I had to process a return and order a smaller size. I don't love the return method, but it is what it is because I really wanted the swimsuit. Once I received the second one, it fit perfectly, however, the stitching was coming out and I'll have to try and sew it myself. Sadly, it is a tricky fabric. Hopefully it works.

I have a serious issue with the way my exchange request was handled. I told them the swimming suits didn't fit me and I would like to try another size, I was offered a coupon to keep the swimming suits instead. Why the heck would I want to keep something that doesn't fit me because I am too tall?! This response caused me to return the suits instead. I also tried to order last year and you were out of everything I wanted, so I ended up cancelling that order too.

I was offered a coupon to keep suits that didn't fit my tall torso. That does me a whole lot of good. I had to kind of throw a fit to get the address to send back my return before the deadline. Seems sketchy as hell. I will not order again because of the exchange process.

Shipping was quick the quality was outstanding, however one suit fit very small and one fit perfect. Will be trying to exchange one that didn't fit for larger size as they both were very very nice suits.

So many cute styles and patterns it was hard to choose. The top didn't fit quite as well as I was hoping. I followed the size guide and chose to size down as the recommended size seemed way too big. I'm glad I sized down but I think I could've sized down an additional size as there around is still a little too big making the suit less supportive.

My daughter is nearly 12 and well, I am sure people can relate to feeling nervous at that age about EVERYTHING. The one piece pink suit with strawberries is perfect for her. She likes the thicker straps, she is a bit developed for her age. Most of all she loves the little skirt look in the front of the suit and the regular bathing suit on her backside. The gathering on the sides is flattering too.

I ordered 2 two piece suits and one top and I LOVED all 3 pieces! I have never ordered multiple items and kept everything I ordered. My items look amazing and the quality is Great for such a reasonable price. I totally recommend ordering from this company

I ordered a bathing suit and it was the right size but did not fit well at all. I had to return it and was not happy that I had to pay 12$ for shipping. I would not order from them again just for the fact that I do not get refunded for my shipping when I return something.

Even though I used the size guide provided the cups on the bikini were much too small for me. I asked to return the items, and was told that I would have to pay for shipping costs to the US myself. As I live in Europe this would too expensive to be worth it. I have kept the items but can't wear them, and will not order from meetcurve again.

If the items you purchased don't work out they will NOT give a return address! They will beg you to keep the items and also try to give you a code for your next purchase or offer you about 30% of your money back. After about 9 emails of never getting a return address I got $85 of an $128 order and a huge headache!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They only reply to you every couple days, at very weird times of night. But they never actually answer any of your questions or resolve any issues.

Buying was fine but I am getting the run around when trying to return items. I keep getting emails asking if I want a coupon and partial credit when I just want to return and get a full refund. This is terrible customer service!

It is awful!!! I just want the return authorization and they keep trying to give me a partial credit and a coupon.

I love the swim suits I ordered! Great fit and quality. The only complaint I have is about the website. I set up my account but every time I tried to log in it didn't refresh or go to the next page. It would go back to or stay on the log in page like I never put in my user name or password, even after several attempts. This made it difficult to get to my likes and orders.

I bought the same suit in 2 different sizes because I wasn't sure what size I needed. I want to return the smaller size so I emailed customer service. They have been responsive, however, I'm on my third email and they haven't given me the return address yet. They keep offering for me to keep the item in exchange for $10 credit and a $5 coupon. The suit doesn't fit me at all so I can't use it and $15 is less than half of what I paid for it. Hopefully in their next response they will give me the address and I can move on.

Unprofessional and there's no way to speak to anyone. Email or messaging only. When I did get a response, it was a generated email. Noting specific to my concerns. I have no idea where my shipment is it when I'll receive. I ordered in June and it is now august!

I usually buy from another site, but this swimsuit was more expensive there. I am so glad I was able to buy it through this site since it was half the cost, and it was great quality. The delivery did take some time, even with express shipping, so plan accordingly.

I thought that overall the experience of shopping at this website was really good. Even though one pf the two swimsuits I received was not as expected, I was able to come up with a solution with customer service that I was happy with.

Excellent options that were all in stock in my size. I have hips and boobs and finding a suit that really kept everything in, looked great, and felt comfortable has been impossible to find. I ordered 5 to try on and kept them all!

I really loved the suit that I ordered. I felt that it was well made, and it felt flattering. I measured the torso measurement (I'm 6'2") and thought it would be long enough. Unfortunately it was not. They were great with getting me instructions to return the item-- once I'm ready for a 2 piece again, I'll be purchasing again!

I like the items I purchased and I feel like I got a great deal. However, please tell me how in the year of our lord 2023 it should take 15 days to receive in stock items? It took 10 days from the time the shipper created the UPS label and the time it was scanned. Whoever your head of operations is, they should be fired.

I feel your sizing is not right. This is the second and last time I'm ordering with you as the first time one swimsuit didn't fit and the second item had a cheap zipper that broke first time wearing. Although the customer service I received last time was great I was unable to use my couch to get a discount on this last order. I'm usually a size 12-14 and went with a large however the cup size doesn't fit the large size swimsuit

I purchased 5 items from Meet Curve and after delivery 2 were not suitable as they did not suit me.
Meet Curve are now refusing to issue me a full refund for these 2 items and only offering me a partial refund. Unacceptable and very disappointing.

The swimwear is as expected - looks lovely; happy with the fit. The only thing I would improve is the soft cup in the bra part of the swimwear does not stay in place; it moves during washing so I have to wriggle it back into place

The suits arrived exactly in the timeframe given on their site. During the ordering of the suits I was unable to get the promo code to work. The suits are well made. I did want to return two of the suits (just didn't like how they looked on me) and found the return policy very difficult (and expensive) to navigate. Luckily the customer service people are both lovely and very helpful. Overall a good experience.

Took a risk not many stores carrying swim sutes in winter and was going south washed it and it came apart. Also bought one piece sutes, ended up being to short and they $#*!ed around took me nearly 2 weeks to get the return label.

Sucked made 2 orders the first I washed and it came apart in the wash and the second the one peice suites were to short and it took nearly 2 weeks to get a return label I told the lady 3 times I want to return she just kept offering half $#*! refunds and 5$ coupons. Not impressed with return process.

Considering the delivery came from overseas, it was a rather quick delivery time. The item was exactly as pictured and i like it very much. Still waiting on another item i ordered at the dame time but i don't know who the supplier is on the other one.
