Products seem ok, but one piece didn't fit. Been trying for a week to get an actual response from customer service to replace the piece. We'll see what happens.

I contacted them, twice. Finally got a ticket number, but no actual communication so far.

Ordered 3 suits, one didn't arrive. I ordered my usual size and they are both too small. I suggest sizing up. Returns or exchange costs are on you, if shipping from Canada it's not worth returning.

I ordered a few bathing suits and I'm missing either tops or bottoms. If you don't advise or help me with this asap I will be returning everything immediately..

No one is helping me to send parts of my order.. if this continues I will send everything back and return

The swimsuits fit ok but don't offer support and I need to make exchanges or return. I emailed service as instructed but cannot get a response. This is frustrating!

I originally ordered size 2xl and thought that they may not fit me so I decided to 3xl in another order to see which size fits me the best. Unfortunately, neither size fit me. I usually wear size 18/20. I found that the material is very loose and is not flattering. The cup sizes for the girls are way to big and I am a size 44D.

It's been years since I felt comfortable in a suit, and I simply didn't have one. After lots of research and deliberation, I settled on Curve for an upcoming vacation to finally enjoy the pool. I ordered almost a month before my departure, thinking it would be plenty of time even if there were carrier delays. However, there was indeed a *2 week* delay — by Curve. They didn't ship my order for 2 weeks after I'd placed it, and they also didn't communicate with me to let me know this was happening. Sometimes there are good reasons for things like this, or there are accidents, but a company reaches out to let you know and to compensate you for the lapse in service. Curve said nothing — I had to reach out to them, and I included a screenshot of the 11 day delay at their facility before my order even got into a carrier's hands. I told them that I missed the chance to wear them on my vacation (or to swim at all, bc I can never find suits at the big box stores I feel good in). They have flat-out refused to acknowledge the delay and how disappointed I am. Very bad customer experience, I would not give them money again.

I included screenshots and clear disappointment about the 2 week delay and silence from them. They ignored me and focused only on whether I had received the order or not, and also ignored my request to return an item.

I placed my order almost a month ago and have received nothing! No updates on tracking either. I've disputed the charges. Will not order again, seems like a scam

Nice site to order women's swimsuits from. Thanks for providing fashionable swimwear for normal sized mom's like me. Looking forward to taking your suits on vacation in March :)

Wanted a refund and they refused to give address, played around offering me small amount to keep a $200 order that didn't fit. This went on for 2 weeks+.

Worst customer service ever. Refused to give address so I could refund. Took WAY too long to get as they kept $#*!ing me around.

Product does not fit well. Shipping took 3 weeks. Refunds/Returns do not exist. They keep pushing back and will not give me the address to return. This is ridiculous!

Totally frustrating

Delivery was prompt and products are beautiful although both are size M, one seems to be a more comfortable fit than the other, which is a tad smaller unfortunately.

It doesn't fit quite how I hoped but as i continue to lose weight I think it will be fine either way it looks good on judt the cups don't sit as high as I would like or as high as they are in the photo

All the one piece suits ordered did not fit my plus-size body in a pleasant way. Torso was not long enough to feel covered up correctly in stomach area.

Love my suit- it fits great and is very comfortable. Shipping took a bit longer than expected but overall very happy with my purchase! Will definitely be buying again.

I'm very happy with my purchases the swim suits fit well (just a tad big) but they were flattering and good quality. They shipped out in a timely manner.

I'm thankful that you let me return the swimsuits that did not fit. Other websites can be awful about that, and swimming suits are very hard to order online.

Instead of just providing me a return address so I could send product back, they negotiated a red mf amount. Really unnecessary for all the back and forth. I would've happily returned at my expense.

Sizes were pretty good, I have a long torso and thought based on the size guide that it would work, still a bit short for me with the one piece. Good quality material over all.

The suits my wife ordered were way too small. She could not begin to get one on at all. The other two were a major struggle even with help.
I hope the return process works.

It took 2 emails to get a response. Then the address to send returns to has still not been given. The offer to keep the suits and get a partial refund is not helpful.

Bathing suit is not long enough in the torso. All width. Can't wear it. It wont reach over my shoulders. Not for average or tall people. I am 5 foot 7 and it doesn't work.

Ordered 3 suits, only 1 ended up fitting. Was disappointed to hear that I have to pay for return shipping in order to receive my refund. Other than that, I'm pretty satisfied with everything else

I have a hard time in finding something that fits because I'm in that range where you can never tell if it's going to fit or not. Both sets I picked look great on me.
