I tried to return my items because the sizes were completely wrong, despite measuring myself before I placed the order. I understood that I would have to cover the cost of the return myself, however I was then told that the return address was in the USA. Being in the UK, it would end up costing almost as much to return, as the items themselves! Utterly shameful. Sort out your returns policy, so that people who purchase from the UK can return to the UK. Or, sort out your sizing so that people don't have to return their items at all!

Awful. A total scam.

I wanted to return 2 items because they do not fit even though I got the right size for my body. They wanted to offer me $10 to just keep the items instead of allowing me to return for full refund "to avoid shipping cost." Still trying to get my refund.

I did everything according to their return policy to return some of the product and it took a LOT of communication and threatening on my end to get the company to honor their own policy. Would not recommend.

Horrible communication as stated above

I placed my order in enough time to receive it for my float trip and even payed for express shipping and it still didn't show up on time. And the vagina part is cut up too high or is too narrow or something idk it shows too much skin down there and I don't like that. And the book part sits weird I got an xl but maybe I should've sized up? Other than that it's good material and a super cute swimsuit, just wasn't made right for my body type I guess.

I emailed them about my shipping issues but never heard anything back.

Adorable suits. Good quality. I wanted to return 2 of them bc they simply weren't flattering on me. Their return process says to contact them and they will give return information. It's been 5 days of back and forth and all I asked for is the return address and they are being incredibly difficult.

There was a shipping mess up but other than that I could not be more than happy with the two swimsuits that I ordered a little more pricey than most on the site but well worth it great quality material pattern is beautiful and overall fit is perfect I will definitely recommend and purchase again myself!

Did not give me enough information On how to track my package

I recently ordered a swimsuit and when I tried on the suit it didn't fit. So I asked for return instructions. After waiting for a day I returned the suit to the address on the envelope it was mailed in that said "returns only". Then I received an email that said there was a different return address. They have never yet given me that address and the package was tracked and delivered to the address on the original packaging. I have not received a refund yet either.

Horrible customer service.

Stuff comes from china, takes weeks to arrive.

Return policy and support are a joke. It's simply fraud. They delay answers so the time frame to return stuff expires and they never tell you a proper return address.biggest joke: they offer you to repay a third of the stuff to keep it.
It is just fraud to me.

I didn't know what size to get as I was in-between sizes so I got two different suits in two different sizes as I saw that exchanging was an option. The who returning process is not easy as other online stores are and I'm still waiting to hear that they received my return. I had to pay to return the item and I will have to pay again to have the correct size sent to me. Other than the return process I am satisfied with product.

To find out that it was extremely difficult to return an item was disappointing - you are encouraged instead to get a partial refund, which I did, which was less than a third of the price of the item.

They were quick and polite but it so hard to return and item, which they only tell you about when you try to send something back and impress on you that it is better to have a perils refund

It would have been nice to know the order in place was listed in US dollars as I am in Canada and the changed the overall price I paid.
It would have been nice to have a cup size option as the swimsuits fit great everywhere except for the bust. The bust size is too small.

My order did not work for my body type. We went back and forth for a full week to get the returning address. I was given the city and state only. I kept asking for the full address but was only offered a $68 refund to keep the items. But I didn't want the items. I wanted to send them back and get my money back. I can't wear them.
After a full week I gave up. I still have the items and expecting my $68 refund in a week or so. I'm happy I got to pay $60 for something I can't use. Never again.
I gave 2 stars only because they seemed cute and well made.

The suits I ordered were very cute, but the fit on one of the suits was completely off. The length of it was such that one could not even get the straps on the shoulders. The bra section would only cover the top of the abdomen. This was true after I had other people try it on as well.

The website is very user friendly. The products I received are of great quality and the fit is perfect for my body. The variety of swimwear offered is great! Ordering was easy and straightforward. I would order again.

I received a package that had obviously been tampered with, sliced open and retaped with packing tape with one suit missing. I am keeping a few items but returning others. My package has no slip. I have had to prove photos of the bag in the initial email, then photos of the suits with the curve tag with the plastic bags they came in for each item. Last email I then had to photo them with the tags, bags AND photos of the crotch liner in place. Sent all in and now NOTHING...I think they are waiting me pout to then tell me I can't return them and keep my money.

several broken english emails

The swimsuit I bought looks great, but was too short in the torso. I got the next size up and the torso size is perfect but the chest part of the suit is now too big. Still looks good so I think I'll keep it.

I found these swimsuits after a quick search, put an order in for 2 of them and then decided to look the company up. I slightly freaked out because it wasn't coming from US and people said they had issues with what they ordered and returns. What I ordered looks great and fits great! No returns necessary.

The product arrived no problem. There, were fit issues. I don't think the sizing chart is very accurate. The quality of the product is very good. Unfortunately I was only able to keep one suit due to sizing.

My service isn't finished but I'm hoping for the best

The items Did not arrive in 3-5 business days per expedited shipping that I paid extra for. Was not shipped from U.S. did not see that anywhere or would not have purchased as did not arrive in time for trip.

It took your company 8 days to tell me they couldn't express ship to my address. I had to reach out asking for tracking information only to be told it isn't possible. So I then provided another address for delivery where I was going on holiday for them to reply 4 days later & ask for an address again. So, 12 days after I ordered a huge express order, it still hasn't left for delivery. It was supposed to have arrived already. The customer service I received was horrendous with the worst communication I've ever dealt with. I am a business owner & appalled at how I was dismissed. This was devastating & I literally didn't have a bathing suit for my holiday. I am still so upset. PLUS I still have NOT received my refund.

Nobody offered any hung to help the situation. Reply’s that come days later serve zero help & not even contacting a client immediately after the order can’t be fulfilled is ridiculous.

I was pretty happy with my suit. I dont like to but one pieces. But this one slipped right on. No tugging. It was odd that the bottom is a brief with see through mesh attaching it to the middle. So if you lift the sorong front you might get a peek a boo

Ordered M and L sized suits, based on the sizing chart. I am 5'8" and 140lbs, and typically wear S or M clothing. All of the suits were too tight and much too short (which put pressure on the straps and pulled the bikini line way too high). It made me feel very self-conscious.

Emailed the customer service address to arrange for a return, as per the instructions on the website. The response did not provide the return address or details on how to actually make the return; only the terms and conditions of returning an item.

Not thrilled that I have to pay for the return shipping as well as lose the expense for the original shipping.

Ordered 3 different suits, all in the same size. One fits great just as expected. One fit but was definitely harder to get on and would be AWFUL to put back on if I were wet and had to use the restroom. The third fit but not as it should and was not attractive. I was most disappointed in the last because I expected it to be the best fit. It was meant to cross the chest in front and be almost high necked I believe based on the picture. It was so low that it cut across my books and was likely to become inappropriate in the water as I'm sure I would fall out. Haven't checked into return policy yet but will definitely be doing so for that suit.
