying in processing my return and the cancellation of the items not received.

I received my items and not fit correctly. I made sure to know my measurements before purchasing the piece I did. I also have reach out 2 times since receiving my items to do a return and customer service has not helped at all. I want a refund and customer service is not responding to my emails.

I contacted customer service via email to get information on how to do a refund and a return of the products. I then received an email stating that there was a ticket created for the return but nothing else. I have no address to return to I have nothing to print out to put in the package to return it. It has been a couple of days since I received my package and I know I have limited time to be able to do return. I just want a return and refund ASAP.

I purchased 2 suits and used the size chart to find my size. The boob sections on both suits were misshapen. One side of each suit was larger than the other and rippled. In one suit the cups were in the belly portion of the suit. On the plus side, the suits had good butt coverage. I've got a big booty that typically eats anything I try to wear. I didn't have that issue with either suit.

The return process has been very difficult which is not great for an online shopping company. Still waiting for my partial refund. Emailing back and forth trying to return my items has been very frustrating

Difficult getting responses in a timely manner

Suits fit perfectly and are well made. The sarong front is very flattering and hide my "problem" areas well. Not to mention the prices are outstanding! Very happy! Look forward to feeling confident on vacation!

Received my order and did not get one item I had ordered. I had requested a credit for item not received and keep getting email requesting item to be scanned for credit can't scan if I did not get it. Still waiting for credit plus had three other items in my bag I didn't even order. Still waiting won't be ordering anything again from them

I ordered a swim top and bottom that didn't fit. I've reached out a couple of times to get details on how to return them - I've received an offer to keep the products and get a gift card, etcetera, but still have no information on how to return them.

I still have no information on how to return my items. They do not fit and I do not want to keep them.
