I recieved the suits, which were well made and so cute, but unfortunately do not fit true to size. I ordered a 3x, and they were more like a 1x. Meet Curve does not take returns in Canada though. But they did work with me to find a resolution I am happy with.

One of the swimming costume underwires was sticking out of the fabric when item was received and could not be put back in place. There was not enough fabric to cover it. Had to pull it out as wire was stabbing me when I put the costume on. Waiting for the other underwire to come through the fabric soon as it is overstretched over the wire. Leaving for overseas otherwise would have returned item. It was faulty.

I ordered2 sizes of the same suit and they arrived about14 days after ordering. They were not as pictured. I requested a return which was not easy. I had to email their customer service to request to start a return, then wait on a response and tell them why I needed to return, wait on another response for them to give me a return address with instructions to provide tracking info on the package when mailed. Waiting on a refund.

Returns are difficult and not standard or straightforward. The terminology used didn’t seem to come from an English speaking rep.

To return a couple of items, misleading if you receive products in UK as you have to return to USA at own cost.
I did reach an acceptable solution with customer services but still think returns is misleading.
Make sure you are 100% on your sizing beforehand and do not order a couple of the same item to try because sooooo expensive to return back to USA.

Polite and responsive

I ordered 2 4X tankinis - one was a separate top and bottom choice and the other came with top and bottom together. The one that came together have very low cut bottoms and this was not evident in the picture or described. They don't pay return shipping from Canada - so it was pay $20 for tracked shipping return for a $34 swimsuit or take a $5 credit - both options were not great. I took the $5 coupon and now know to always make sure I see the bottoms separate from the top. The other suit was great and met expectations.

The people who sent me emails were polite and lovely - however the policy is what was hard - returns from Canada are not worth it - and I would have liked more than a $5 coupon

Do not purchase if you aren't **************% sure it's going to for you.
They take you through h3ll when trying to return. With a small 15 day window they try to run out the clock so you can't get a refund. Currently still fighting to return the items I purchased, verified on the sizing chart they should fit me, sure enough they did not. Immediately sent them an email to start the return, 6 days later and multiple emails, I'm still waiting on the return address.
They are trying to offer me a partial credit and let me keep the items.

I DON'T WANT THEM, THEY DON'T FIT, who keeps items that they can't wear. I just want my money back.

Absolute garbage. Worst customer service experience I've had in a long time.

Item not sized correctly. Too short for the top of the tankini. Based on the size I ordered, the top ended up half way up my stomach. This happened to be the most expensive item I ordered also. Very disatisfied

I was doubtful, but read reviews and took a chance. I just love love love my purchases. They look just like the pictures. I did order up in size and it worked perfect. My bra size is 46C and the 4x swimsuits are perfect!

The bathing suit I ordered that I had ordered from an other site before, was too small even if I ordered the 2XL that fit from the other company. It is exactly the same bathing suits but it's smaller and shorter.

The first pair of bathers I purchased fit perfectly. The 2nd pair fit differently and I don't like them as much on me but I am working on fitting into them.
I have since purchased another 2 sets and a 3rd top - all fit perfectly and I love them.

I ordered a 2XL and a top fits perfectly but the bottom is so small that it doesn't even fit my sister who wears a size 10 and I got it a week before my vacation so not even enough time to try to make things right completely dissatisfied how are you going to have a top one size and the bottoms a completely different size that doesn't even make sense

I ordered 3 swimsuits and I have very large heavy breasts so I bought one with underwire and it is VERY off even though the size chart has the measurements it's not correct. But the other two without underwire fit very well

I tried returning 3 items and i would get the run around everyday they tried reimburse just a portuon of my money and i would keep
The items ‍ I really didn't get that but in the end i gave in suppose to be reumbursed $91.00 and i keep the items Never seen anything like it before

Bought an xxl thinking I'd go a size up but it was to small would fit a short person I'm average height other than that material was really nice good quality

I enjoyed shopping the website and it was a pretty seamless experience. I was very excited to receive my products. I was happy with the one bikini I received but the "white" bikini top was cream colored. Almost yellow and the cups were half the size of the other top. I wear a 38H normally so the size chart said to get a 3X which I did. The band is like a 44 and the cup fits like a C/D. So unfortunately it did not work

I am trying to return part of my order. Meetcueve wont give me an address to return them to. Instead they keep making offers to try and get me to keep bathing suits that didn't fit and aren't flattering. Their retuen pollicy is time sensitive and they only answer any email once a day, never with the address. I will never order from this site again.

Customer service extremely unsatisfactory. Three times I have reiterated that i would like to retuen part of my order. Meetcurve will not give me an address to send the items back to. They only respond once per day and they only accept returns within 15 days. I think they’re trying to run down the clock.

Nice choice on line. Very pleased by the acces to all those plus size. But models are not as flattering as on pics. I'm 6' tall, and the lenght of the bathingsuits bodies are too short for me. Want to return 2 on 4 items, but had a hard time reaching for the procedure and getting a response from costumer service.

No response since 3 days, still waiting for the procedure for a return/refund.

Purchased sun protection swim long sleeve top and swim bike shorts. Arrived in a timely fashion, (5 days). Nice quality. Fit is slightly large. Good value. Would recommend.

The return policy could be revised as i have to pay for the return of the item. Many websites offer a free return. Maybe sometjing to look at for the futur.

The bathing suits are very nice and better quality than I was expecting. However, they aren't really designed for large breasts. I ordered 2x bathing suits, I am a 36HH. The suits fit everywhere but the top, there's no support at all and I was spilling out through the sides and underneath with the two pieces.

So I am a 38 K. I ordered 2xl. They are ok. I do prefer underwire support, but they do cover my breasts. So I am happy with that. I ordered 3 and I've worn one so far. The other 2 are in my suitcase!

I did pay extra for expedited shipping and they were right on time!

All in all, you're ordering from China. So the sizes are different and the shipping is sketchy. I'm ok with my purchase because I knew it wasn't Macy's! Not sure I would order again, only because my girls need underwire support! Otherwise, all good.

I ordered 2 swimsuits in 2XL. But the length doesnt fit. So I liked to return the swimsuits. But after a lot of tries to contact the service of meet curve I finally got an answer that return (to New York!) is very complicated and they offered me a refund. But I resistet in returning the swimsuits. With every mail answer of the service, they offer a largish sum of money as refund. At least I agreed. But I had to wait up to 15 days until the refund was on my PayPal account.
Very disappointing. I never order things from meet curve again.

the service answered only after several E-Mails of me

The tankini top I order said in the description that the straps were removable. Typically that means you can unhook them, take them off & put them back on. The straps on that top are sewn on. You have to cut them off to remove them. That was one of the selling points for me so I was disappointed when they weren't removable.
