All of the actual bathing suit pieces I ordered fit great and look great. My only concern is with the cover up I ordered. For all of the bathing suits, I ordered 2XL based on the models used and their sizes. For the cover up dress, the model's size was not listed, so I went with 2XL like the bathing suits. Unfortunately I should have ordered 1 or 2 sizes bigger because the cover up fits very small, and it was not clear that the sleeves were not loose fabric, but instead they squeeze on my arms.

Great style and coverage on these suits. The size guide would have put me in a larger size than what I ordered, but I used the model's size to estimate my size and the suits work great. Shipping was slow. Also one suit was labeled on the site and appeared as Red, but was definitely Hot Pink when it arrived (suit's tag says Red too). I wouldn't have chosen this suit if I knew it was pink, but I don't hate it so I am keeping it.

I asked for a shipping update. The product had a label created, but it sat unpicked up for about 2 weeks. I sent and email and the item was picked up for shipping within 45min. I received a response a few days later asking for my patience and that the product was likely on its way.

The costume I ordered was too big and I didnt like it. I asked about returning it and was told that they didn't take returns because of postage back to USA. I was offered a $5 voucher and told i could use it toward another costume with free postage.
This was not a good deal. I wanted my money back.
I have said they could send me a smaller costume of a different style and they have not replied.
I feel ripped off.
The costume was quite expensive.

I contacted your services to return some articles in this order. And the response was "we can refund 30€ and you keep the articles". But i don't want that. The articles i want to return cost me 60€. In the Terms àd Conditions of your website it is possible to return some articles and get a refund. I agree to pay for the shipping. Or you refund me 60€ and I keep them.

The bathing suit bottoms are awesome! They fit true to size. The tankini fits great true to size.

The one piece was not long enough. The torso was very very short. I could have returned but I chose to cut the bottoms off and wear the top as a tankini because I loved the top so much. I made it work.

Ordered 2 different costumes same size only one is too small and can't return as warehouse is in US and I cant afford to ship back at my own expense. The other was OK until I wore it and the mesh has already split so will not ever purchase from Meetcurve again as complete waste of money.

Felt like I was being bribed to keep the wrong product in order to appease me when it should be made very clear that returns are to the US so unlikely anyone would risk spending too much in fear of having the huge expense to return or keep something that is pretty useless.

The item I bought was an underwire tankini swim wear. The bust has no support what so ever, the stitching on the straps are incorrectly sewn. I was offered a refund if $25 and unable to return I had to contact PayPal to get the purchase price if $45.

Ordered online and all was dine. It took a little longer than most to get here but I wasn't in a rush. The article was nice. Note… for being and marketing to curvey women or plus size… the sizes run a little small and short.

I have ordered two bathing suits. The mesurements are perfect.
Very good quality.
The only problem for me: the lining of the breast is too thick.
Makes my breast too big!
But the rest is just perfect.

I can only say about the shopping experience. It was nice and easy, nice looking suits, nice prices! I can now add that one of the two suits I bought was great. The other one just wasn't quite right. It didn't fit right on me or my daughter. We both wear the same size and it didn't fit right, on either one of us.

I was not hoping for much guys, but seriously they are pretty good. I wonder if they use the same manufacturer as summersalt. Also, it's like a third of the price. Everything fits great, but I did order two sizes larger because I suspected Asian sizing, and I was right. I usually order XL or XXL and I ordered 3X and they fit great!

Great looking product, easy to maneuver around website, love that Size Chart is included with more Specific sizing info provided especially for heavier weight gals! I was trying to locate my shipping Tracking number. It was quickly provided.

I couldn't find my shipping info and customer service came through! Literally two days later, I go my suits. They're amazing. Fit perfect, true to size and sooooo comfortable (which is near to impossible to find in bigger sizes). New loyal customer!

I didn't receive my parcel due to the courier leaving in a unsecure area which they took full responsibility for yet meetcurve seem to want to ask me every email if I've received it yet, i advised them I had asked neighbours and no-one had seen it, yet next email was "have you received you parcel yet?". Couldn't find a number to call to actually talk to someone regarding this and the chat thing is useless!

There was no customer service! Only emails back and forth which is no use when trying to resolve a issue.

Lots of great suits in lots of available sizes! However I received a bikini top instead of the bottoms to the red tankini I ordered and love and one suit fits perfect, however the other suit is to small! I ordered these for my vacation this weekend!

No one got back to me! When I reached out we still had time to send the right bottoms but to late now!

I also ordered a cover to wear over the suits and the size was not right. Said XL. I ordered XL but it was so small I couldn't get it over my head. It barely fit my size small 14 year old daughter.

I used the size chart to figure out which size suits I should but. I was between sizes, so I bought a few of both. All the suits I received were way too big. The sizing chart needs to be adjusted to account for the negative ease that is required in swimwear. Also, the return process was such a pain. I don't mind paying for return shipping -- the suits were inexpensive enough that I wasn't bothered by an additional fee -- but you have to directly contact a sales representative to start the return, THEN ship the item and give them the tracking number. If you don't provide the tracking number within 12 days, you won't get your refund. I spent about $250 on items I couldn't wear at all (which they first tried to get me to keep for a discount on future purchases!) and I was convinced I wouldn't get my refund. My credit card shows that it's pending now, which is a good sign.

After losing 20kgs for a holiday of a lifetime and then finding myself in the middle of the Australian winter with nowhere to buy swimwear I turned to the internet. I purchased a red and white polka dot bikini set and a one piece. I checked the measurements provided online and chose my size. They have arrived in time for my overseas holiday and fit perfectly. I couldn't be happier.

I wear a 2xl but have been getting the 4xl which made me feel like a whale... but they fit comfortably and are so stylish and cute. I'm really glad I sized up. My measurements are all over the chart so I went with my gut. My swimsuits came quickly.

I ordered some swimsuits from this site and I found one that I like but the others don't fit. Trying to return them has been IMPOSSIBLE! They don't have a return portal on their website, you have to email customer service to start a return but I have emailed three times and no one has responded...other than to send me a satisfaction survey.

Unresponsive. I sent three emails requesting to initiate a return and no one bothered to get back to me. If you are not going to have a return portal on your website then your customer service team needs to be more prompt in getting back to people.

Trying to measure for the torso was confusing, despite following the instructions on the website. When I made my order, i wasn't sure fully if the sizes were fit. Normally I'm a medium, but went with two large and the third as a medium, just to see. The largest fit perfectly-- definitely the most comfortable bathing suits I've worn. The medium was just a bit tighter around my legs, but I think it would be manageable. If I have to get more bathing suits in the future, I'll definitely order thout Meetcurve, but stick with large, even though that's not my normal size.

I'm hoping they give me my money back, but if not will file a fraud claim through my bank.

After over a week of back and forth of them trying to give me (increasing amounts of) partial refunds or coupons, and me constantly saying to just give me my refund, they only acted like they would when I threatened to file a fraud charge with my bank. I have returned my goods but I'm near certain that I won't see my refund because both the UPS store and the post office said the address I was given is associated with fraud.

I was excited to try some lovely swimwear I found on MeetCurve. Unfortunately, the styles I selected (2) both did not quite fit right (the torsos were too short and gave me what I will refer to as a 'reverse wedgie'). Returns were a nightmare. I originally paid for express post as I needed the swimwear for a particular date. When the fit was wrong, it would have cost me an additional $36 to return the items to the States. I was offered a gift card to be used on a future order (I had not plans to order more products), or a partial refund of $28 on an order over $100. I was able to negotiate more of a refund in exchange for gifting the products to a friend. Overall, the communication was quite good, but they do need to review their returns policy.
