Placed order for 2 S.suits, payment made to find order went through for 3 not 2, immediately sent email to be told my order had been shipped and they couldn't resolve/ refund my order amazing that my order was shipped within 2 minutes of being made. Theives...

I purchased 2 swimsuits. A one peice which is great. The other was a mesh style bikini. I ordered the bikini in a colour I liked and there were other colours of the same style being sold as a set that I had viewed first. I picked the colour I liked only to be disappointed when only the top arrived. I engaged the support service and was told just that colour was being sold separately, where as the others of the same style (but different colour) were being sold as sets. Was told "sorry for the inconvenience - but kind of your fault because you didn't read the fine print". Because of this my experience was tainted negatively. I like the products, but I would not rush to buy again.

The bathing suit did not fit properly. When I emailed about return instructions and address, they wouldn't answer for a few days. Then they wouldn't provide me the necessary info to make the return. They just kept sending another email every few days asking about another offer they would make me. Ridiculous!

Terrible

Bought $102 worth of bathing suits and couldn't get a return. They wanted to give me partial return and I couldn't get a correct return address. Finally after the 15 day return policy I get an address and when I looked it up it was a parking lot thus company us a scam and now I'm out $102 and have 3 bathing suits I won't wear

I purchased a swimsuit from Meetcurve. On receiving it, it's slightly too small. I asked to return it. I was told that I'd have to pay (OK, happens sometimes). I said I would and asked for the address. Then told it was best if I didn't return as it'll be to the USA and did I want £10 refund and a $5 voucher instead. I said ok and since then have heard nothing. Two emails later still nothing. No refund and no return address. Scam?

I ordered 2-3XL swim dresses and a coverup. They looked nice and they feel pretty good quality but when I tried the swim dresses on it they make my breasts look flat. In my opinion the cups in the dresses do not have enough contour shape for larger breasts. I would like to return them but haven't as of yet. I'm debating whether to alter them because I'm a seamstress.
The coverup is nice.

The delivery was a little bit longer than I expected but wasn't too long.

While the quality and size of the bathing suits is spot on. Can't say the same for the cover ups. One was way too small. Couldn't even get it over my chest. The other was not good material. Bathing suits, cover ups,

Order came on time. I wasn't sure about sizing, or how the suits would fit. I am relatively satisfied, though I wish there wasn't so much padding on the bra tops, or that the pads were removable, since I am busty enough!

I am 5'2" and weigh around 140. I am "apple" shaped. I usually wear a bra size of 38C. I ordered 5 swimsuits in size large. All were 1 piece. I kept 3 and gifted 2 due to the colors. (I am saturated with pink tones - I ordered 2 heavy peach/pink swimsuits - The color looked off against my skin tone). I kept 3 suits that are so stinking cute. The one thing to mention: I have a very short torso. I had to have the crotch taken in due to my shape. It was an extra expense after the swimsuit order...but it was totally worth it! If only I could attach photos! I usually ALWAYS wear shorts because of my comfort level. These swimsuits are so flattering I am wearing them says shorts to Cabo San Lucas for mid-winter break with my 12yo and husband. My husband loves how they look too. MeetCurve is my new go to swimsuit company. I am located outside of Seattle, WA.

Still haven't received my order and it's been almost a month. Despite my order confirmation saying 10 days. Then when you email customer service they send a general response that they send to everyone and one that wasn't specific to my issues.

Terrible customer service

I ordered several items and most did not fit. I have emailed several times to be able to return the items and have not received a response or any instructions on how to return. Absolutely terrible customer service! Will advise anyone NOT to order from them and am about to file a complaint with my credit card company and the BBB.

I received the three items I ordered in good time and the quality was good but the body of all 3 was too short and I'm not tall at 5ft 4 inches, I have a larger tummy but I ordered a 20 to accommodate this and all 3 items were too short in the body but fit elsewhere. No return details easily found on my order emails and no reply to my email to customer service over 48 hours ago. Bad fit and bad service so far.

No reply 48 hours later accept an automated “ticket raised” email.

Returns are to a US address from the UK and paid buy the customer. I have no problem paying for returns but to an US address is not really viable if I want any kind of refund. I will be unlikely to use Meet Curve again for this reason, even though I liked the items.

Quality on one suit was wonderful. The second suit needed adjustable straps. I'm going to have to sew them shorter to wear it. The third suit was a 2 piece. The bottoms were wonderful. The top was sewn so badly there was no fixing it. Underwires poked above and out to the side of the suit. I gave up on the top and bought a different top elsewhere to go with the bottoms. They have some good quality, but some not so good too.

I was offered a partial refund instead of spending my money to ship items back. Not ideal, but I understand.

I bought three one piece bathing suits, all black! They are very nice except for one flaw. They have padding inside the cups but they wrinkle inside very easily and the hole in the side of the cup isn't big enough to get my fingers in to manipulate the padding! So they look bunchy in the boob area. They need to make the side hole bigger to put fingers in to readjust :( That is my only complaint, otherwise beautiful bathing suits. For reference I am 5'5 196 lbs and bought 2xl. The sizing was good

I ordered something and was provided tracking. The tracking didn't update for 9 days so I placed a ticket. I was sent an email asking if I received my product the next day. It said "Click here if you have received your product. If you haven't received your product, please wait 48 hours and then send an email to this email address..." (Paraphrased.) I went to click the tracking again to take a screenshot to send to explain why I wasn't going to wait 48 hours and suddenly it was updating. I ordered another product and the same exact thing happened so I screenshot it before I placed my ticket this time and sent it in. They sent me a different tracking number that was being updated... The whole thing is sketchy. I still haven't received my second item. I definitely won't be shopping with this site again.

They just tell you to wait. Both items I ordered, both times had shipping issues, both times I was told to wait because apparently 10 days with no shipping updates at all after being marked shipped is normal to them.

I love your suits. I lost weight and I bought 2 one piece swimsuits and a tankini. Your website is so easy to shop on. I have been looking for 3 weeks and yours is the best and the suits are adorable. I can't wait to get my order and go to the beach

I am so happy with my new bathing suits. I was a bit upset that the two piece that I bought wasn't a two piece but rather the top only. The ad was misleading. I wish companies would just sell the two pieces together rather than trying to gouge shoppers into paying more money for the second piece.

I truly was worried that I wouldn't receive my items or they were going to fit right or they would come low quality….

They are the NICEST swimsuits! They fit perfect and they are incredibly high quality! I am totally happy and impressed with this website.

I have an appt with a seamstress to put plus size cups in a plus size suit.
Ordering from a plus size company... they should know we're not A cup girls!
They offered to fix it but I can't take the chance wasting shipping money. So I hired a seamstress.

I need to return, they require coverage for shipping. They messed up and I'm to keep paying? No thank you.

I ordered 4 suits for my upcoming honeymoon. I ordered based on the size chart on the site. The suits arrived, and the suits were huge. I reached out to support to initiate a return (which is clearly allowed per the website). A customer service rep actually offered a refund of $50 if I keep the suits. That was ridiculous. I paid $126 for the suits I could never wear because of how big they were, so what good would the suits do!? I opted to return the airs, which was actually easy after the asinine offer initially. I had to pay for shipping, and I was refunded the full amount upon MeetCurve's receipt of the suits.

Please see my former comments. An offer of $50 to keep the suits I can't wear is ridiculous and quite offensive.
