Very nice clothes/bathing suits with good quality. They look as in the pictures, only the shipping took longer than expected. But it was worth the items!

Service is awful. Asked for labels for return. Didn't get them instead you are sending this second survey which I already filled. Never buying from you.

Shipping took forever and the sizing was inconsistent. I ended up sending everything I ordered back. Overall the quality seemed good but just not for me.

Very nice design, easy shopping experience. Only drawback is that the velcro closure on the bottoms is not strong enough to keep from opening when bending.

Ridiculous process to make a simple return/exchange. Literally had to threaten legal action to get the return address. Unacceptable, and I won't be purchasing again, ever.

After ordering some bathers and a cover up, I requested express postage due to my upcoming holiday quickly approaching. I received the cover up not too long after but my bathers did not arrive.
I followed up via email and the response I received was 'we have looked into this and it appears this item is sold out'.
There was no communication prior to my follow up to let me know I would not be receiving this item. They were quick to take my money for an item that was not even available, however I now I have to wait up to 15 days to get my money back!

No responses ever, then responded with rubbish... to just avoid refund

I got two bathing suits (floral printed off-the-shoulder flounce swimdress and scoopneck floral printed vintage women swimdress) and although it took a while for them to come, I love them both. They are really cute and comfortable. They fit true to size. I am 5'3 and 180lbs and I got XL in both.

I am a sporty 70-year old and weigh198 pounds. I need a 1X or 2X and when I found Meetcurve I was in heaven! So many choices! What a selection! Also, you can't beat the prices. The top I ordered didn't fit properly, but I will exchange it.

It was done by email and I got a quick response.

Items we're lovely but didn't fit so wanted to return, when ordering these items not once did it say these were coming from the USA, after several emails back and for being told to just keep the items and I would be refunded £20 and a £5 voucher on a £70 order I was not impressed, finally got the offer that was acceptable but I would not buy from this company ever again as there is no explanation on there website explaining the return policy.

Not understanding and very unhelpful

At the start I was impressed with service I received from meet curve. The items arrived in good condition and a timely manner. The sizing is a bit off and one item was sewn incorrectly so I started the returns process. My initial conversations with customer service (email only option) were good however they kept trying to say they'd offer a partial refund so I could keep all items and not have to pay postage to send back. I said I would still like to return as did the maths and I would still get a better refund by posting back. However I have asked them to send me the full address for returns as they only provided a town and a state in the U.S and haven't heard from them in a week. I know the returns window times out so am going to open a new ticket as by the looks of things not only will I not be getting a full refund I won't even be getting a partial one!
The Bikinis are nice styles just cup sizes smaller than size chart so not sure about writing this company completely off but the returns process does seem shady. Having spent over £200 you expect to be able to get some back when actually only 3 of the 10 items fit and are flattering.

Initially customer service were great with returns process but email is the only contact option and I haven't heard back in a week (when they used to reply latest after 2 days). Am getting worried ill never hear from them again and be able to get a refund for my order

Swimsuit shipping is hard. I've never tried to buy one online before. I had super low expectations and expected that I would be sending it back. Nope! It's so cute, fits great, and I love it!

Love your products, not so happy with the customer service. One of my products is too small. I've sent two emails asking for help with the exchange process. As of yet I haven't received a response.

Haven’t received a response to my request to exchange products

I am writing to express some frustration about two things with my recent attempt to start using your services.
Firstly, I shopped on the Canada website, my order completed indicated a final price, the price that was charged to my card was higher and perhaps indicates that the price was actually, perhaps, in US dollars. This was not indicated anywhere in my shopping or purchase.

Secondly, I followed closely the sizing instructions and details on the sizing chart to make my order. I was extremely anxious about ordering online and was therefore careful. I ordered a swim top and a separate bottom to go with, a sarong, as well as a two piece set.

The tops are both not really big enough, while the bottoms are correct. I'm also not super pleased with the way the bust and padding seem to fit with my breasts. Your company makes it seem like it is meant to women with curves, so there should be accountability and good design for breasts.

Please let me know how you can make this right or I don't know why I would return to shopping with you again.

Sight was easy to use. Not much luck with my purchases. One suit too big and one too small, even following the guide lines. When I went to return them, they were very understanding and accommodating.

Was looking for a reasonably priced swimsuit that would fit/support my breasts. I purchased 3 suits all the same size, 2 fit well, 1 was quite large. I liked the colours. The fabric quality is good.

Beautiful design. Only complaint is after wearing it my boobs fall Thru the bra because that area is not true to size. Everywhere else fit great. Sucks that I didn't notice it until it was wet

My order was £56 have had to contact bank to seek refund

Worst of any online service I’ve ever used

Love my bathing suits. I will be wearing them all for my coming vacation. Reminder for bigger chested ladies remember to look if the Bathing suit has a wire bedded bra.

The suits are very cute, but maybe a bit small for sizing. I also was surprised that not all the tops came with bottoms. I thought they were a matched set.

I had ordered another bathing suit in my normal size and that was pretty snug around the arms so I went up one size (with no sleeves) and it for great.

I ordered 2 different sizes not knowing how they would fit, they both fit pretty good. I have issues in my stomach region and the one has tummy control to it.
