Fast delivery, got exactly what I ordered. I'd read lots of unhappy customers so was worried to order. I sized one up also due to other comments and bathers all fit perfect. For what a paid I'm happy with what I received.
The colors were extremely accurate to what was on the website was disappointed by the quality of bra pads, especially for plus size girls. I would have thought that the pads would have covered all of the chest area but they were too small and sewn in so you can't even remove them. The return process is also very challenging.
The site doesn't have filters for products, so it's hard to find what you want quickly. I was also nervous to purchase because the return policy is so terrible. You only get 15 days to return and have to talk to a customer service agent to get approval. They try to talk you into taking store credit before providing a return address to ship to.
I needed a white top and I found one on the site but when it arrived it was actually a yellowish cream color, not white at all.

I never received the product. The only thing I hear from the company is we sent it and will look into it. I was sent a tracking number. When I follow the tracking number. It says that it was delivered but nothing was ever delivered to my home. Now nobody is following up with me at all. I just keep getting ticket numbers.
Again, all I get is we’ve made a ticket number then here’s your tracking number and it was already delivered. Again, it was never delivered and when I write that I just get another ticket number.
It took way too long for my order to arrive and it finally moved only after I filed a dispute with my credit card. Until then my emails to the company went unanswered and they answered within a few hours of the filing of the dispute. After over a week of no movement on the tracking information, my order was delivered two days after I filed the dispute. I am very happy with the swimsuits I ordered.

I ordered a bunch of different suits to try on decide which ones I liked the best. There is a 14 day return policy, which I had met, but it took 4 emails to get the return address from the company. They kept offering me lower refunds so that I wouldn't have to ship them back. Eventually they sent me the return address.
It was just a hassle and multiple emails with the company offering smaller refunds for me to keep the whole order and not return them.
They have really cute suits in styles that I like.
The styles and designs were cute. The prices were right.
Bought in the UK, but to return to the USA - at my expense. Nearly two months later, I still have no refund...

Both bathing suits were lined and true to sizing.
I wear 38I and found the support was fairly good. I just had to tack the navy striped top as it was a low plunging. The halter top did pull on my neck though from my "girls".

Website is fine, prices are fine, delivery time is fine. Good luck returning anything that doesn't fit! The company does not reply for days to weeks and even then it is an unprofessional and unhelpful reply. There is no true solution or refunds here. Do not buy from this website, it's not worth it.
First time ordering/ was not provided or advise on ordering if I need to return item I had to pay. I was told when requested instructions on how to return items that did not fit true to size ordered. I still have not received partial refund. I have two items that cannot wear and lost over $50 Us. Will never order again and never refer.

Ordered 4 swimsuits to try on. Website says returns are made at customers expense, no problem. Tried to return 2 of the swimsuits to be told they won't accept it as I'm from the UK and their warehouse is in New York, USA. Offered me to keep all 4 swimsuits and they'd refund£15 (of £55 owed). Costed up returning to them (as it states on their website is their policy) and even after shipping I'd have received £25-30 of my refund - they very grudgingly agreed to refund £25 and I keep the products. Had it said that all refunds had to go to the USA, I wouldn't have ordered from them in the first place - great products but proceed with caution if you're UK based

I ordered super cute tankinis and 1 piece totaling over $100! I got confirmation of my oder...even a tracking number but that's where this gets really confusing: my tracking number was given to our local processing service for USPS but the package never arrived? Tried to contact support and here's what I got: "your ticket has been created". Was there follow up on my ticket? NO. Was there a service rep who reached out? NO. Was there a phone number to call? NO.
THIS PLACE IS A FRAUD. Do not purchase anything from here.

Not only did I feel much more confident buying this suit due to the plus size models more accurately representing what the suit would actually look like on me, this suit is incredible! Great quality, sexy yet still classy, accentuates my curves without making me feel too exposed, super comfortable. I am in love with this swimsuit and I cannot wait to debut it on my honeymoon! I'm 5'1" and 160lbs, I wear a 38C bra size and ordered a large. I have never felt comfortable and confident in a swimsuit until now.
I saw it on tiktok and loved the way it looked on the paid sponsors.

Even though they give you the supposed measurements they aren't correct. I measured my whole body and I know what size I normally wear. I even went up a size still way too small. Not correct sizing at all. So now I'm stuck with three tops I can't wear and they make you think you are getting the whole swimsuit in fact you only get the top.

This is my first experience ordering bathing suits online and I was a little nervous. I have to say i am very pleased with how truthful to the pictures the items were and overall fit on me. I ordered 3 bathing suits in tge sane size and obly one of them doesn't fit and only because my breast doesn't fill it properly. For the price I paid, I'm not even going to bother returning it, will gift it to a friend as it's still a very beautiful bathing suit.

Response is so slow and nobody is helpful when you want to return items. Nobody responds to eauls despite following returns policy. Company tried to fob me off with cash inventive(£15 to judt keep items when paid £54 for items) to not return product.the returns policy is a nightmare.

Be prepared to fight for a refund. They offer you discounts/ partial refunds and make returning an item for a refund very difficult until you don't bother. If the swimsuits fit you, then you will be happy with the process and quality.

The items I ordered were a little disappointing. The sizes are different. One was tight while the other was big. The swim dress does not have bottoms which was not in the description so I automatically took it as a complete set.
I saw the beautiful swimsuits on Facebook and drew me to the site.
I recieved my order quick but needed to return a few things. It got a bit tricky to get an answer back but I did after writing a few times. They were helpful and offer different solutions. This is recent and I was told I would get some $ back so hopefully it all works as olanned! I respect that they are trying ro improve their customer service. Thanks

Customer service has been outstanding in the process of exchanging my bathing suit which was too big. Please know that they charge you for shipping the bathing suit back to them and for shipping the new one to you. So the $35 bathing suit ends up costing about $50.

So far so good. Let's see how accurate the size chart is and how fast I'll get the bathing suit. If it fits well, I'll be so happy. It just looks so beautiful on the picture. / It was too big at the bottom so I'm exchanging it for a smaller size.

The products are excellent - but I am still trying to return one item which is the wrong size, and am having no luck with this! Communication is not consistent and this is making it almost impossible for me to return an item.

The cups are too thin and move around. There's no support. I also wish the straps were adjustable.
The side tie is just for looks and it looks odd as it doesn't wrap all the way around. I prefer an true wrap.

The swimsuits were decent quality however the sizing was not accurate. In an effort to exchange them I was offered a $10 coupon toward a new order (which didn't even cover my shipping) if I would just keep the swimsuits that did not fit. The return address was like a secret. I chose to not take the coupon, not exchange them but to just return them. I won't order again.
I ordered 4 bathing suits, and I am keeping 3 or the 4. The 4th one was a one piece and it did not fit me very well. I have followed the instructions on their website to initiate the return. The should send instructions on how to return the item, however I keep getting an email that states a ticket has been opened. There is nothing else in the email, no return instructions. I have now asked customer service 4 times for the instructions. Each time I get the same email about an open ticket.
