I was reluctant to shop for bathing suits online but the return policy was strait forward and felt confident that if I had any issues I could return or exchange. I received my package in a timely manner and the bathing suits were super cute and of great quality. I took my measurements in hopes that there wouldn't be any issues but alas, I am short and a girl of small breasts for a girl my size so I didn't fill the cups well. I decided to downsize 2 (a tanking top and 2 piece) and return 1 (this is a 1 piece suit that was just too long). I read the return policy carefully, I left all the tags on as well as the sanitary stickers and. Kept the bags. Since requesting a return/exchange I have been strung along and been proposed ridiculous options, and $18 credit and a $5 coupon... keep them and give them to a friend. We have emailed no less than 5 times, each with a unreasonable proposal. This has still not been resolved

I had to send this to my mom in MN so she could put the suits into a flat rate box and ship them to me for $16.10. Shipping directly to me in AK would have been $70. AK IS part of the US. Flat rate shipping via USPS applies to AK too.

I loved the tankinis I bought. I ordered 2x and they fit perfectly. It is quite refreshing shopping for swimwear and actually receive a size that fits you comfortably. Will definetely re-order in the future :) Also good customer service. I appreciated the follow up on if I had received my order or not. Thank you

These are the cutest bathing suits and amazing quality! I'm a size US 16 and have a "mommy tummy" and it hides it so well. First time I've felt cute in a bathing suit since high school. A longgg time ago!

Returns are too complicated. They should be free to return and the return instructions shouldn't take 3 emails to complete. Because the process is ridiculous, I will do the return but will not buy anything from the company in the future.

They verified I ordered but did not provide any shipping/ tracking information. Started to think the sight wasn't legit and then the suit came. I ordered knowing the return policy - that I would have to pay to ship it back. The leg holes on the suit were so big you could basically see into the suit! The straps were also loose. I followed return instructions and emailed to get the address for returns. Over a week later and multiple emails back and forth, I still don't have an address for the return. They keep trying to talk me into keeping the suit. They are offering a refund that's a fraction of what I paid, and keep insisting I keep the suit. I just want a return address so I can send this and get a refund of what I paid! Don't order unless you're sure you'll love what you get!

Returns are terrible!

Loved the selection. The only thing I can suggest is that you have a filter for "underwire bra cup", "shelf", "soft cup", etc... I was looking for underwire and had to click on every item to see. That was a pain.

I purchased a variety of swimsuits from Meetcurve, some of which were ok and some did not fit or the color did not look the same as online. I did not like that the return option was not straightforward. I requested a return slip for the items I did not want and was given alternative options except for a full refund. I ended up taking the credit out of frustration. Will not be ordering from this company again.

Frustrating. I just wanted a full refund but ended up taking the credit because of all of the back and forth emails on alternative options such as partial refund and keeping the suits I did not want.

The swimsuits I ordered didn't fit like I had hoped. The bottoms fit great but the tops were way to big. I'm currently working with customer service to kindly return the pieces which has been great so far. Bummed they didn't workout, the quality and style were great.

So far so good. Still waiting on a return authorization number to send back.

I chose the appropriate size. Length wise and around me it fits perfectly. The problem is on all 4 bathing suits I purchased, the cups starts atleast 3 inches below where they should be which makes it very uncomfortable and unflattering. It is not the length that is the problem, just where the cups are placed

I sized based on recommended sizing from website but bathing suits were too big. Was disappointed as they were supposed to be for a vacation. They took longer than expected to arrive and I had no time.to re order.
Customer service was polite and quick with their response. I was ok with their resolution however i am stuck with 2 bathing suits tjat dont fit snd qasnt returned even half the cost.

I would like a way to filter search results. Also I had added 3 suits to my cart and all of a sudden all my tabs with the suits open had glitched out and were on a blank tab that said "your cart is empty". I had to spend another five minutes looking for the suits I liked.

I purchased a bikini for the first time in over 15 years. When I received it I tried it on and it fit great. Being a 38DDD cup size it's hard to find support for the ladies. But I chose a underwire top. It doesn't seem like a wire but sturdy plastic which is great because I don't have to worry about it rusting, snapping and stabbing me

Ordered product. Received a confirmation of order by email. Checked on status of my order several times - could not get an update on where order was in the receiving process. Finally received my order. Now after a week - recrive a notice asking if I received my order or not. Not impressed w/customer service & continue notification of order status.

None. Could not get any status on order in progress.

Return pricess is horrible. They give 15 days, but won't give you an address to send merchandise back to. I am still waiting after 12 days. They respond, want pictures, then tell you they'll offer you a small amount if you just want to keep the merchandise, but never give you the return address if you say no.

Horrible, as described before

I normally wear 2X to 3X due to my large breast size. So I ordered a 4 X and it seems like it was only made for short people. I could barely almost not cover my breasts. That's how short the bathing suit was made. I love the look of it but disappointed it didn't fit me

Bought 4 swimsuits to try on and none of them fit me. They are cheap and nasty. I've tried to return them but no one will tell me the return address or reply to me. I've only been offered a partial refund of 30% which is a joke! I am VERY DISSATISFIED.

They do not respond and when they do, they don’t give the details you need. VERY DISSATISFIED.

The swimdress I ordered was delivered quite quickly, in good condition and exactly as described. Sadly I ordered the wrong size but was able to give it to my sister! I'll order the correct size for myself now.

I there, I really enjoy my new products but I'd like to exchange 2 pieces and I have emailed you twice (last week and yesterday) but I still didn't get a response. I know your delays for exchange are 15 days after delivery and I don't want it to be declined because I didn't get an answer.

I love there swimsuit classy and tasteful. But the shipping took extremely long because if The swimsuit didn't fit me I would have to returned it got another one and I wouldn't have a swimsuit for my vacation

Online shopping was quick and easy, and sizing was helpful. The products arrived in a reasonable time and we're pretty much as expected. One suit was a bit skimpier than expected, but everything fits different on different bodies.

Order came in a reasonable amount of time. I was pleased with the items I recieved though with all things ordered on line not all where a perfect and flattering fit. Not Meetcurves fault but my aging body LOL I have just put in a request for a return authorization number. They seem to be well organize to I don't forsee any problems with that process.

Products did not come in as expected, did not fit as expected nor was the material as expected. Underwire on bathing suit felt like a bendy straw, no support!
I reached out to return and they are giving me a run around and will not answer any questions I have. Will never order again.

Awful, will not refund me nor answer any direct questions.
