I'm disappointed with the returns process- it's too difficult. Although I'm happy with the diversity in terms of products offered and would be so inclined to order again- I will not because I don't want to feel I have to keep items I don't love.

I am attempting to return items- not sure customer service reps are fluent English speakers.

I am a little disappointed by the fit of the tankini tops. I bought tops with underwire, based on the recommended sizing chart, but the bra part of the top is too small. As the underwire tops are completely based on bra size, I guess the sizing does not quite work out if you have a larger bust.
The bottoms fit well, but I do find the elastic around the bottom to be a little thick... which causes it to cut in a bit more than I would like.

Navigating the site was straightforward.
I paid the additional £18.99 for a delivery within a specified time.
The delivery did not come within that specified time.
And now that I wish to return 3 of the items, after following the instructions on the Returns page and receiving the email, there are no further returns instructions.
I have left a message with Chat box and still after 3 days have not received a reply.
Silly me - I did not read the reviews before ordering. Now it appears I am stuck with the items and no refund.
A disgrace so far.
Youu never know they might redeem themselves and allow me to return the items and send a refund.

Could not get hold of them for a response

The refund policy is that you return within 15 days of receiving the product you purchased. I had two items I needed to return. I emailed the support email address and they wanted to know why I wanted to return the items and which items. I responded, then didn't hear back. I emailed back. They sent me an email stating that the return address was in New York and would I be interested in a $20 refund plus a $5 credit to just keep the items. I said, no. Please send me the address. Didn't hear back for days, I emailed again. They send another offer of $35 and give the items to a friend or family member. I said, no. I want to return the items, please give me the address. No response back, so I email again. Received a response to take $45 refund and keep the items. Keep in mind my refund should be around $75. The is such a horrible way to do business! I won't EVER order from Meetcurve again which is unfortunate because they have cute clothes.

This actually arrived the day before I needed it, so was super happy with that! The bathing suit is ADORABLE and the fit is beautiful. Had 3 others from CupShe that had 0 boob support and were just so unflattering with a terrible fit. This one was perfect.

The website was easy to use The suits are very well made. I have a few to return but only because they just weren't very flattering but swimsuits are hard to buy online I'm very happy with the two I'm keeping!

The order took a long time to arrive and the quality is poor. No hem on tankini top, leaves it looking cheap. The material is much thinner than I executed. And sizing is off. Over all, the quality is a disappointment

Overall, items are as described and true to size - only complaint is some bikini sets sold together and some separately which is generally ok as it's generally well indicated in description however beware images that look like the same model but in a different colour - one is sold as a set and the other is sold separately - I ordered them just before a vacation and when I realized the difference, I was not able to get the bottoms delivered in time to have a complete set on vacation.

No response received

I was not satisfied with my purchase and tried to contact MeetCurve support several times with no response. This meant that the window I had to return the items was closed. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.

I have not received any response from customer service, even though I sent multiple emails requesting assistance.

I shouldn't have to wait weeks and weeks and then remind a company to send my order that I paid for in advance. I leave for a cruise this week and the order barely made it despite me ordering very early!

The sizing was more true to the normal sizes you wear. I went based on the measurements and it was telling me to get 2 sizes bigger than my usual size. I went with one size bigger than my normal and it fits but it's alittle on the looser side. Over l quality great and looks adorable!

The shoppping experience was fine. But the problem I have is with returns. The return shipping is not included and it cost me $27 out of pocket to send back 2 suits that did not fit well. And due to the return shipping costs, I will not be ordering again as it is to expensive to take chances that the suit will fit.

For a return request they offered me a credit or partial refund (twice) before they accepted the return initiation. Communication was prompt.

My experience was good. The coloring was as expected. Someone commented that the background was burgundy. I think it's more a plum coloring. If you love purple I think you will love this. Sizing was pretty on top of true size.

Never used this company before and varying reviews on the internet about this site. I gave it a a go and have to say I wasn't disappointed. The order came fast and was tracked throughout and the quality of the products are perfect! They are just what I ordered and look exactly the same. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from here again

The bathing suits I ordered were gorgeous, but the cups on them didn't fit properly. They weren't solid under wires (which I didn't realize) so the top part of the suit looked absolutely ridiculous. The rest of the fit was perfect though. I was pretty disappointed because the suits were beautiful

All products received were too small and I needed to return them. The back and forth emails just to get an address to return them to was horrible. They just keep trying to give you a little money back and then you have to say no and then they offer more money.

Just give us an address to return and exchange the items if we want to. UUGGGHHHHH!

Easy to navigate and order. The swim dress is gorgeous. I ordered according to the size guide and it fits like butter. And the sarong color is a perfect match. I'll definitely order from Meetcurve again

I loved the suit I ordered...but unfortunately i need my already short torso to be 4 inches shorter. Im 5'4 220 lbs the size was correct but when I pulled it up to the correct placement on my chest my helly hung out the leg holes...if I placed it on my hips the boob cups were halfway to my bellybutton.

I ordered 2 suits from the website. One of the suites I had seen on TikTok. I haven't worn a two piece in years. I'm not a large girl, but I'm not as small as I once was. I feel totally confident and beautiful in both suits I ordered.

First time ordering from this site so wasn't sure on the quality. I ordered some dresses for a holiday and I gave to say I was very impressed. The dresses were lovely, the fabric was of great quality, and the dresses were as beautiful as the online pictures, which isn't always the case, so I was very pleased.

I loved all of the colorful options in the plus size swimsuits but they didn't provide a lot of support for bigger chested women like me. The suit that I loved the most and offered the most support was all white but it only the front was lined. Yet the other suits I bought were all fully lined.

I was extremely skeptical but there aren't many options for "plus size" that are actually cute in person and good quality. This exceeded my expectations! The shipping takes a bit, but the fit is flattering and the quality is right there with name brands and far exceeds department stores! In clothes I am normally an xl in tops and 2x in bottoms, I ordered a 3x in both and it fits great with just a touch of wriggle room

I still had the same problem I do with bathing suits from other places where the top sort of fit but was lightly too small. I loved how supportive the top was though with the underwire so I re-ordered the next size up.
