I match the size of the garment to the chart available however, the size was too big for me in the top and bottom. Even the colour did not match the picture on the ad. Therefore, I am returning the product and I need to know where I need to ship this back to.

In Canadian dollars I spent $48 on the item I purchased. The company was only offering me a five dollar credit and a five dollar coupon if I did not return the item for a refund. I choose not to because that is an insult. I’ve only 1/3 of the cost of the bathing suit. I will not wear this bathing suit as it is too big and the colour is not what I expected.

I ordered a bikini set and an extra bottom. I did. The measurements and chose the size based off of that and the bottom fit great but the top was too big. I reached out to do an exchange. The person helping me wouldn't give me the return address (they stated it's not the same as the address on the shipping label). They offered me a $6 refund on the $33 item I purchased so I would keep it and get another one. What am I to do with a top which doesn't fit and then another set?! Not super happy.

Not great. I reached out for an exchange of the bikini set I bought (bottom fit great but the top was too big). I was offered a $6 refund if I were to keep the item and buy another one (the item cost $33). They have refused to give me the return address (apparently it’s not the same as the shipping address). It’s also takes them a very long time to get back to you. Not super happy.

The swimsuit I ordered was too big and cost me over £40. The returns have to go to USA (not the UK) and so I have elected to take their 'offer' of £8 refund. So unless you are sure about the item you are ordering and the size, don't bother! I only ordered from them because of the UK address and therefore ease of returns...

Offered £8 refund rather than full refund because (conveniently for the company) their 'return' address is USA and therefore not worth the cost of returns.

I was very disappointed with the price. My invoice stated the price was $46 and change and yet on my CC I was charged over $66. And the suit is too short in the body, and I am short in the body. So I will NOT order anything again.

Good experience and delivery and good communication via email. Good value for money. The only thing that I am upset about is that I put on one of the swimmers I put on to wear the zipper broke so now I can't wear it.

I chose to try meet.curve due to the curvy models shown. I chose the apporpriate size for my body and when the bathing suits arrived they were very small. When I inquired about making a return, the process to do it is very long and time consuming. They are not very open about the return policy. I was asked if I would like a portion of my money back and just keep the product. When I asked what the portion would be I was shocked! They only wanted to give me $27 and a $5 coupon to the site and I could keep the product. Well keeping the product is useless as they do not fit! It takes them multiple days to respond to the emails that THEY request you send. I am still waiting on how to return these for a FULL refund (minus shipping, which is fine).

The material was very cheap and not true to size. I had got a swim suit and super cute but when putting it on the 3XL could have went for a 1XL. Barely covered my top and bum. I know it's hard when you order online but was hoping for the best. Now to see about the return process...

Shipping was quick, I want happened with the quality of the product unfortunately sizing wasn't consistent and shipping to return is not included so it wasn't worth it to send back the items that didn't fit properly.

The quality was not what I was expecting. I can get better quality from target. The pads in the swim were poorly made, not rounded, and didn't fit right or were damaged. Size chart wasn't accurate either. Sizing is inconsistent.

Still haven’t heard back from anyone.

I followed the sizing guide and my measurements and half the garments I ordered didn't fit. They were for too small. I think they were mislabeled because the other swimsuit in the same size fitted perfectly. The inconsistency in my first order is extremely disappointing. Will not be ordering again.

This company is sketchy. I'm trying to return the tops as they do not fit per their return policy on their website and they won't do it. I should have dug deeper and have found hundreds of reviews with the same issue. Do not recommend as they are scamming people.

Won't respond to you in a timely manner and are being sketchy and coy with returns by negotiating amounts. No thank you. Scammers.

Asked for a return, given (unknowingly) half an address and told to send tracking number. Which I do. Then say I wasn't given the full address! No response back from the email I then sent afterward. Poor poor service. Also poor service in the fact no mention of international returns!

I'm a 3x in everything possible. Looking at the sizing I purchased the 3x. Being a plus size brand, I thought I found the best thing for swimsuits but it just made me feel like crap trying on the bathing suit because my sister who wears large in everything fit in it perfectly but me, a size 3x, could not fit in this size 3x I purchased. The sizing is WRONG.

They wanted me to pay to return the swimsuit I purchased but offered to give me perks if I would give them another shot and order something else. I cannot order anything else from them because I ordered a 3x which is my size I wear in everything because the sizing measurements match what I usually wear but they did NOT make the suit true to their measurements.

Used the size chart, but suites still too tight. Wish there were more reviews on making sure to size up. I'm between a 16 and 18 and ordered an Xl for the suites but definitely needed a 2xl. The prices were great but it's difficult to get a return started.

It was not easy to find the customer service tab to get a return started. When my order arrived, I didn’t receive an email about mg items being delivered for at least a week and the return window is only 15 days which is barely enough time to get a return started and shipped off before they meet. Curve is not accept it anymore.

I ordered 2 swimsuits from that company that I thought would fit. They did not fit. So I reached out to start the return process. Instead of providing me with a return address, I have spent 3 weeks getting the run around and offeres credits to keep the items. It started with, "well, we can offer a $10 refund, with $5 store credit" to which I declined. Then, their next and "final" offer was for $20 and I can keep the items. I paid $76 for items that do not fit, and they offered me less than 50% of my total price. To which I declined again. Then, their next "final" offer was for $50 and I keep the items. Once again, I do not want to keep my items and I want a full refund. Waiting on a response.

The swimsuits I purchased is really nice and of good quality. The shipping time took longer than expected and the tracking wasn't super informative.an option for express shipping would be a nice addition if any were to be made to the website.

Ordering process seemed pretty standard, received after 2weeks - item wasn't exactly like the picture in the design and fit was a bit weird. However, read the TCs of returning the item on the date of delivery. Nearly 2 weeks later no reply, no return details, no response, no advice. Suddenly it seems Meet.Curve is good for shipping orders and taking consumer money but not for refunds and returns. If consumers have had a great experience with this so called company good for you!, I feel there is more negatives than positives. I will not be adding my order number or pictures - I have emailed at least 12times already. Please stop pretending you are a viable company with good customer service because you are not.

Very low quality of costumer service. You don't get response for days, the shipping and costumer service are not coordinated well. You don't get info about your package/ shipping. I want to do a return because the size is not right but no one sends you the return label or address plus you have to pay the return.

One swimsuit I ordered did not fit me so I contacted customer service via email so I could return it. I have yet to get a response from them (it's been almost a week with no reply).

My order shipped fast and arrived when I needed it to, Other than not being able to return items I had a good experience.

What I thought was and easy to follow sizing guide, proved to be wrong as I purchased a suit the size they told me two and a size above and neither one of them fit. I have tried to return the item and I continue to get pushback with multiple emails offering me a small amount of a refund instead of just giving me the option to return my items. Please make this right.

This suit was the first bikini I have worn in many years. Being a 50(+) lady I really have stayed away from this type of suit and have worn suits with more coverage. This suit has great support. I'm a 36DD and a size 8/10 in pants. I bought a size medium and it fits great. The material is good quality. And I have had several compliments. I would purchase this again!

I ordered this swimsuit for our vacation to Cancun, however it wasn't delivered until after we returned from our vacation. I was looking forward to wearing this, however, it didn't arrive in time. The quality of this suit is good and it fits well. Hopefully, I will be able to wear it this summer.
